Боевка хороша, но опять таки не супер, ибо СВЕТОВОЙ МЕЧ не может расчленять штурмовиков, но тут, видимо, цензура Disney виновата, а не разрабы. Оптимизация просто превосходная, 100 + фпс на высоких на весьма средней карточке ( 1060 6 gb), при оченьСюжет неплох, но могли бы и получше все закрутить, вселенная Star Wars все-таки, могли сделать супер интересно, но сделали просто хорошо. Боевка хороша, но опять таки не супер, ибо СВЕТОВОЙ МЕЧ не может расчленять штурмовиков, но тут, видимо, цензура Disney виновата, а не разрабы. Оптимизация просто превосходная, 100 + фпс на высоких на весьма средней карточке ( 1060 6 gb), при очень сносном графонии, но объяснятся это скорее всего грамотно построенным уровням, которые по минимуму нагружают систему. Кастомизация светого меча еще куда шла, хоть на характеристики самого устройства никак не влияла, но вот настройка перса, дройда и корабля вообще такая себе, изменяется лишь цвет, по какой-то причине разрабы не ввели нормальные костюмы и скины, вместо этого мы получили пончо разных цветовых оттенков, вау. На макс. сложности игра ощущается весьма не простой, однако боссы не сложные, аттак у них мало и они легко запоминаются, самих боссов очень мало, а жаль, джедайские сражения сделаны очень качественно. Проработка локаций выполнена очень классно, это действительно качественная метроидвания, со временем ты получаешь ту или иную способность, которую ты можешь применить для доступа в различные локи, головоломки продуманны качественно и завязаны опять же на джедайских способностях, однако сама дислокация этих головоломок и результат их решения мне не особо зашли. Обычные нпс тоже представляют опасность, хоть умом и не блещут, на макс. сложности бьют весьма ощутимо, это не просто шинкование болванчиков по пути к боссам. Арт дизайн персонажей, планет, локаций, окружения нареканий не вызывают, опять же очень качественная работа художников. По итогу проскальзывает некоторая недосказанность повествования , очевидный намек на вторую часть, что же, ждем продолжения, игра вышла годной и интересной, хотелось бы исправления мелких недочетов и черт возьми расчлененки, ну световой меч же ну, а ну и побольше бы комбо и различных приемов, их в игре так же не хватает. Можно было бы завести кастомизацию светового меча. которая бы влияла на его характеристики, нормальные костюмы на персонажа, выбор корабля и более закрученный сюжет, а то он слишком уж простой, хоть и небезынтересный.… Expand

Tomb Raider/Assassins Creed copy with a lightsaber (which isnt powerful at all here) only like 3 force powers, boring story, no SW feel etc. Just go play Jedi Academy guys, thats a real SW game. The only good thing i can say about this game is the graphics. Sad i was hyped for this.… Expand

    This is a great Star Wars game. I had a great time playing it and getting all of the achievements. Consider it as a light Soulslike mixed with Uncharted's platforming. It feels good to play and to look at, the worlds in this game look beautiful and worthy of a wallpaper. A must buy if you're a Star Wars fan!!

    -...I legit spent 3 hours on Zeffo, and several walkthroughs later I can confirm I'm stuck there due to something somewhere not having triggered properly.
    -I spent 3 restarts on just getting Force Push unlocked as that didn't trigger properly either.
    -BD-1 straight up yeeted Cal off the map twice on Bogano, because unit collision is a thing.
    -Animations are stuttery. (RTX 3090)
    -Combat is unforgiving and insufferable, even story mode is murder.
    -Story is mind numbingly boring.

    And before you go hate.
    -I verified game files and even went as far as re-downloading and reinstalling the whole game.
    -I played and completed Dark Souls 1, 2 and 3. Combat in this game is around garbage level compared to.    … Expand

    Fallen Order is an amazing Star Wars single player game. The gameplay feels great and is much better than Battlefront 2 (2017). The story and characters are well executed. Finally we got a well executed Star Wars story game that fans have been asking for a long time.

    This is easily the best Star Wars game in years. A superb single-player experience with a good story and an excellent and memorable ending. My only real complaints are the lack of engaging things to do after the story is completed and a lack of a co-op mode; which would have been pretty neat. But these are just minor nitpicks in the grand scheme of things. Overall, this is a great game.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Wow, EA managed to make a decent game, it wasn't that hard, right EA?

    Constant freezes during the start of most cutscenes. One hour the game crashed so badly, that I had to restart it because the screen did not thaw. This is a problem with the game that has existed since its launch and even after playing after 1 year (11/14/2020), it is still 100% present. In addition to several bugs (I expected a lot more actually). And I still had 1 crash.

