Jun 8, 2021I was actually skeptical when i saw the first pictures and i was so damn wrong, this game is just amazing. Sure it has all the flaws inherent to this type of game, but for a sequel to streets of rage it's just amazing... The graphics, animation, musics are perfect, i want to give it a 10 honestly but i'm trying to restrain my nostalgia.

Sep 29, 2020Very good old fashioned beat em up with enough twists and turns in there for a modern audience. There really isnt much to not like.

Jul 22, 2020I had fun playing this with a friend co-op. As a single player game I'd give it a 7 but as co-op its an 8

Jun 29, 2020Outstanding game! This is how you bring back a series that's been dormant for decades! Although, not perfect, this game does so much right with amazing visuals, great audio, killer soundtrack and addictive gameplay! Tons of replayability and the added features of online co-op. Also added modes like arcade, boss rush and battle mode.

Jun 20, 2020Beautiful game with pleasant style, dynamic battles and good (but not outstanding) music.
Passed with wife at a normal level of complexity and were difficult in the battle with some bosses.
I was glad to see that the girls in the game look like normal girls among the main characters.
The tear of nostalgia came from the memories of the old days when I had SEGA and I was a little kid -

May 12, 2020This game is great. I wasn't sold at the artstyle at the beginning but ended up loving it. The gameplay is top-notch. The specials actually make a lot of sense this time around with a nice risk/reward mechanic. The soundtrack is good.

May 11, 2020Um jogo excelente, me fez reviver meus tempos no megadriver, so acho que deveriam inovar pra mostrar que esae estilo de jogo tem seu espaço.

May 8, 2020An amazing return to form for the classic series. Not only a sequel faithful to the tone and feel of the original, but a fantastic game on its own strengths, one I would recommend just as strongly if it were a new IP. Also has one of the most infectious soundtracks in recent memory; I'm hoping they make it purchasable through Steam soon.

Game World Navigator MagazineJun 30, 2020It’s no secret that beat ’em ups are better in co-op, but it’s especially evident with SoR4. If you’re playing on your own, prepare to get juggled to death, but if you bring a friend or two – you’ll be the one having a party. [Issue#246, p.54]
-
CD-ActionJun 25, 2020It’s much more friendly towards newcomers than the arcade classics and yet it doesn’t put off the veterans of the genre. A sequel worth of its predecessors. [07/2020, p.76]

Jun 10, 2020Simply put, this is the return that fans have been waiting for. Streets of Rage 4 delivers in so many ways that the $24.99 price point seems more than reasonable with all the included content, even with the short story mode. It may prove to be overwhelming for those unfamiliar with what it brings to the table, but you can’t deny how much love was put on the screen for beat-’em-ups and this franchise in general. If you can take the heat, you should absolutely jump in and send a signal that this is a game worth playing.
