Feb 14, 2016In my opinion, this game needs another year or two of development, maybe when Episode 8 releases it'll be ready for primetime...? Standard battlefield games bring more to the table at release than this pile of garbage. Buy it, play for a few hours then request your refund, that's about all it's worth.

Mar 12, 2016Buy this from gamestop, play walker assault and heros vs villians, return in less than 7 days for a full cash refund, you just played everything battlefront has to offer for free!

Nov 23, 2017A good graphics but gameplay is very very boring and lamer. Good Star Wars design but not adaptable with a good gameplay. It looks like this game is dedicated to children.

Mar 26, 2017pros: Star Wars setting, graphics, sound
cons: lack of content, very bad game design, broken core game mechanics (worst team balancing ever), casual gameplay, pc platform full of hackers -
Dec 5, 2015An insult to the *10 year old* Battlefront 2. It has a fraction of the content, poor game design everywhere and costs 3x as much?
Unfortunately, the mugs will pay for the game so they will keep churning out more. -

Nov 19, 2015£49.99 is already expensive for the base PC game in my opinion, but the fact that it is merely a shell for paid DLC is disgusting. £95 for a game? **** off.

Nov 19, 2015Very repetitive game, I was bored within half an hour but I tried to give it a chance and played for about 8 hours without having any fun. They seem to have literally picked the worst mechanics they could find, slapped on a couple Star Wars skins and made one map which switches from snow to rocks and called it a day. Most disappointing game of the year for sure, quite possibly of my life.

Nov 20, 2015Nice graphics and Sounds. The rest is not worth 60€ or even 110 with season pass. I refunded my game within 24h so I could get my money back. Its a battlefield with less content. The weapons are all lasers and feel all like the same. Its not worth a buy. EA sucks guys im sorry!

Nov 18, 2015Nobody should have to pay $100+ for DLC and Game. I'd like to thank CDPR for being a great example of how to do it right. This game does not have anywhere near the number of enjoyable hours that I'd expect for the price.

Nov 20, 2015No joystick support. Seriously?
A spaceship pew pew game with no joystick support is a no-go. It recognizes my Logitech Exteme 3D Pro's inputs but the layout is way off and there's no way to adjust it. WTF? -

Nov 20, 2015EA only think in money and they don't care about players. They screwed up SimCity, UFCs, FIFAS and Battlefield series and now they are using "Star Wars brand" to earn a few more bucks...

CD-ActionFeb 4, 2016A perfect game for short sessions. It’s not deep enough to convince online shooters veterans, but it will definitely win over Star Wars fans. [01/2016, p.34]

Pelit (Finland)Jan 4, 2016Star Wars Battlefront looks and sounds great, and with Battlefield-class gameplay could have ruled the multiplayer galaxy. Unfortunately, at best OK-level, Battlefront-class gameplay is much too shallow to last long. And this is THE one license, which really needs a single player campaign. [Dec 2015]
-
Edge MagazineJan 3, 2016Any semblance of subtlety is abandoned entirely when it comes to the playable Hero and Villain characters. [Jan 2016, p.110]