    The story has some interesting aspects, but in general I didn't like it very much. I liked her plot, but the way it develops is kind of bad. The prologue is cool. Then the story takes a boring turn. Until I reach the part that has the light twist of Cere Junda's padawan, then the story goes on more or less. And the ending was very good. Cal's development (with his master), his interaction with Trilla and Cere's sub-involvement generated some interesting parts. Cal was developed, but for me it was very fast, he was from a crybaby (when the crystal breaks), to a respectful Jedi in a snap. The part of the game that occurs when Cal opens the 'safe' to get the holocron (from the future and the dark side) is very good, her direction is very interesting.

    The combat I thought was a little too simple, consequently this leaves the skill tree to be desired. A mix of Sekiro, Dark Souls and some elements of God of War. Especially in the boss fights, the guys were very inspired by Sekiro. The submissions and their diversity are both reasonable, except for one detail: when you unlock the double lightsaber, Cal simply closes it and makes the same submissions, very lazy. The double sabers had their potential harmed, since there is no 'style of their own', only a few combos. I scored on the Jedi Master (Hard) difficulty and I liked the challenges in general in spite of certain things that were unbalanced.

    The climbing system has some defects, to jump on a curved surface Cal jumps out and having to press the button to hold on is totally unnecessary.

    The relationship of the 3 companions was very weak. And Nightsister Merrin didn’t have much time to develop so I don’t blame the script, but the way it went with us was convincing.

    The graphics are good. The game design is very neat. Very good level design too. The game is fraught with technical problems. When he is running well, everything is great but out of nowhere he gives some absurd frozen. The animation of opening chests under water does not make sense. Finished the budget with the physics of Cal's hair, at least it was pretty cool.

    I will have to praise something that is very common for most games but not for EA, the game is full of free cosmetics. Although I find all the poncho ugly except the standard jacket there, the customization of the lightsaber pays off.

    Large loadigs even on the PC.

    Honestly it is difficult to recommend this game with the constant freezes, maybe it is worth the wait, but if you just want to feel like a bad Jedi and go for the gameplay feel free.    … Expand

    To be honest the game had a lot of potential! Beginning was fantastic, everything was on point. But as first location was interesting and very well designed almost all of the rest was dull and crappy looking. I had terrible amounts of such annoying bugs on PC. Story is really nice but it's pain in the A to reach the end of it... Game isn't long but it could be seriously boring due toTo be honest the game had a lot of potential!     Undoubtedly the best Star Wars game I've played in decades. Awesome locations, better art style than all the new movies and challenging "Souls lite!! gameplay with metroidvania influences in terms of the level structures. Good graphics and incredible sound. Really makes you feel like a Jedi.

    Negatives: The map is really confusing at first but one gets used to it.

    In 2019 i was sick of star wars and I didn’t even get to know this game then, boy was i wrong in doing it. This game is a mix of really good games, like dark souls and souls like games. It is HARD to play, but the amazing graphics plus the nostalgic soundtrack took me back when i was i kid first discovering the world of SW. This is a GREAT GAME.     You've probably heard this many times by now, but Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is very similar to the Dark Souls series. You can't just hack and slash the enemies, you need to dodge and block them. Instead of attiributes, you have skill points for a skill tree, but other than that, it's pretty much the same system as Dark Souls. Instead of bonfires you have meditation spots. Saving theYou've probably heard this many times by now, but Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is very similar to the Dark Souls series. Saving the game replenishes your character but it also respawns the enemies. If you die, you lose your experience unless you hit the enemy that killed you.

    However, while I'm a Dark Souls fan, I wasn't in the mood for difficulty, so I played it on story mode. So I won't talk about the difficulty. I wanted a game with a good story and cool gameplay that makes me feel like a Jedi. And I can happily say that Fallen Order is a satisfying game. It looks great and it makes you feel like a Jedi. It's very satisfying to swing your lightsaber and use your Force powers. Grabbing an enemy with Force pull from far away and pulling him towards you, and then stabbing him with your lightsaber is **** awesome. Or Force pushing a group of enemies off a cliff. Or using Force push to send back enemy rocket missiles and blowing them up. Customizing your lightsaber and looks is fairly fun. You can unlock more cosmetic options by exploring, this is a game with a LOT of secrets. I liked all the characters. The story is very good and it has a lot of twists. The enemies are varied. There's a good sense of progression as you unlock more abilities and upgrade your robot companion, which allows you to reach and explore new areas.

