Jul 13, 2023Ori and the Will of the Wisps improves upon the original with new combat mechanics and interesting characters. The smooth integration of platforming and battles makes for an immersive and memorable gaming experience. The art design and music in the game, just like in its predecessor, are exceptional.
-
Jul 2, 2023Game that complements the battle system that was lacking in 'Ori and the Blind Forest'.
Various puzzles, beautiful art, and magnificent music provide a satisfying experience. -
Jun 22, 2023best game ever. the world and graphics are so beautiful, the story is emotional, great character design with some of the best videogame soundtracks ever made. it gets pretty easy after your first playthrough or if you know the best shard combos, but challenge runs exist
-

May 14, 2023The game is insane in some aspects. Art direction, sound design, graphics etc. But one thing hold me back and made me quit the game: level design fragmentation. I feel like almost all areas needed something i didn`t have to proceed. 1 time for area is okay, but 2/3? I just lost my will to play because of that (i played for the second time and 6 hours).

May 4, 2023Confusing as hell. This is the first game where I have to google how to pass the first boss fight (Howl). It's a sign that this game will only confuse me even more. So sod off. Emo and gay kids, this game will be right up your alley.

Apr 4, 2023Ori is an absolute gem of a game.
The stunning visuals and immersive soundtrack create an enchanting atmosphere that pulls you right into Ori's world. The gameplay is smooth and challenging, with a great balance of platforming and combat. And the story is both heartwarming and emotional, with memorable characters and moments that will stay with you long after you've finished playing. -

Mar 9, 2023Поражает красотой в начале игры, поражает попыткой вы***бать меня в зад в конце игры, просто великолепно) Не завидую беднягам, проходившим это на клавиатуре.

Nov 6, 2022Another masterpiece by Moon Studios. They didn't just take the first game and made a sequel, they've almost made a completely new game.. They even fixed the hard difficulty making it actually not "everything one shots you" difficulty.
-
Oct 26, 2022The game is simply amazing. All the features of the first game have been taken to their maximum, it is more beautiful and bigger. The soundtrack is impeccable and the gameplay is simple but challenging. Of course, playing on a high difficulty will help but the way the game works the dynamics of skills to fight and move through the scenario was done perfectly. It is a must.

LEVEL (Czech Republic)Jul 23, 2020An honest second installment, which is missing only the courage to leave the traditional dogmas of the genre and try something new. [Issue#303]

Jun 10, 2020It’s a shining example of how to do a sequel. They kept the core of what made the original enjoyable while switching up just about everything they could. There are some elements I feel it did better, some where I feel the original did better with, but on the whole they feel like they’re on equal footing. If you want a game that’s more of an experience than simply something to kill time, if you want something that showcases how artistic games can be, if you want an action platformer with plenty of approaches to combat, I can’t recommend enough that you pick up Ori and the Will of the Wisps. Also Ori and the Blind Forest if you haven’t played it already.

Edge MagazineMay 22, 2020Its moments of brilliance are worth experiencing, but they shouldn't blind anyone to the shortcomings of a sequel that, underneath that beautiful surface, is as frustratingly flawed as the first. [Issue#346, p.98]
