Summary:

Through the payphone outside your apartment, a man calls to give you your next assignment: retrieve a briefcase that belongs to the Inspector from a nightclub called Echoes. Go and meet Sergio in the Rooster district and carry out the job.

A standalone prequel story set several months before the start of Kowloon's Curse.
