Nov 12, 2018A welcome return of one of the most beloved point'n click characters on the 90's, and excellent game that may be too easy to be a perfect homage.
-
Mar 5, 2019The premise and story are offering some great comedy, parody and poking at the current generations and ways of dating. Problem arises at the fact that the game mostly does only that and does not delve any deeper into the possible hilarity of it all. As for the gameplay its the every day standard point and click adventure fare. If you are new to the series its a great simple and fun start.

Jan 31, 2019Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don't Dry is a good start to a potential comeback for the series. The return to the classic point-and-click formula is appreciated, even if some of the puzzle solutions can be obscure. The humor could be much better, but some of the jokes do stick, and the presentation is decent. Franchise fans will enjoy this title if they won't miss the original creator's nuances.

Dec 6, 2018I wasn’t wild about Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don’t Dry. The puzzles work pretty well, and that’s the most important thing for an adventure, but the writing is sub-par, and the longer I played the game, the more I felt bad for Al Lowe, the franchise’s creator. Wet Dreams is definitely a game for adults — with a slew of references to penises, dildos, fleshlights, and more — but if you’re a part of that target demographic, and if you like adventures, then you might get enough out of the title for it to be a worthwhile purchase. Just wait for it to go on sale first.

Nov 26, 2018I can’t believe I’m saying this, but Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don’t Dry is actually a game you might possibly want to play maybe. In fact, it’s not a bad adventure game at all - with quite fun puzzles, nice cartoony artwork, a decent length (not that that’s important, right ladies?), and there’s no silly mechanics (like paying for taxis and death) to get in the way. Even the jokes aren’t too offensive, with all the characters (especially the women) feeling like weird but relatable people - not just sex objects.

Nov 14, 2018Larry is back. Not as lude, but charming nonetheless. Too bad that the finicky inventory as as well as sometimes illogical puzzles con become frustrating at times.
-
Nov 6, 2018A solid point-and-click adventure with a fresh twist, though it stumbles into many of the standard pitfalls for the genre. The story is largely respectable and interesting, while not at the top of the pile. If you’re a big fan of the genre or an old fan of Larry who wants to check in on him, you should absolutely give this game a go as close to release as you can. For everyone else, a fun time lies in wait, provided you can tolerate the infuriating puzzles.

Nov 12, 2018Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don't Dry is part tribute, part return to form, and, finally, probably the best attempt to bring the series to the new millennium so far. While this is certainly a breath of fresh air after the retched Box Office Bust, however, it could also be much better, first from a gameplay standpoint, but especially when it comes to its naughty humour.
-
Nov 7, 2018Wet Dreams Don’t Dry is funny but, like its main characters, lose in the ending. Its not particularly innovative or wit, but it’s well built and try its best to revive its icon with a new, updated look.
