Morphopolis is a short, casual game where you go through levels trying to find hidden objects and sometimes solving a puzzle here or there. The aesthetic is nice to look at and helps to hide the objects but I never really struggled to find objects except for once. The controls can be a bit buggy but it's nothing to worry about. It was decently fun for the price - I paid only 50 cents forMorphopolis is a short, casual game where you go through levels trying to find hidden objects and sometimes solving a puzzle here or there. It was decently fun for the price - I paid only 50 cents for it on sale. It's relatively easy and relaxing until you get to the final puzzle which was a surprising hike in difficulty. You may find yourself stuck on that one for quite some time. Overall it isn't terrible at anything, yet it doesn't do anything well other than the aesthetic. Expand

Besides delightful visuals and some Botanicula vibe Morphopolis doesn’t offer anything that would set it apart from other hidden object games. [Nov 2014, p.61]

Eventually, I grew to see the puzzles, as well as my insects' dawdling speeds, as a hindrance to what I really wanted to experience: the joy of taking in a new set of gorgeous sights. What a terrific place Morphopolis is. So terrific, in fact, that I wish there were less tedium to separate me from its stunning scenery.
