    Худшая ММОРПГ в которую я играл! Столько хайпа было а игре буквально все плохо. Оптимизация стала чуть лучше но на релизе было отвратительно! Я мучался от синих экранов и 30 фпс с учетом того что у меня хороший компьютер! Скучные квесты (убей 10, открой 5, собери 5) и это все квесты в игре! Сюжета нет вообще! Лор где-то там в записках, я что в соулсы играю?? Геймплей 3 кнопки в ММО!Худшая ММОРПГ в которую я играл! Столько хайпа было а игре буквально все плохо.     Game in on death bed, bugs, lag, desync, item and money duplication, weapon balance keeps getting worse with every patch, they say they fixed thousands of bugs but with each patch, thousands more are added... I have uninstalled and the game and will never touch it again.

    It's Oct 2022. The game still has server queue issues DAILY.
    I now have to wait 3-4 hours just to play it.
    And they don't provide you with a free token to move your character to a less populated server.
    So if you buy this you might not be able to enjoy it

    game is alright till you want to craft or really do end game.

    the time sinks are just too many and too much. crafting is my biggest gripe and the lack of end game pvp and pve.

    i dont like how they did crafting. need t1 to make t2 and t1 and t2 to make t3 stuff f-ing lazy and stupid.
    its like a farming sim instead of an actual mmo.

World of New World (lol) is beautiful and it's really fun to explore. Sandbox MMO is a cool idea, vaulting and movement are great overall. Leveling system is repetetive boring mess, gear progression is tedious RNG grind, combat system is terrible clunky garbage and that's a big problem because this game was supposed to be heavily PvP focused. Speaking about PvP, it's insanely gear focused and progression is terribly designed so you will be a punching bag for geared players until you'll get your own gear after countless hours of boring grind (no ELO or skill based matchmaking). Instanced PvE content is garbage and it's not on par with other MMOS, etc., etc. I could go on an on, but let's be real no one cares. Bottom line is: This game is popping right now on Steam because of the fresh servers but when new players realize what kind of game this is, they will just leave. This game has no future, don't waste your time with it boys.… Expand

    New World should be considered as an average MMORPG. The story seems ok, but it surrounded by a lot of fetching quests that gets boring really fast. It's also very hard to get invested in them, apart from the pirate girl. I played solo and wasn't excessively attracted by the online features. I look at Expeditions and Factions, but I couldn't get anyone into them. It's dull to have aNew World should be considered as an average MMORPG.     There was the items creation that was kind of fun. Getting a house is something, but you feel like it was an after though. The items for the house are difficult to create. So the Trade options serve has the main store. You can basically buy everything in it. So, what's the point of grinding ? Also the salvage option is ridiculous. It gives you repair parts and money, but no resources. So any jewel you put on salvage gear, is permanently lost. Graphically the game suffers from drawing distance being way too short. You have tons of clipping errors (try turning the camera very fast. Some UI glitches too. They did a winter update and manage to broke their own game. There is a lot of voice overs. They are pretty good. The music is quite good too. Some caverns and towns are extremely confusing to navigate. I wasn't sold on the idea of the fast travel. the way it is done and why some large areas are completely devoted of it, while some smaller ones are full of them. Why isn't there any means of transportation in this game, is a poor decision. The AI is really strange. I don't know if it bad or not, but you will nerve see an enemy flee when you are way stronger. I give it 65%. I got really bored after 36 hours, at level 40.    … Expand

    Game is good but the game is suffering with hacks and bots since release and they keep ignoring the issues. They have money but they don't hire a security Dev to fix the game.

    Literalmente el peor MMORPG que probe mas de 50hs jugando, aclanzas el max lv, fue monotono los pesonajes no pueden "nadar" wtf? No lo recomiendo.

You will get banned just for passing by someone who is from opposite fraction, or gathering a resource before someone else. Anyone can report you without any avidence and you will receive a ban for days. Please throw away your 40$ and get banned after 2 days of playing.

    Been putting in more than a 100hrs, not gonna say I didn't had fun for a while but MMOs are about constant progression,    - TL;DR - New World (right now) is like living with a girlfriend that looks very hot (great graphic) but cheats on you and even tells you sometimes (broken, buggy, exploitable) not to see your reaction but just because it's too obvious for her to try to hide anymore.

    Been putting in more than a 100hrs, not gonna say I didn't had fun for a while but MMOs are about constant progression, sense of purpose and growth in a digital world, but right now there's none of those things.

