Mar 15, 2021Big comeback of the series. Many uprgaded mechanics. Cool new devices and troops. Decent dyplomacy system. Units finally don't penetrate each other what makes clashes more realistic and tactical.

Mar 11, 2021A very solid game, A solid new entry to the Stronghold series, definitely the best 3D one.
no errors the game is fun and satisfying, I recommend. -
Mar 11, 2021omfg, I really liked stronghold: under siege and this one looks very solid as well. Recommended.

Mar 11, 2021Could be better I’d rather to keep the concept of war between Christians and Muslims

CD-ActionNov 15, 2021I liked the economic campaign but the historical one is not as good. The AI is awful, the redesigned popularity system promotes building the same structures over and over, the missions are not varied enough, and the game lacks atmosphere, because the whole oriental setting is pretty much just a skin for the original Stronghold. All in all, it’s an enjoyable game but there’s a lot of room for improvement. [05/2021, p.32]

LEVEL (Czech Republic)Apr 12, 2021This is yet another completely useless title from the Stronghold series, which actually does not bring anything interesting and simplifies the old proven principles even more. What lies behind the reasons for the release of such a game is a mystery to me, when, apart from the well-known brand, the game offers practically nothing and everything is incredibly sold out and rushed with a hot needle. Mar 31, 2021Stronghold: Warlords is an odd game. On the one hand, it’s a wonderful setting, and it has some of the most satisfying castle building I’ve found in a game. It’s a genuine joy to plan everything out, and it makes the fact that the actual strategy side of the game feels a bit outdated sting a bit more. It’s not bad, not at all, but it feels like a game that’s stuck in the past a little bit.
