    A fantastic game with more than competitive graphics. Whilst slightly repetitive, it is undeniably enjoyable with teammates and the more friends you play with the more fun you will have within the game.

    Killing Floor 2 is a pleasant surprise. Tripwire manages to get the fundamentals so, so right. Fighting zeds is a pleasure thanks to guns that are satisfying to use. If there is anything wrong with Killing Floor 2's dumb, yet addicting co-op fun, it's that there simply isn't enough variation, both in terms enemy types as well as game modes.

    Cooperative action Killing Floor 2 pleads for attention with richer content, explicitly displayed violence and perfectly optimized technology. It is nearly like the previous installment, but we could expect anything else. The attractiveness of the game increases the creativity of its community.

    Killing Floor 2 is a joy to play and while it is made far better with friends, it does fail to deliver a worthwhile single player experience. Call up your squad of friends however, and Killing Floor 2 is a masterpiece of chaos as you cut your way through wave after wave of the toughest zeds as they struggle to overwhelm you. Killing Floor 2 is a bloody mess, and it’s a bloody good one too.

    Killing Floor 2 is brutal and intense, definitely worth recommending for fans of co-op action. Mission goals are not very creative or varied, but the shooting is satisfying enough to keep you engaged even after many hours of combat.

    Killing Floor 2, for better or worse, is much like its predecessor. The strong gameplay system is elevated by both its visuals and audio, with the guns being a particular highlight. There are some kinks to be ironed out here and there, but at the end of the day, Killing Floor 2 is a satisfying cooperative shooter that is so simple, so easy to play, that it’s difficult to not come back for more.

    Killing Floor 2 is doing what the first episode did, but much better. Better graphics, better perks, better game mechanics... It's the best survival FPS around.

    While it's a shame Tripwire didn't improve enemy variety or add a new co-operative mode, Killing Floor 2 has some of the most satisfying shooting around as the old formula holds up well thanks to high levels of polish, good perk variety, and solid maps.

    The game might not be very friendly towards newbies (it doesn’t teach you how to play and therefore forces you to resort to trial and error) but once you get hold of it and gather a reliable team you’ll spend many enjoyable evenings with it. [01/2017, p.42]

    Is it currently fun? Undeniably. It’s gross, silly, and more than a little thrilling, and while the matchmaking system is a bit rubbish, there are always plenty of active servers to choose from manually, ensuring that you won’t have to spend much time looking for a game. But for that single mode to remain fresh, a frequent injection of new stuff is going to be necessary.

    At the moment it is in the very first early access build, and the game feels like a completely overhauled and massively upgraded killing floor, except very skinny on the actual content. The basics are there, you have 4 perks with 3-4 weapons each and your full set of freaks, including 2 more variants of the cloth compared to the first game. It isn't a lot, but you have to consider that Tripwire supported the original Killing Floor standalone for close to six years with new maps, weapons and characters. I have no doubt that by the time this game hits the shelves officially, it will have more than triple the content it has now. And over the years to come I expect Tripwire to live up to their name and add yet more maps and weapons (probably paid skins too, but that shouldn't bother anyone) to their game.

    Anyway, the core game is already there and it feels very complete. The trademark authentic weapon feel is an example of the attention to detail this early access already has, each weapon looks and feels amazing, with the high-framerate animations making them incredibly satisfying to shoot and reload. They may not have a massive selection yet, but the guns they do have are absolutely amazing. The perks are limited at the moment, but still offer enough variety to keep the game interesting for at least a few more months, and by that time the game should have more content already. The game now covers melee, shotguns, rifles and some futuristic medic versions of those, and given how good every class feels I don't suppose anyone will get bored quite yet. The limited range of maps might be your biggest complaint in this early access, but three maps still do the job. You can play all three on any of the four difficulty settings, which adds some longevity to the maps. The different attacks and tactics zeds have on different difficulties should keep things fresh.

    Altogether this build feels very complete in what it has, it just doesn't have a lot yet. But for €26,99 I think you are getting a good experience quite already, and given Tripwire's track record I feel safe to recommend this game to anyone who can enjoy some co-op wave survival. The game is already very solid, and if Tripwire delivers on their promises it will offer the most bang for your buck since Skyrim.    … Full Review »

In addition to the first game this one has a lot of improvements like game mechanics,new animations for zeds,graphics,soundtrack and more. I'm writting this in the early access stage and I'm sure that tripwire will improve our game experience for this title(the game is amazing right now to play but it will be better).I really recommend this game because it is a team-based game so you can have fun with your friends and also the price is very good!