    Economy (and with it all that concerns gathering because all materials are procured by the players) in itself should be at the basis of New World, as well as gathering, doesn't matter tho when there's a Gold exploit that makes it irrelevant.
    PvP would be another pillar of New World if it wasn't for another exploits that Everyone that wants to win uses (not gonna go into details you can pick that up for yourself) and I'm not talking about duels and stuff, altho you could use it there too, but mainly the big guild vs guild wars in the endgame. And I believe up till now AGS haven't even addressed it.

    This is just the tip of the iceberg btw, not gonna bother list all the problems this game has right now, and besides 5k characters would probably not be enough.

    Before I said I had fun, where was the fun had you ask? When you put some music or podcast in the background and go gathering and questing and you're none the wiser to these problems, but what would that make people? Mindless drones that AGS is all too happy to squeeze dry to boost the game popularity and their wallets. I've been there and I regret it. And I genuinely wanted this game to be good and to have fun but this is insulting.

    If you want to turn your brain off and go up to Lv 60 be it via questing, gathering or whatever it's perfectly fine, get back your moneys worth, but Right Now, it would be pointless. Because the economy and the game itself is so broken that only a rollback to the servers would fix things But, there's a lot of servers and a loot of people playing in all of them right now and I don't think they'd ever bother with it, they made their money already.

    Maybe changes will come, maybe not, maybe the game will survive, maybe not, but RN, maybe just get to Lv 60 as I did and uninstall and Hopefully, one day it'll make sense to play it.    … Expand

    Fried a perfectly good Radon RX5700. have always been able to play graphic intense games on my pc. however after playing this game for 144 hrs. started with periodically crashs once every 2-4 hrs. then gaps tightened. reduced all settings. no over clocks no enhancements. only undervolting the gup.     Now I Don't want everything in this review to be me just bashing the game, Because the time i did get in the game was really good. Really liked the game play, the grinding,combat system, graphics, as well as the over all the feel of the game. Made it to level 45 with a loads of skills. and nothing but excitement for high level expeditions, skull zones, and areas.
    i obviously liked the game or else i wouldn't have had 144hrs into the game..

    HOWEVER: Now if you asked if i would recommend this game i would have to say NO. Due to the fact that i cant guarantee anyone is safe to play this game without the risk of compromising/breaking their hardware. In a time that computer components are near impossible to come by and if you do find parts you are forced to pay double if not triple msrp. Due to scalpers.

    IN CONCLUSION: YES i enjoyed the game. just super frustrated to be forced to stop playing cold turkey. with no chance to even play other games on my computer anymore now.. so no i cant i clear conscience recommend a game that has claimed many number of cards. be it software from the game, or caused by the hardware. wherever the fingers get pointed. Unless we get a hook up on another GPU or find one at msrp. My time in NEW WORLD has come to an unfortunate abrupt close.

    In this PvP game, you will find that you have to sink about 100 hours in to try their unbalanced PvP. You can't really play it in any meaningful way until level 60 (the max level) and even then unless you want to sign up with a company plan on only doing half of it as the wars are only for them. Have fun cutting down literally tens of thousands of trees to level your lumber jacking skill to have a crafting system that is only important end game. There is no reasonable way to make any gear as you level up as the materials are so rare the the skills level so slowly in comparison to your rate of growth that you will just buy gear or find it off mobs. Take a look through all the different armors and builds you can choose from and then only use heavy armor because the damage buff you get from light armor doesn't scale faster then the armor growth. The healing buff from light armor actually just doesn't work either. Play through the story with any character you want but know if you choose anything but the high DPS weapons you will do it way slower. Still not a problem till you get to a story mission that is a boss locked behind a wall that no one but people with the quest can pass. Once again not a problem except that he constantly heals. I hope you are not playing solo healer as you physically can't deal enough damage to kill him.

    TLDR: So if a game where you can't play the unbalanced PvP until you get to max level, there is no armors viable except heavy, and you want to spend literally hundreds of hours doing menial gathering to get to the point it is usable, then this is the game for you.    … Expand

    As of 11/20/2021 a couple of days in the wake after 1.1 game is literally been nerfed and dev's have pushed progression straight out the window. I have never seen a more desperate push for content to try and stabilize the overwhelming bleed-out of players - losing about 10% of player base day-over-day since patch. They have skin schedule already marked out for Black Friday and the 100%As of 11/20/2021 a couple of days in the wake after 1.1 game is literally been nerfed and dev's have pushed progression straight out the window. I have never seen a more desperate push for content to try and stabilize the overwhelming bleed-out of players - losing about 10% of player base day-over-day since patch. They have skin schedule already marked out for Black Friday and the 100% have skins already lined up for Christmas. This game is becoming the biggest cash grab I have seen yet. They do not have any customer support- it's like talking to a wall. My friend got banned for no reason, he was casual only lvl 42, he's falled into depression and a lot of us have decided to quit the game until we can get justice for him.

