    It's visually better, richer in content and more comprehensive in terms of gameplay compared to its predecessor. It will definitely make you spend time with it until the arrival of MK XI.

    Mortal Kombat X is furthering the story that was presented in Mortal Kombat 9. New characters, graphics and combat system is changing everything you know about Mortal Kombat universe. It's one of the best fighting games we have seen so far.

    In every aspect, this is a nicely upgraded game. MK X offers a lot of challenges for rookies and experienced pros alike. The plot is a bit “over the top”, but unobtrusive adjustments to gameplay mechanics will ensure Mortal a long-term vitality. Raiden and his crew are in the best hands.

    The speedier pace of combat and the addition of Injustice's background interaction are just two of the things that make Mortal Kombat X a better-playing game than its predecessor. Also, MKX feels like an attempt to move forward into new things, whereas MK9 was one large, albeit rebooted nostalgia trip. And it looks fantastic all the while. All of this is enough to make up for the game's handful of rough edges around story mode and some of its other options.

    MKX will last you for a long time. A few variations of the usual Arcade Mode, some dumb mini-games, online multiplayer, a lengthy story campaign, and, finally, Krypt… Not all changes to gameplay mechanics are obvious, but they do make the game more dynamic.

    Not a komplete katastrophe, but you should employ kaution when deciding if Mortal Kombat X is right for you on PC. It's a great game, but one that's krippled by bugs.

    The worst PC port of my life .. Darksouls 1 was much better than this (I know it requires relatively low-end of PC but still)

    I'm using i5 cpu and radeon hd 7850 / 16gb of RAM. It's not the highest, I know but these frame drops and fluctuation aren't due to the spec IMO. It suffers real bad optimization and options aren't working properly. Game's controller option is a total shi/tfest. You have to turn all the stuff they made to play OK with your pad/controller.

    I love the game itself, but I'm disappointed like a lone monkey because this isn't the first time they mess up. MK9 was like this at the time .. I don't give a thing about High-Voltage's history. This port was NRS's responsibility and they messed up.

    I can play OKish and am playing but .. I just can't recommend this game to who has low to middle end of PCs. Do not buy this now.    … Full Review »
