Oct 4, 2021+Excellent setting
+Great voice talent
+Decent script
-Most major plot points are unchangeable
-Strange performance issues even with high end pc
Was unsure what this would be like coming from a different studio but i was pleasently surprised by this game. Definitely worth a play through if youre a fan of this game genre. -
Sep 12, 2021Not regretting the buy, but I'm a little bit disappointed.
+ The environments, soundtracks, visuals and character dialogues creates a great atmosphere.
- The story is way too thin. It wasn't nearly as engaging as the story from the other games and there weren't really that many impactful events. -

Sep 11, 2021I thought this game was really boring. It's not near as good as LiS 1 or Before the Storm if that's what you're asking for. I found myself yawning multiple times while "playing" the game.

Sep 14, 2021The weakest and most boring game in the series. The plot is boring and not intriguing. All characters are boring and dull. Twin Mirror turned out to be much more interesting. The most memorable thing in this game is the Shu-Shu plush toy.

Nov 27, 2021Episode 5 is total fail, minus 2 from final rating. Could be quite good, but failed in last episode so hard so it is just 1-timer, just like the first game. If we act rational and pretend that 5 episode doesn't exist and that the story ended at the 4th episode that it is 7/10 clearly

Oct 2, 2021Estoy tan decepcionada. Esperaba mucho más después de los juegos anteriores, pero está por debajo del primero y el segundo. Bonitos gráficos, bonita música.

Nov 21, 2021In my opinion lis 3 is much worst than rest of this series i think its coz is not as ,, stretchy ,, as in other games. I didint like that game change from serious to fun and playing games with kid and the (SOME ONE CAN FIND THIS AS SPOILER)---->ending was bad af it always ends really similar way and your choices dont do **** fr it just here coz the previous games had it.

Apr 19, 2022Extremely low narrative, power is just stupid, totally inconsistent story, boring gameplay.
Totally disappointed, thank god I played it on gamepass. -
Jun 13, 2022here was something relaxing about the whole game, I am a sucker for small American towns in movies and series, mix that with the state of Colorado and you get a beautiful setting. While I thought the plot twist was pretty lame and could be seen a mile away, I somehow liked the characters. I had some great evenings with this game and found some cool tracks through it on Youtube music. It… Expand

Jan 3, 2022Life Is Strange: True Colors paints a pretty picture, creating a story you’ll really want to invest in, with only a slow plot point or two distracting from what is otherwise a great work of art.
-
Nov 19, 2021True Colors is the most “alive” Life is Strange so far thanks to a technological leap, but it lacks spark and tries to compensate for it by referencing or imitating the original game.

Game World Navigator MagazineOct 22, 2021With Dontnod, there’s always a small town and the death of a friend to get the story rolling. But this time around, characters, plot and setting are far more developed than in previous games. [Issue#255, p.62]