    Everything to be perfect, with a competent staff, which it does not have. I really love it but there are so many bugs and exploits and whenever 1 is fixed 2 new ones are created. AGS is more focused in creating future content than it is in fixing content that already exists but doesnt work. If you like crafting turn around and run cuz that is especialy bugged

    One of the worst games I’ve played. Filled with so many bugs and has very bad optimization. Exploiters and cheaters everywhere. Executive decisions are terrible and has made more than half of the player base quit. I’ve never been so disappointed in any product. I feel scammed.

    Really good fun to start, but then the grind grinds you. Much of the stuff happens client side, so there are game hacks and bugs that really kill the joy once you venture out into the meta-verse of gameplay.

    Not worth it.

I'm 60 level and I tried kind of everything and I got 60 within 4 days due to a lot of time I had during my vacation. Lets move to my review. They secretly fix some bugs and you just don't know which exactly were fixed. When you die your item break even the items that are in your inventory, unequipped, and even in PVP. Save your money don't buy thisThis game is soooo boring.     This game has so many bugs and exploits. AGS fixes one bug and 3 more pop up. Right now all trading, including the market place is closed down due to ANOTHER gold duping bug.

    I have logged 360+ Hours into the game and I can honestly say that this game is a mess.
    I have defended the game as much as I could and after the 3rd duping exploit I have had enough.
    Economy is a mess Bad weapon Balancing Bugs everywhere Bots everywhere Lots of reports of innocents people getting banned without notice or a reason. Amazon needs to pick themselves up to fix this    I have logged 360+ Hours into the game and I can honestly say that this game is a mess.
    I have defended the game as much as I could and after the 3rd duping exploit I have had enough.

    Best looking MMO on the market. And the sounds are FANTASTIC.

    Beside that, „ a mile wide and an inch deep“: More grind than any Asia grinder, complete ignorance what players want, abyssmal communication and support, most buggy code fundation ever - really amateur time. If AGS invests another year at least, it might become worth your time.

You can compete in wars but with a dying player base that is near impossible. 3. good events: The winter event was not terrible but really didn't have much payoff for late game players. The rewards were **** gear and frozen furniture... not anything all that exciting. 4. mounts: Honestly, I hate walking so damn much in this game. Without mounts the game drags on and gets boring.     Combat is awful. Animations tend to be long and lock characters into them, move them around, and generally cause problems for placement. PVE gameplay tends to be repetitive. Crafting is okay since there's plenty to gather and make, but selling anything produced is a challenge. Group combat has collisions between group members so it's terrible combined with the animation locks and forced movement.

This is the most basic component of any action type RPG/MMO that should be waxed before anything else in the game is focused on. I switched between New World, ESO and Guild Wars 2 and both latter games have smooth, realistic and much more satisfying combat. New World sadly to say feels like the combat is still in development and this is the deal breaker for me.

    The visuals are ok but are lacking for a MMO released in 2021. The only way I can describe it is that the objects in game seem 'blurry' and lack that sharpness we see in other games like I mentioned earlier. The only really nice thing about the visuals is the UI. I have a very high end gaming PC which I recently even overclocked and ran through a myriad of performance fine tunes from you tube videos to try get better FPS but sadly it seems New World is poorly optimized I don't see any improvements at all.

    It is sad because although I like PvE as much as the next person, PvP is what keeps me coming back to a game and this game is designed first and foremost with PvP in mind. I won't even bother to grind to the point where I am feel I am ready to flag myself and try out the PvP as the general mechanics of the game are broken. Even when you switch between running and walking your character will stutter.

    Also lacking is character creation options. Its just not enough. The only things you can change are body type (male or female), hair style and color and skin tone. There are like a handful of badly designed tattoos thrown in to the mix to add more 'depth.' You cannot change the height, weight, or any advanced face options. You expect this from a game launched in 2005 not in 2021.

