May 18, 2019Metro Last Light is a continuation of 2033 very successful, and exceeding 2033 in some aspects, but worse in others.
Last Light, although it is just as interesting to follow that 2033, I notice a step below in the story that counts, especially because its narrative is heavier.
Last Light mitigates the problems of gameplay and provides very fun combats, with a much better AI. -

Feb 26, 2019Мдаа, никого не убивать в шутере, чтобы получить "хорошую" и каноничную концовку. По-моему это какой-то бред...

Feb 2, 2019Just as 2033 thi game in my opinion is boring, boring gameplay, again there is not much to explore around, same not so special weapons and not so great fps feeling, that feeling when you shoot, just don't feel it in this game, performance on pc worse than non-redux version so no idea what happend there, game is not good. Not recommended!

Trash Game
Combat is boring, the story isn't special, and worst of all the company tries to hide from criticism. -

Jan 29, 2019I feel like they did an awesome job with the detail, mechanics and graphics of this game.
A true FPS survival game done right. Really sticks to the books story line as well. Great job 4A Games. -
Dec 31, 2018Игра шидевр! Просто лучшая игра всех времён и народов. Какая графика, какой графон!

Aug 7, 2018Metro LLR is incredibly good. Visuals are top notch, the story is more convincing and more interesting than 2033's one, and the gameplay feels better. The only complain I can think of is the rather stupid way devs implemented the higest difficulty levels, by just making weapon and inventory menus invisible instead of providing for an alternative way to select items.

Aug 6, 2018Metro: Last Light has plays exactly the same as Metro 2033: great atmosphere and immersion, good visuals and sound, few bugs here and there. The only slight negative difference is that boss fights are very tedious.

Jul 5, 2018Misma jugabilidad que el anterior, con nuevos paisajes y una historia aun mejor que la anterior, hermosa en pocas palabras.

Apr 8, 2018An action-packed and heart-pumping atmospheric survival game that will leave you breathing heavily in anticipation of what will happen next. Metro: Last Light offers its linear story-focused first person shooter in a well-executed manner, giving you a choice of stealth or guns blazing similar to its predecessor, Metro 2033.

Feb 27, 2018The continuation surpassed the first part of its atmosphere. Great game. I recommend!

Nov 15, 2016One of the few suquels that can be better than the first one, and it's well optimized too! A great game, a must play even if you dindn't played the first one!

Nov 6, 2016This game along with the original Metro 2033 is one of the best atmospheric shooters ever made. Its not particularly scary but it tells a dark, depressing story and engages your emotions like few games ever did. The only thing that bothered me were those forced boss fights which kind of broke the immersion for me but fortunately there were few such encounters and they were over pretty fast.

Apr 24, 2016WOW. Game is better than original "Last Light". The previous one was broken, stupid A.I. and very easy. This one have better graphics (no very great for 2014 standars, but good is good) and the differents between Survival and FPS-Doom-KillEveryONE are real now.
Playing for the second time, the game is a soid 8. But I put it 10 because this is a must for people whom never play metro before. -

Mar 5, 2016Game too hard even at easiest setting. Some serious bugs. Many levels are tedious and annoying (marshes as an example). Intro menu is cool but way too long and cannot be skipped. Too much survival-like for my taste (didn't account it in my rating because it's more a personal preference).

Feb 13, 2016I enjoyed a lot Metro 2033, so I had a lot of hype for this Last Light. Nice gunplay, nice graphics, but not a great storyline, and it felt like I was playing a CoD or something like that.
I did not enjoy it like Metro 2033, but it still worth it. -

Mar 2, 2015Didn't like this installment very much ,,, not fan of the story since the previous game , and this game didn't make it any better ,,, same shallow characters and voice acting , Same FPS game play , Same Graphics "now they look very outdated" ,,, the positive thing is the environment , i felt it's more of a benchmark game , and in few months you'll forget about it

Jan 23, 2015It's just the same old thing as Last Light, just a slight graphics change. It's still fun, but definatley not worth paying for the game again. It's the same thing is buying The Last of Us on ps3, then buying it on ps4, just a god damn waste of money, and I can't even get a refund.

Dec 24, 2014its just the **** same game!! why should i buy it again?!? because they changed the graphics a bit?! thats ****---------------------------------------

Sep 15, 2014If someone owns Metro: Last Light, there's absolutely no reason to buy the Redux version. Graphically its the very same game, while the DLC content and the Survival/Spartan mode are not enough to justify this new release and the 20 euros price, even with the differentiation the later offers to the gameplay. On the other hand, whoever hasn't played the original game yet, has another good reason to do it now.
-
Aug 29, 2014The game becomes much more of a survival-horror title with the new available options, and if you’re new you can try both styles and decide for yourself. Otherwise, there’s really no reason to prefer the original over this remastering.
-
Aug 20, 2014Still as atmospheric and impressively grim as it was last year, but inessential if you have the original.
