Ensimmäisen örkki tapon jälkeen peli kävi jo tylsäski ja toisuvaksi.................. -

Oct 26, 2017I'm just here to say that microtransactions in full-priced games are a cancer on the gaming industry, that's spreading as fast as we're allowing it to. Lootboxes manage to be even worse. I can't stand them on multiplayer games but single player? F**k off.
-
Oct 26, 2017Does it have lootboxes that destroy the game? Why, yes it does. So I automatically download a free game for me. Sorry not Sorry you greedy punk publishers
-

Oct 26, 2017I really enjoyed the 1st Shadow of Mordor, unfortunately Shadow of War not so much, lot of reused assets, repeated missions, average story, And a god damn microtransactions.
the online feature needs lot of improvements. -
Oct 25, 2017Game is great until the Shadow Wars and then it starts getting annoying unless you like grinding. If you don't like grinding then watch the ending on youtube.
Buy the game if you loved Shadow of Mordor and want an expanded version of it with a better story. If you don't like the microtransactions then you don't have to buy any. -

Oct 24, 2017I really wanted this game but I can no longer support the current business model of micro-transactions and look boxes in paid games anymore so I will not be buying this game and supporting the publisher. A clear message must be sent that this is no longer acceptable.

Oct 23, 2017Get the loot boxes and microtransactions out of our games! We don't need them. This game would have been good if not for your evil business practices. Enough of this!
-
Oct 23, 2017This is an experiment to gentle add in MT into a single player full paid game. Boycott buying it, otherwise it will end up in all future games worse and worse even if you just ignore them...
-

-
Oct 22, 2017Same basic mechanics as first game, bigger map. Layer that on top of massive grindfests to encourage you to spend money on lootboxes, crashes, and a weak story and you get a game that completely fails to live up to its potential. Abysmal Effort at best.
-
Oct 22, 2017This game started off really well like Shadow of Mordor, but Act 4 is an absolute joke. They decided they were just going to throw on about 10 hours of grinding the exact same thing over and over again and make your army way underpowered if you don't buy their loot crates.

Oct 22, 2017A $60 game that is based around paywalls and microtransactions. The game would be decent if not for the disgustingly greedy decicions Warner Bros made with it. They seriously added gambling elements into a buy-to-play singleplayer game. Don't buy this, they don't deserve your money.

Oct 21, 2017AVOID THIS GAME LIKE THE PLAGUE!
DLC...Microtransactions bullcrap all over the place...And if you support this you are making the gamimg industry worse and worse! -
Oct 21, 2017Make a game purposely grindey in order to sell casino style lootboxes is not OK. Screw you Monolith and WB. Don't support this type of corporate predatory behavior
-
Oct 21, 2017The worst money making I have seen in a Triple-A game so far: first charging 60 dollars for the game, then demanding microtransactions to see the end of the game. Almost impossible to beat the game without buying better warchiefs and captains. Hate this game right now. The beginning was good but this policy of charging more money to see the end is simply a shame!

Oct 21, 2017worst game ever they are trying to rip us off micro transactions in a single player game and this game is not even free its paid for + all the bugs in raising dead captains and in changing captains traits
-
Oct 21, 2017You pay for a game with the true ending behind a paywall. Microtransactions are the new cancer that is destroying videogames. They ruined a game with a lot of potential because of greed. Do not buy it until they change their policy.

Oct 20, 2017Don't touch this game! If this is what AAA games are becoming then this will be the last game I ever buy. Paying full price for a game only to find that there are micro-transactions and a tedious grind in it! Absolutely despicable!!!!
-

-
Oct 20, 2017This could have been a 9/10 game. Completely marred by a designed in grind to try to force the consumer to purchase loot crates. Absolutely unacceptable failure of a game for this reason.
-
Oct 20, 2017Do not read the negative reviews of users. They are devoid of arousal and are thrown against a play masterpiece only for unnecessary and completely optional microtransmissions! But do you realize that by doing so, you just do not mind a great single player game? This is a masterpiece game and a possible candidate at GOTY 2017. 10 full and praise.