    The idea behind this game was good, but just very poorly executed. Honestly I want a refund. With the financial clout Amazon games has, this is shockingly bad.    … Expand

Tons of white knights trying to defend it but this aint no MMO. The dungeon mobs jump around like monkeys, tanks run around and "kite", melee dps just running after and missing 90%. While this is a drawback, it's hardly noticeable if you let yourself explore, gather, craft, fight over territory in PvP and spend time making some friends.

    Not the greatest game of all time, definitely the best looking MMO since FF14 1.0, best combat in an MMO for sure (unless you like Korean MMOs in which case you may prefer BDO). If you've ever played Albion, this is a lot like a beautiful, improved and more fun version of that, played from a 3rd person perspective rather than isometric.

    Several months later: This game sucks, every update breaks stuff, the economy is ruined, the crafting is pointless, the gathering is ruined (thank you bots and thank you AGS for not caring at all)... This game is awful. I did get about 80 hours out of it, but it's an MMO. I don't feel like I got 80 hours of fun for $40, I feel like I wasted 80 hours *and* $40.

    When it comes to combat mechanics, combat can be super fun when you start learning how to string animations together. It will certainly not be for everyone. It has a high skill ceiling for sure. Crafting plays a huge part of the world and it is worth your time to gather. The resources are so plentiful it feels like filler to replace the fact that there the story was clearly an afterthought in this "MMO". There is PVE Content, after the community outcries "inspired" them to make a PVE end game, its not great but its there.

    The faction system is entirely impossible to balance. Soon as 1 faction takes over its pretty much over. If that faction brings an army of streamer simps, youre better off re-rolling.

    Travel time is long and boring. There are no mounts, there is only a "click here to fast travel" network. Kind of defeats the purpose of an MMO. the world sure feels small when you blink everywhere.

    Weapon balance - there isn't any, its a joke end of story.

    This game needs another 2 years of development to even be remotely close to being viable long term.    … Expand

    Система смены оружия - великолепная идея, к тому же, хорошо реализованная. Сначала я скептически относился к двум панелькам по 3 скилла, поэтому был приятно удивлён в итоге. Время кастордера на 4 строки (вспомни эверквест, вов до лк и фф14 и др.) прошло.
    Не новая, но хорошо реализованная идея разделения локаций на биомы с соответствующим распределением погоды, местности, времени года и природных ресурсов: на болоте часто можно встретить нефть, на лугах различные лекарственные и не очень травы, а в горах месторождения руды, то же касается и биоразнообразия.
    На самом деле интересных аспектов намного больше, но для детального разбора придётся писать слишком большой объём текста.

    Из минусов:
    Очереди на старте, к сожалению, как и любые другие компании, амазон не справился с запуском, из-за этого очень много гневных, но по сути необоснованных отзывов, хотя проблема решалась элементарно, созданием персонажа на свободном сервере.
    Дисконнекты в очереди со сбросом места, однако, один раз моего друга после этой ошибки вернуло на его место, видимо, не успело пройти обновление статистики до рекконекта.
    Отсутствие возможности перезагрузить интерфейс (reload UI), при некоторых условиях перестаёт работать компас, пропадают квесты, панели скиллов, перестаёт работать автобег.
    Технические проблемы в подземельях, пинг, дисконнекты.
    Игра сильно загружает видеокарту, Требовательна к качеству соединения.
    Очень спорный инвентарь, кое что удобно, но то, что его можно открыть только СТОЯ (из положения лёжа/сидя персонаж подскочит в полный рост) на одном месте - это провал. Вас тупо могут убить, пока вы ковыряетесь в своих шмотках.
    Многие говорят, что квесты невнятные, внятные квесты в фф14, представьте себе нью ворлд с диалогами и катсценами по 5-15 минут после каждого задания. Бойтесь своих желаний.
    Отсутствие фильтров на трекинг ресурсов.

    Hard to remember game that failed this badly at launch. 4 hours in queue, did not get in. If you have a day job wait for some weeks and check back again if servers are in better shape.

    New World is an empty shell of a game built by a committee fueled by hype and advertising and nothing more.

    Graphics- People always talk about how good this game looks, and as a 40 year old pc gaming veteran i can tell you its just ugly. Its a case of sprinkling glitter on a turd. Sadly i think that works for most people.
    The textures are boring ,blurry and low res. the poly models are decent at best and the environments are uninspired with zero diversity . I hope you like looking at forests for 300 hours. In all honesty it looks like an XBOX 360 game but with modern lighting and effects , and i think those lighting and effects tricks are what fool people into thinking the game looks good when it doesnt.

