This game is similar to DriveClub. I'm looking forward to Project Cars 4. Awesome game

As a person who doesn't own a wheel and play with controller, I find this game to be so much fun.
It is more arcade than sim, just be clear.

Awesome game. It's just not a successor to Project Cars 2. Had a lot of fun with it. It's a very fun simcade game. The only thing wrong with it is it's name and marketing behind it. But as a game is quite fun, it's just not a sim.

For those looking for a true sequel then Project Cars 3 probably isn't for you. We've seen a lot of racing games lately that focus purely on track cars so it is nice to have a good PC racing game with a bunch of well modelled road cars in them. There is decent VR support out of the box, though some further optimisation would be welcome. The approachable multiplayer is decent too, as is the rivals mode. I think despite the change in direction this is a really fun and accessible driving / racing game.

Nice game , entertaining , but if you haven´t owned the first other releases.

I ´d read why such the criticism of the game and the negative rant. I never tried the othere releases so I find this game much fun. It´s a mix of arcade and simulation More arcade than sim. At first the game feels easy but later becomes more challenging. I don´t see any issues besides the same bland victory

I ´d read why such the criticism of the game and the negative rant. I never tried the othere releases so I find this game much fun. It´s a mix of arcade and simulation More arcade than sim. At first the game feels easy but later becomes more challenging. I don´t see any issues besides the same bland victory pose and it looks like there´s a certain ammount of grinding. So if you are lucky enough to haven´t played the other two and like racing, go for it. I suspect that people who own previous releases don´t like it because it turned into a more arcade direction. And so I heard, they removed most sims features. But is also stated that the other two great games were broken in one way or another or so they said. So is the same stupid people who felt burnt fo a third time. lol. And it´s very important to mention that I game on xbox controller. Keyboards are for cheap losers. So I cannot say exactly if this is hurting these cheaps rats anyway and they felt previous releases more friendly. I also heard that it isn´t so good for racing wheels. I cannot said that this is true at all or partially. I only can say that I don´t have that racing wheels and pedals and that bunch of crap. There´s not all that much of racing games today to consider them on buying that stuff. In conclusion is a good game but if you are new into the series. The main proof to said that previous series were unsuccesful is that previous designers were fired practically, and the news devs go for a more arcade experience just to fix the mess.

Not bad, not so good. It's a fine sim-cade racing game with a lot of tracks and cars. Problem is the name of the game: it's not a Project Cars game.

Pretty good simcade, considerable set of cars and track, good visual and physics(for simcade of course) with damage system. If add to this game funny soundtrack like gt4 my score will be greater

Wow I don't know why people hate Project Cars 3 so much other than just the fact that it's not a hardcore sim like the previous two games in the series. This game is amazing and these scores are absurd! The handling feels great and what an awesome campaign mode. I feel like this is the best campaign in one of these types of simcade racers since Forza Motorsport 4 or Gran Turismo 3. I feel like this is the best campaign in one of these types of simcade racers since Forza Motorsport 4 or Gran Turismo 3. Project Cars 3 has more tracks than Forza Motorsport 7 and Gran Turismo 7. Really fun stuff in here like Azure Coast and California Highway plus all the road courses that we all know and love like Monza, Suzuka and Nürburgring.

The visuals look awesome in Project Cars 3. This is some of the best looking weather I've seen in a racing game. The way water pools up on the track and trails off when cars race through it looks amazing. What other simcade game even has a snow option for tracks?

I feel like maybe Slightly Mad/Bandai Namco should have given this game a different title because fans of previous Project Cars games are looking for more of that hardcore sim racer like
Assetto Corsa or rFactor. Personally I just really want a fun to play simcade with plenty of cars and tracks. Project Cars 3 hit those marks and then some. This a breath of fresh air after being let down by the past few Gran Turismo and Forza Motorsport titles.

At last a racing game carefully and entirely built around drive well instead of just driving fast.

The first Project CARS game designed not only for hardcore simulation fans, but also for more casual racing enthusiasts, was supposed to be love at first sight. Well, it wasn’t. It does boast one of the most enjoyable driving models you can come across nowadays, but it’s not enough. The rest of the game (including the single-player campaign that should have been named Project Grind) falls short of what the best racing games on the market offer. [11/2020, p.52]

Project CARS 3 leaves you with mixed feelings. It has wonderful controls and good arcade physics, but its tracks are too plain and boring for an arcade racing game. It’s even worse if you’re a sim fan – the game will leave totally disappointed. [Issue#248, p.54]