Oct 19, 2017I just finished this game, and I spent 60 hours with it. I did not use any paid loot boxes, and I had a blast. it is your personal decision. Although I do not approve of the practice of microstransactions, at least here it’s not necessary to finish the game. Amd besides that, the story is great, the game mechanics are intuitive and complex at the same time, and you will have a blast.

Oct 19, 2017I'm sorry but the place of microtransactions is to add in extra optional advantages or aesthetic customization. In this game it appears they used forced grinding at obscene levels to encourage people to buy items just so they can beat the game in a fun way. Not a good business practice. Do not support.
-
Oct 19, 2017One word: micro transactions which involve not only looks. Disgusting practise. Don't buy this rubbish. If you do you're part of the problem and you're supporting bad unethical practices in video gaming.

Oct 18, 2017This is probably my favourite game to date, and my first computer was a Vic20. I have finished the game and can confirm that the ending is NOT behind a paywall. In fact, The Nemesis system shines again, and the recruiting and leveling up orcs is addictive. Runs very well on my machine which is a few years old with a 770. I was actually surprised at how well my system handled it.

Oct 18, 2017Apart from micro-transactions (which is plain daylight robbery) this game has dull combat and repetitive game play. The combat has a mind of its own. You click a button wanting to do one thing and it will do something else entirely. The repetitiveness, grinding and sub par combat becomes annoying that you either rush through the story for the sake of it or quit.
-
Oct 17, 2017Do not buy! **** micro transactions, as predicted. Apart from that decent game, but a lot of gridning... sigh. Vote with your wallet guys, so skip this one.

Oct 16, 2017Bad, its a bad game, takes away all brandish powers until like 6 missions in which is lame and useless making you do stupid tasks and unfun game feels more of a chore the an actual game. ITS GARBAGE
-
Oct 16, 2017scripted gameplay grinder that lives from being tolkien stuff. story epic and cinematic but not memorable. ultra graphics on an 1080 don't look ultra rather like skyrim. the game feels purposely lengthened to make the lootbox system attractive. enemy level system and army building seems exremely unbalanced and unsatisfying. not worth the money and not worth the time.
-
Oct 16, 2017Even without the loot box shenanigans, the base game is just bad. I dont know how some compromised medias give this game a high praise. The so called "open world" is just a giant map of copy paste. And the story is just gonna keep Tolkien rolling in his grave. DO NOT BUY

Oct 16, 2017Great game, but loot boxes? Microtransactions? Great 0 for Warner Bros!!! Do not buy this game now. Wait till it will be cheap, we must show them what we think about that.

Oct 15, 2017I just want to make it clear for Warner and all gaming companies.:
THIS IS NOT A F2P MOBILE GAME TO BE PLAGUED disgustingly BY MT.
STICK IT THROUGH YOUR HEADS, AND PUT TO WORK THAT FEW LITTLE CELL BRAINS OF YOURS.
For the gaming community: Don´t bought this game. Dishonest business practices = pay to win formula. -

Oct 14, 2017**** micro transaction on a full price game, the grinding is way longer and more tedious than it should be, just because the Publisher wants you to get bore and buy the loot box, if the loot boxes didn’t exist the grinding would have been shorter, it ****ing affects game play, even if you don’t buy them

Oct 14, 2017microtranscation in a singleplayer game, gg.
Ставлю ноль за микротранзакции и объявляю бойкот этой игре. В трипл А не должно быть микроплатежей!!

Oct 13, 2017Utter garbage cash grab. The full price of this game with all the "at launch" DLC is $80. That's actually fine with me. But then to stack in-game purchases of loot boxes on top of this in a single player game?! And to hide the actually ending behind these in-game purchases? These developers have lost their minds. Time to learn the hard way, fellas.