    Animations - The animations are maybe the worst offender here. They are so amature and laughably bad. Why does my character look like she is running at 30 miles and hour but only moving 7 miles and hour ? This is some loony toons level of nonsense. Jumping animations are terrible, combat animations are stiff and horrible , no swimming animations. I guess they just gave up at that point. Its all just Terrible.

    Music - Music is good.

    Story and Questing - This is more or less just non existent . So there isn't really any thing to say about it . If you like Extremely repetitive fetch quests and kill X and bring back X amount of something then you will love it . I think for most. Its another fail. Zero innovation here, and extremely boring.

    Combat - I dont even know what to say , Its just a floaty , un-impactful ,boring mess. Especially as a caster.

    PVP - Here we go something the game is good at finally right ? No. Its broken, and is plagued with exploits.

    Crafting - you know .... crafting is decent. Not groundbreaking or innovative. Just par for the course for a game like this .

    This game is terrible. I would have given it a lower score than a 3 but because of the fact that its a 40 dollar budget title with no sub, i felt i should at least give it a higher score. At the end of the day though i think for what you get 40 is still a bit steep when there are games out there that are much better for much cheaper or free. Wait for a massive sale this game will eventually have to have to retain some player base or just avoid it all together . Maybe in a year or two They can turn this broken mess of an application into something worth playing.    … Expand

Gaming is a whole different business and their corporate business folks know nothing about how to do that well and don't seem to care.     Have you just purchased the game and your friends are on a locked server for new players? too bad you're going to have to play a solo mmo on your own, isn't it cool?

    -Bestiaire everything is similar even their attacks by their damage a bear that you will kill quite easily bah the second goes oneshoot limit ...
    -vocal system in play the worst system ever you enter a city either you go between a guy telling this thrilling life or hear the children crying you can turn it off and I highly recommend you.
    -Chat ingame you want by to a person next to you impossible there is no chat / say so everyone sees what you are saying.
    Or his flood as not possible and insults them from everywhere for nothing cat cancer ...

    I expected a lot from new world but frankly it should have stayed in beta and listened to the players a little more

    New World is fun for about your first ten hours as you gain new abilities and start to discover the world. However, you quickly realize that they are hiding a lack of content by sending you out on quests that both have a faraway goal and a faraway turn in point. Combat also quickly devolves to using the same rotation for all of the enemies.

    -Worst questing and PvE of any MMO I have ever played. It has 2 types of quests. Collect the shining object, and kill X mobs. That is it. It would be bearable if you didn't have to take 10-15 minutes walking to the quest, do the utterly horrid quest, and then walk 10 minutes back to the hub, and across the entire map again to the next quest. It feels bad.

    -Worst mob variety I have ever seen. There is a wolf, a zombie, a zombie with a gun, and a host. You have now fought every mob in the game.

    -Horrid, clunky, trash combat system. Weapon combinations are gated to stats, so there are only a few combinations. Most skills are trash, so you are gated into the same three skills, with the same 2 weapon builds.

    -PvP is gated by who wants to let you join, and is a zerg fest. Fun for one fight, then a tedious bore.

    -Dungeons are trash, with the same 3 mobs you find in the outside world.

    -Banks and trading houses are glued to every single city.

    -Fast travel costs a rarish currency.

    Avoid this game at all costs. It will be dead in a month. I want a refund but Bezos and steam are in bed with each other and denying refunds for waiting 30 hours in a queue. Pathetic.    … Expand

    Well, first day-10000-20000 queues, login errors, disconnects. Got to the game after server restart- DISCONNECT in 30 minutes. After that 1500 queue, 3 hours- 700 queue. Support- CREATE NEW CHAR ON EMPTY server. This is queue simulator with disconnect bonuses and NEW QUEUE. 0/10 i cant play this sheeet

    But I can honestly say: this game just lacks a certain something. While the graphics do a fine job (I played on high settings) I'm missing that certain kind of love..or detail. It's kind of bland. The same for quests. Just boring.

    I didn't expect to instantly fall in love, MMOs often start very unpolished and implement many new features over the course of time, but I'm not even a bit infatuated. I think the base game is just not really appealing.
    Before I left I checked the ingame store - juicy prices.
    And given that this is amazon - the reason why I didn't preorder the game - I'm a bit biased of this is going to turn out.