    Now let's talk about the not so great stuff. This is not exactly a bad thing, but this game is mostly platforming. Jumping, climbing, walking on walls, swinging on ropes, sliding. The game consists of 70% platforming, 25% fighting and 5% story cutscenes. The maps are NONLINEAR and unique with lots of ways to go. But the downside is that once you finish the mission on a planet, it can be difficult finding your way back to the ship. You can't fast travel or teleport. And sometimes the map changes and you can't go back the way you came. I actually had to Google how to get back to my ship a couple of times. And this problem also hindered my desire to revisit old planets after aqcuiring new abilities that let me explore new areas because navigating the maps was a pain in the ass. I also had some glitches with the sliding that killed me a lot of times. But I played on an easy difficulty, so it didn't matter much.

    Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is a fun game. It makes you feel like a cool Jedi, and t has a good story and cool gameplay.    … Expand

    Real good game with good characters. Cal Kestis is a really good protagonist and the side characters in this game make up good story too. This game also has good combat mechanics with its force powers and other cool lightsaber tricks.     I'm a fan of Star Wars franchise and I can say that was the game I always wanted for! Really feel like a Jedi, and that moment in the final was awesome! if you are a SW fan, really worth it.

    Levels are poorly designed and have no logical sense to them. Am I supposed to believe in this world? it's not a living breathing SW universe. it's a bunch of standalone levels with some platforming , puzzles and combat.

    There's a lot to discover via the in-game wiki thing which is more laziness. instead of actually having content in the game you read about most of it.

    They have tried to take what they think makes Souls-like games great, combine it with a loot, puzzles and that SW magic and hoped it would make a great game. it didn't.

    I could forgive the obviously bad level design, that makes no sense if this was an actual universe, if the story was brilliant but nothing in this game is exceptional.

    Oyun tam bir açık dünya değil, bir kaç gezegen var onlara gidip duruyoruz. Orada yarı bir açık dünya var ve oyun metroidvania türünde olduğundan önceden geçemediğimiz yerleri 3-5 saat sonra bulduğumuz bir yetenekle geçebiliyoruz. Bu da oyun aynı yerleri size oynatıp duruyor, aynı yerdeki aynı düşmanları tekrar tekrar kestirtiyor demek. Oyunda keşke fast travel özelliği olsaydı. Bu bazen canımı sıksa da (özellikle görevi yaptıktan sonra gemiye geri dönerken) açtığımız kısa yollar sayesinde o kadar da kızamadım. Ama keşke yeni yolları açtıktan sonra keşfetmeye özendirecek daha çok element olsaymış. Skinler falan çok da umrumda olmadı açıkçası. Yani yanı başımdaysa girdim yollara ama çok sevdiğim açık dünya oyunlarındaki gibi haritaya bakıp taa ebesinin nikahındaki yere de gitmedim.

    Oyunun combat'ı güzel. Genelde parry üstüne kurulu. Rakibin atağını bloklayıp, dengesini bozarak ya da stamina'sını bitirerek savunmasız hale getirmeye çalışıyorsunuz. Ben genelde oyunlarda bloklamayı değil kaçınmayı kullandığım için alışmam biraz zaman aldı. Yeni edindiğimiz skiller sayesinde combat keyfi gittikçe artıyor.

    Düşman çeşitliliği fena değildi. Mini boss'lar bazen zorlayıcıydı. Normal boss'lar ise daha zor olabilirdi. Patern'leri basitti ve pek şaşırtmıyorlardı.

    Ana karakterin hikayesi çok ilgi çekici değil ama yanımızdaki Cere'ninki fena değildi. Onun dışında klasik Star Wars saçmalıkları.    … Expand

    Story is fine, graphics are nice but the game just isn't fun to me. The game copies from many other games but does nothing as well from the games it's copying. Combat leaves a lot to be desired and the checkpoint system can be frustrating at times. I can see why people like it but the mediocre combat, combined with jumping and sliding all the time just doesn't do it for me.

The treasure chests throughout are as exciting as opening junk mail. It scratches the single player Star Wars itch with the right sights and sounds and entertaining if quite cliche and predictable story.     I have been waiting for a Star Wars game like this for ages, cant really say anything negative, enemies are dumb a bit, story is exciting, minimap is very strange but really strong SW game.

I honestly didn't believe in it, so i never really watched any trailers, i had seen 10 minutes of gameplay and it looked decent enough. But it really surprised me, this might be best star wars game ever made. Lightsaber sounds / designs were so well done.     Visuals were decent i was hoping for more force oriented moves but not the case in this game. Gameplay did leave me wanting more. i wanted more enemy variety. The story is great. But i didnt like the main character at first, he grew on me over time. I recommend this game.

    Respawn did rly great job by creating this game. It is one of the best games from Star Wars universe. Mechanics in this game are kinda similar to ones from Dark Souls series, but this game not just copy paste them, it improve them and change in the way which will suit Star Wars universe.     This game is very overrated. Sure some things are done well. Like graphics, sounds, characters. However most of the game mechanics are extremely stupid and poorly done. It feels like you are randomly banging your head against a wall until you find the right spot.