Oct 13, 2017I haven't even played the game yet, just adding a 10 to counter all these butthurt idiots who cry about the game having microtransactions. Newsflash: you don't have to buy any of that stuff. And people are actually buying them, or else the practice would've died out years ago. Think about that, gaming justice warriors :)

Oct 12, 2017Micro transaction and Denuvo DRM, that's a big no no. From these two we know how greedy the corp is and how far they will go to milk all the money from players. This is a disgusting business model and should not be encouraged.
-
Oct 12, 2017Day-one dlc? AND microtransaction? WTF? Disgusting greed. Never AAA games again... EA and Bethesda games... How did we admit it?
Dont buy. Ever. These companies should go bankrupt.
Guys and girls... go indie. We wants real games again. -
Oct 12, 2017
-
Oct 12, 2017Glad this game got cracked day one even with the latest Denuvo. The devs and publisher deserve to be kicked in the family jewels until they pass out for this disaster of a lootcrate system.
-
Oct 12, 2017Loot boxes in 60 Single Player game. NO FREAKING WAY! Avoid at any price and tell publishers and devs we are not putting up with this BS greed any longer.
-
Oct 12, 2017It is sad that we have reached a point where games publishers think that charging full price for a game isn't enough; instead they want more money by giving the player incentive to pay for loot boxes. It is especially sad because the game itself is so good.
-
Oct 12, 2017Microtransactions in an $60 single player game is like buying a nice car and then after driving it for 1 year, a message pops up on the dashboard saying you can only drive a maximum of 40 mph unless you purchase more "credits".
Unacceptable filthy greed. -
Oct 12, 2017
-
Oct 12, 2017The game by itself is OK. But i agree with community, that it's time to stop this micro-transaction **** policy. And i'm really happy to see, that people show their position to sales analysts with ties, who thoughts that they can make like 6.34% more easy money and that this is like the best idea ever. Nope.
I started playing in full discount version btw. Do not buy it. -
Oct 12, 2017Trash game by **** developers. dont buy this game, the devs dont deserve the money with their braindead microtransactions .
i can easily turn on trainers and cheats myself with all currency since its a god damn single player game. tested on multiplayer and it works.
so only retards would be spending real money on that **** you are better off not buying the game, they dont deserve anything -
Oct 12, 2017A list of the ways microtransactions have ruined my experience of the game...
They haven't, I've played it perfectly fine without the tiniest need to buy lootboxes, stop making such a big deal out of nothing. The game is really good and no need to buy lootboxes, if you liked the first game you will love this one -

Oct 11, 2017Microtransaction ruin this game.... How to **** a game?? MICROTRANSACTION for the win!!! Dude.... good luck next time!! Besitos mis amores de mi corazon!!
-
Oct 11, 2017Dumbasses that don't own the game are spamming this to try and get it a bad score. Ignore the loot box **** and the game itself is absolutely fantastic
-
Oct 11, 2017
-
Oct 11, 2017Game ruined by microtransactions. This game is getting good scores from the legacy gaming media because they never have and never will look out for the consumer. If a publisher wants to ruin their game by putting gambling via microtransactions in at the cost of quality then they must accept the poor review scores from the consumer.

LEVEL (Czech Republic)Feb 16, 2018A huge game that, despite of the quality of the fight and the delight of the Orb, offers paradoxically very small. It's not a failure, but we were expecting more. [Issue#279]

Game World Navigator MagazineDec 30, 2017Nemesis is a one-hit wonder of a mechanic. Everything else in Middle-earth is mediocre at best, but Nemesis makes it all worthwhile, since every playthrough is truly unique – a feature none of its triple-A competitors can offer. [Issue#225, p.38]

Dec 23, 2017A lot of people were upset to find out that Shadow of War has loot boxes, and they are kind of annoying. Unfortunately, loot boxes is the least of its problems.