    It's something new, it's okay but certainly not what I expected. Overall I didn't enjoy my time here. Maybe in another year or so I'll have a look again.

Meanwhile New World is released with 1 race, 6 weapons (what you could count as classes) what each comes with ~ 6    In short the game is shallow, boring and unenjoyable.

    Lets put New World into comparison with WoW when it was released ~17 years ago. Meanwhile New World is released with 1 race, 6 weapons (what you could count as classes) what each comes with ~ 6 abilities. So basically in 2004 they released MMORPG with ~180 abilities and in 2021 they release game with 36 abilities in total.

    One could argue that more abilities doesn't nececeraly mean better game. In League of Legends (Ofc it is not a MMORPG) each character come with 4 abilities and still it is one of the most popular games. So you can see game doesn't need 36 abilities per character, but what it need is to abilities make game enjoyable and New World fails.

    There are few things that New World gets right- There is no timegating, no layering or instancing in zones. You actually have to aim with bows. You are stuck with one server, means people you see are there "forever" (obviously they can quit or buy server transfer). But these few thing aren't enough to outweigh something like boring gameplay or missing endgame. And these are big problems. More you play more you notice smaller problems like missing images, generic monsters that you see even after playing 100 hours.

    And as you play more you start to also see major flaws in concept. LIke if you joined later and you server is mostly done with leveling part it is hard to find players for dungeons. Because there is no need for alts, new players are more scarce and when there ain't much of a new players means there is lack of your level players to play with. Most people are running with PVP mode off, means you aren't going to get spontaneous PVP action in the world. Markets item prices are at minimum, because everyone can craft everything and those why most of the items lose their value.

    Fallout 76 was criticized for having no NPC. New World NPC's aren't anything special either. They act as just static points on map that just give you quests. Fallout 76 story was all on audiotapes and voiceacted, while New World story is in text. Fallout 76 had atleast one friendly NPC (wandering super mutant) that actually interacted with it's surrounding by attacking enemies. Meanwhile New World NPC's do nothing. Yet Fallout 76 called crap because of missing NPC, while New World, that has even worse NPC, get called "A good game".    … Expand

    And while it says 19 hours played, I've only played 2-3 hours. Most of the time the game was locking up on me and hanging. I had to reboot my PC every time it locked up and far too many times when I logged back in the character had died.

    I was able to get a refund from Amazon. If you don't like this game and use Amazon a lot, I highly recommend getting a refund before it is too late. I had to get in to chat using one of my other orders, but then they had to transfer me to a service rep who handled digital orders.

    I told them all the problems I was having and since I was a "valued customer" they gave me a full refund.    … Expand

    The good: - It kinda looks nice at times, from certain angles at certain times of days - The forest environment is quite nice - The combat is OK-ish. It would pass for an indie game.     The bad

    - Lackluster customization. Couple of haircuts, couple of skin colors, couple of beards and thats it.
    - The game tries to by everything but it is nothing. You cannot call it an MMO since thereare max two thousand ppl on the server, and when there is that many ppl the whole quest design breaks. There are literally thirty people stealings mobs from each other that you need to finish a quest. You can spend hours doing simple fetch quest because of that.
    - The " quest design" if you can call it that is copy pasted across the whole map.
    - The server issues. Imagine you were playing slightly bigger battlefield. But your progression is tied to a single server, where there are 2000 ppl in queue.
    - The "AI" is dumb as it can get. It will often get stuck.
    - There are LOTS of clipping bugs.
    - The whole faction system is great on paper. But every server ends up with one dominating force. So if you picked a wrong faction (the loosing one), well you better start over on some other server. And you better pick the dominating faction this time.    … Expand

    Launch headaches aside, the game is empty and boring after the first 20 levels. Nothing in the new world that makes me actually care about the new world. Wish I could get my money back.

    New World is an mmo that could be straight out of 2010. It hardly adds any new ideas to the genre and therefore feels dated in content. The faction system offers interesting possibilities for wars between players, but is not yet balanced. New World demands a lot of time from its players, but does not actually give anything in return that we have not seen before. Graphically, everything is fine, and although the game has microtransactions, they are only of a cosmetic nature. There is no subscription: for the entrance fee, the entire base game is open to you.

    New World is such a large MMO that we will have to spend our time in the vast world of Aethernum. While some mechanics or functionalities don't have much of a place nowadays, it has other things that seem to me to be genuine and cutting edge in terms of massively multiplayer online development.
