    A perfect game for the casual player, many interesting functions and many more to come. Fun to play.
    Collect the blocks, build a house, get to the End and much more..........

    WARNING: This game contains infinite amounts of pain, suffering, and most importantly unadulterated joy. You can do just about anything you set your mind to, and if you can't do it mod it and you then can do whatever your heart tells you to. Then if you can't do something else you can create a computer within Minecraft and make it do what you want it to do.

    Final thought, if you can't    WARNING: This game contains infinite amounts of pain, suffering, and most importantly unadulterated joy.     The game used to be a lot more entertaining back then, when it wasn't too popular. I remember when me, my brother and a couple friends played it. We were like totally addicted, but now it has just lost it's meaning. It's another game among many others, there's no signs of unique. It just reminds me of another zombie survival game. Repetitive and boring.

    This is as bare minimum as a PC game can get. It is more of an App than a full game. I think that it would fit better on the iPhone than the PC. It is already on Android, so why not the iPhone? Mobile devices are where it belongs. On a PC, it leaves much to be desired. Maybe if I had never played Garrys Mod I would have liked it more...

    Simple, addicting and fun, this game is one of the best games that I currently have. The possibilities for creation are endless. The only things I hate about this game are endermen and hunger in survival mode. This is a great game!

    Even when haters gonna hate, gamers gonna play. Minecraft looks terrible, has no storyline (yet), but its one of the best sandbox lego-simulator ever made. Good job Mojang. I still remember my beloved booster glitch (RIP).

    Highly enjoyable, especially with modding capabilities, making it a go-to game if you're bored. Although, for a game with quite simple graphics, some computers might not handle the fun of this cube shaped piece of indie legend.

    It's AMAZING!!! The graphics are horrible. the sound is... well... there isn't much sound at all. I gotta say though this game has made me so obsessed with it's simplicity and addictive gameplay that i cannot believe it! First off, when i tried it, i didn't know what the heck to do, so if you're new then go on you tube and search for "minecraft tutorial". A user named paulsoaresjr did someIt's AMAZING!!!     This is one of the best games I have ever played (as you can see by my username) and I am addicted to it! Minecraft is a very addicting game in which you build things out of blocks of materials. You can build anything you want! This may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I think that this game is a masterpiece that is overlooked because of its graphics (which aren't that bad!).     "Minecraft" lacks the graphics, but is abundant with creativity. Expect enormous fun...with CRAFTING!!!

    Minecraft is a lovely original AND INFLUENCED game! Graphics are waste but you will get use to easily. The only problem I found in this is the repetitve way to do things -_-'
    I bought it a year ago, and now I play it once or twice a month... In some words,quite a borring game after a year playing to it.

    this game is amazing. i used to obsess about graphics but this game taught me you don't need graphics for a good game. I've been playing since alpha and i will continue to play hopefully forever. i can't wait for the full release. and i wish mojang the best. the first time i found diamonds i was so excited i did a back flip and screamed OMG DIAMONDS :D

    To be honest, this game is basically better than most games that you can buy for the Xbox 360/PS3 Ect.

    I own a copy myself and I have been hooked. The sandbox nature of peoples minds is in this game. There is no structure to the game itself, no story, but it doesn't need that. It is a masterpiece. It is the best game that I have ever owned.

    This is a very creative sndbox game, where everything exists of blocks. Except form creative and survival mode, you can also go online or download custom made adventure maps. Also you can customize your player skin and the way everything looks like.

    I bought Minecraft when it was still in Alpha stage. Before even the smooth lightning feature! I have seen Minecraft grow from a simple alpha version to an incredible, immersive game. I don't care if the graphics look outdated because I can just install a texture pack. I built so much in my world and I literally CANNOT wait for the full release!

    Minecraft is an alright bit of harmless fun, but after you've built what you've wanted to build and explored a bit, I found it rather forgettable. The graphics are alright and there are very few enemies, zombies, skeletons, creepers, endermen, spider jockeys, spiders, cows, pigs, chickens, sheep and wolves compared to something like Terraria which has 45 and the cows, pigs, chickens andMinecraft is an alright bit of harmless fun, but after you've built what you've wanted to build and explored a bit, I found it rather forgettable.     Pure, unadulterated fun. If you have a creative mind for Minecraft, be prepared to spend a portion of your life on this game. And considering this game is still in the beta stage, I'm having a hard time trying to hold my breath for when this actually gets released.

    Great game. I have played it a lot. When I first saw people playing it I though "this is dumb but I know I will enjoy it immensely." This game is like virtual 3d Legos it is the best.

    This game is very fun, addicting, and innovative. I have played since Alpha. I will continue to play even after it is released, because even then updates will still be available. My friends love it, though others might say it has "stupid blocky graphics." But they need to learn that graphics don't make the game, it's how fun it is. You should get this game if you haven't!

The sandbox feel is what I enjoy the most; just the idea of being able to go anywhere, anytime and do anything you want once you arrive is a sense of freedom that goes so far as to possibly give GTA a run for its money. My only complaints are that if your computer is slow, the game is VERY laggy when you try to playA hugely entertaining game that is as addictive as an illegal substance. The sandbox feel is what I enjoy the most; just the idea of being able to go anywhere, anytime and do anything you want once you arrive is a sense of freedom that goes so far as to possibly give GTA a run for its money. My only complaints are that if your computer is slow, the game is VERY laggy when you try to play on maximum settings. Also, there is not a wide variety of tools and weapons and once you play for a little while, you will notice that most tools are just upgraded rather than being different (eg. a wooden pick-axe will upgrade to a stone pick-axe etc.). But apart from that, this unique take on the free roam genre is destined to become a classic.… Expand

    It's a very good game, though I think the Java will kill it. Since the 1.7 update, most of the users experience "Out of Memory" bug. The game just freezes, and shuts off. Like, every five minutes for some, ten for others.

    I really love the game, as I said though, for a bunch of bricks, this requires some serious hardware.

    This game is just terrible, its boring and it has the graphics of a calculator. I played games in the 80's that had better graphics than this. This is only a game for people who are sheep. Stay away from this Horrible, terrible game

    Very, very addictive game and this is one of the best game of 2011 and one of my favorite. You can create your ideal world oneself or with friends. This game is for everyone. I started play Minecraft 1 year ago and play now. New version is really great. I advice this game all creative people...... or everyone ;) Rate 10/10.

    It's a beautiful game! Created with every single detail from the real world when I sit in front of the computer starts Minecraft I fell FREE! And no one can tell me what to do! It's the real world in a game. Build your home protect it! Loads of stuff to do! Hail Notch :)

Some people complain about the graphics, but that's nothing I found annoying. You have blocky pixels for a blocky game, if you wanted groundbreaking graphics then you should try Crysis 2. And if you aren'tFlawless. I can't even describe how much fun Minecraft is, and with the impending Adventure Update and Official Release I think it can only get better. It's truely the ultimate sandbox. Some people complain about the graphics, but that's nothing I found annoying.     The 1.0 version of the indie phenomena is still obviously unfinished and flawed in many ways, but it's so easy to forget that when you're building your dream castle, exploring scary caves and vast mountain ranges and having a great time in its blocky world.