    Pros:
    - Graphics: Amazing; especially getting parkour feeling from the scratch in Bracca
    - Battle System: Similar to DMC - but more realistic
    - Worlds: Maybe the big point of the game; e.g. scary surrounings @ Dathomir and best snow world @ Ilum
    - Difficulty: I like games like Fallen Order where you easily can change the difficulty: using map at every point or walk-through like there is no map. In Fallen Order the battles are not challenging but finding everything without help can be.

    The biggest weakness of the game in my opinion is the short story: not in quantity (25 hours playing is fine) but in terms of content (Padawan is hidden and find some jedi names :-)    … Expand

    I made an account just for this game.

    In short, this game is garbage. I run a RTX3070 and yet it manages to stutter all the time, moreso than Cyberpunk if that was even possible. It's a complete buggy mess with gamebreaking bugs that force you to restart your whole game, even a year later with "patches". Don't buy this game, there are multiple other games to spend your money on.

    I really want to like this game more than I did. To start with some good: the sound and music is fantastic, perfect SW. The graphics and art are likewise very good. The voice acting is overall great, with the weak point being the main character, and the facial capture/animations are outstanding.     The dialogue and writing, however, are painful. Sometimes it's just bad, other times it seems clear the game was cut down from something more ambitious. There are dialogue exchanges where the characters are making reference to something you've never been introduced to, and maybe you'll get a small journal entry later to halfway fill you in.

    The combat mechanics are clunky and stamina drains way, way too fast. The game is more enjoyable on lower difficulty simply for the lack of want to throw something at the screen. It feels like the game doesn't respect it's own rules and is meant to be punishing whether you play correctly or not. This misses the point of a souls-like to me, which is the satisfaction that comes from mastering combat.

    The platforming and puzzles didn't cause issues for me, and provided a nice change of pace without being overbearing.

    The story. Ugh. So, so bad. Your whole quest is meaningless, but this was pre-ordained because they tried to go in a direction that the films wouldn't have supported. I won't say more to avoid spoilers, just that the ending was a huge let down. And cheesy. But this falls into the early note about the writing. It's truly painful.

    Overall, it's a decent SW game and a welcome return to playing as a Jedi in a single-player game (but for real, grow a pair and bring back dismemberment LucasArts). Satisfied that I finally got around to playing it. Can't say I'll ever play it again or recommend it to anyone though.    … Expand

    you should give a try the combat is great and the bosses are pretty challenging and a little bit of strategy but not much to really worry.

The combat feels great and the story is pretty good too!     And the best thing which game does perfectly is the link between tutorial, story telling, skill tree and game mechanics. Every per couple hours, game shows you part of the tutorial which you can obtain new parkour mechanics or force abilities (which unlocks new abilities in the skill tree) and a story part from the your Jedi's past life. And thus, game doesn't feels boring even you played long hours in a day.

    And the level design was good for me. You can change level 's whenever you want, and once you stuck in a path in one planet, you can go another and gain new abilities to continue your way. I liked this idea, but the motivation to discover planets are terrible. They motivate you with only cosmetic skins... That's sucks.     Awesome mix of souls like mechanics with less punishment for mistakes. Another big plus of the game - it started to be boring right before the final mission, so it ended right where I need it. And that run at the end of the game! Felt perfect narrative-wise.

Keep in mind, this is all on a 2,000 dollar pc that is more than capable of running triple A games. The optimization of this Star Wars game can really take away from the experience.     I passed it 100 percent 3 times and never regretted it, the best game that ever came out. No bugs, no friezes, everything is perfect in it. I recommend you check it out, you won't regret it.

    I typically don't play games in this genre, but this one really impressed me. The graphics are great, the levels are varied, and the combat is challenging and rewarding. It also respects your time and doesn't have much that feels like filler.

    Plot is a 1000x better than the sequel movies, albeit not very challenging overall.

    Graphics are pretty good. Had some bugs, nothing major.

    Accessible if you don't enjoy self punishment games like Dark Souls, just play on minimum difficulty.

    I would give 7.5, but there's no microtransactions or forced co-op/multiplayer or over the top SWJ rhetoric. I will give 8.5 and round off to 9.

    Primeiro jogo mais ou menos souls-like 3D que eu jogo, um jogo muito bom com mecânicas bem feitas e no mundo de Star Wars que amo, a historia é normal porém aparece o CARA NO GAME.

    Fantastic Souls Lite (not too hard but similar systems). Great metroidvania design with lots of exploration and discovery. Fantastic combat mechanics and enemy variety. And of course, lots of Star Wars lore to discover and devour. Overall a fantastic and super fun game.
