Enjoy able game. I think what makes this game so much fun is the community created maps. You don't see many games today that give out a map editor. I really wish that was common with the shooter genre again.

Recomendable y a buen precio.

The name of the game says it all, Killing floor.

What is killing floor? Well, it's an FPS where you must survive waves of clones called zeds. You do this by shooting, slicing, burning and exploding them to tiny pieces. That alone is fun but they make things interesting with a class system they call perks.

Each perk is specialized in some form of combat. For example, you can be a Firebug which specializes in weapons that set enemies on fire or Support for some shotgun action. How about a Berzerker who loves slicing and smashing through zeds? (My personal favorite) By using these perks they get bonuses with their weapon type and as you use them they level up to a max of 25.

Every level your perk gets a percentage based boost to certain things depending on what perk you're using. Such as damage with perk weapons, maximum magazine size or increased movement speed. But that's not all you get, Evey 5 levels you also get the choice between two skills for your class which can massively change your play style. For example, the Medic can choose to make their heals also buff their friends or to make their weapons do more damage.

BuT wAiT tHeReS mOrE. When you're enjoying making zeds disappear sometimes when something cool happens such as a headshot or explosion you might enter slow motion known as Zed time. This lets you line up the next few shots, Heal really quick or just get a quick look around to see what's going on. Also, every class at max level gets to choose a skill that only works in zed time and these skills are usually really powerful. For example, Berzerkers can move in almost real time letting them slice away at slow-moving zeds or they can cause nearby Zeds to flee in fear while automatically healing themselves. Another fun one is Gunslinger who can either shoot in near real-time allowing you to unload into a zed face or have a bottomless clip so you always have ammo to shoot in zed time. MY POINT IS, There's plenty of perks to try and different way to play each perk.

Then there's the gameplay which admittedly can get very repetitive. You start off with a starting weapon for your class and start off killing easy small zeds. As you kill you'll earn dosh, Not money DOSH (Basically money). This lets you get higher priced weapons which will (usually) be better than whatever the cheaper option is. You're going to need those big weapons cause as the waves progress you'll fight harder enemies from the basic clot to the devastating fleshpound. After 5, 7 or 10 waves depending on how long you set the game you will fight a random boss beat them and you win!

At first, the game is fairly easy but the game can become crushingly hard if you want it to be. Playing on Normal you'll have to deal with the lowest of stats for the Zeds. Lower movement speed, Health, and damage so you can get used to the game. However, as you go up to Hard, Suicidal and Hell on earth difficulties Zeds get faster, stronger and hit harder but that's not all. They may also gain new abilities and movement patterns. For example, The Husk is a ranged zed that on Normal sticks back and occasionally shoots a fireball at you or your friends (And sometimes other zeds which they don't exactly let slide). However, on higher difficulties, they can use the cannon as a flamethrower to roast you up really quickly or even kill themselves by overloading their weapon to try to take you down with them.

But of course what is suffering without friends? You can have up to 6 people (Even more in a modded server) join you. Doing this changes a few things but the main thing it changes is zeds get more stats to make up for all of your friends. At 6 friends enemies that could be killed easier alone are now a 6 man chore to take on that'll absolutely destroy someone alone ESPECIALLY the bosses. However, if you and your squad can work together it can be a hectic, fast-paced but fun fight for survival.

Overall it'll keep you entertained for at least an hour or two for each of the 10 perks and is worth at least trying.

OH also at the time of writing it's on sale for 66% off so now may be your time to buy since it's out of beta and very much full of content.

(And for god's sake buy a medic pistol in multiplayer on anything higher than normal it'll save lives)

Was an amazing PVE co op shooter in 2014. Since its release it has become feature bloated to hell, including mtx which they promised would never be in the game, mediocre gamemodes that added nothing meaningful to the core game loop, unoriginal and boring to fight enemies, and cringeworthy bosses. sigh.

Cooperation with team is crucial if you want to be successful (mainly in higher difficulties). Personally, I really like the soundtrack.

As it stands right now, judging it as if it were a full game, I already think a 8 is a fair grade for this game, and that's when you pretend three maps is all you're going to ever get.

At the moment it is in the very first early access build, and the game feels like a completely overhauled and massively upgraded killing floor, except very skinny on the actual content. The basics are there, you have 4 perks with 3-4 weapons each and your full set of freaks, including 2 more variants of the cloth compared to the first game. It isn't a lot, but you have to consider that Tripwire supported the original Killing Floor standalone for close to six years with new maps, weapons and characters. I have no doubt that by the time this game hits the shelves officially, it will have more than triple the content it has now. And over the years to come I expect Tripwire to live up to their name and add yet more maps and weapons (probably paid skins too, but that shouldn't bother anyone) to their game.

Anyway, the core game is already there and it feels very complete. The trademark authentic weapon feel is an example of the attention to detail this early access already has, each weapon looks and feels amazing, with the high-framerate animations making them incredibly satisfying to shoot and reload. They may not have a massive selection yet, but the guns they do have are absolutely amazing. The perks are limited at the moment, but still offer enough variety to keep the game interesting for at least a few more months, and by that time the game should have more content already. The game now covers melee, shotguns, rifles and some futuristic medic versions of those, and given how good every class feels I don't suppose anyone will get bored quite yet. The limited range of maps might be your biggest complaint in this early access, but three maps still do the job. You can play all three on any of the four difficulty settings, which adds some longevity to the maps. The different attacks and tactics zeds have on different difficulties should keep things fresh.

Altogether this build feels very complete in what it has, it just doesn't have a lot yet. But for €26,99 I think you are getting a good experience quite already, and given Tripwire's track record I feel safe to recommend this game to anyone who can enjoy some co-op wave survival. The game is already very solid, and if Tripwire delivers on their promises it will offer the most bang for your buck since Skyrim.

The graphic and the sound department are okay: the zed's animations are beautiful, the way the blood stains cover up the entire map, the interaction with the surroundings (think that a siren can destroy the light bulbs with her scream, making a zone dark and forcing you to use the flashlight). I've my complaints about the voice commands, which are not as fun to hear as they were in Killing Floor, but I hope that the community and the workshop will be able to remedy to what the developers didn't feel was worth a further improvement.

    ...So far, so good.

Things start going worse when we open the option sub-menu: very few options, missing controls from KF1, as you can't switch to "last weapon" anymore, there is a whole page dedicated to the controller, with a fancy picture of an xbox 360 controller. But that's all fine! I want to pretend that this is all okay, that the controller picture is there to make the thing pretty, that they removed controls to..... I don't know! But another reason other than "console users can't map too many buttons so let's just remove functions"!

Then you jump in a game, and the game turns out to be blatantly console friendly; if you get hit from behind or from a side, you instantly turn in the direction the hit came from: go figure how fun is to play the berserker, or even how this can help you getting killed on HoE: Flesh Pound in front of you, stupid clot behind, 180°spin *dead*.
I spend my 3 hours zerking, as I used to do, turns out that it's not as easy as it was to head-shot a zed, and it looks like it's more luck than skill, as I still haven't found the right angle to decapitate a clot with a katana every time I want.
But hey, am I forgetting something? As the fact that you can sprint (!?!) now? Sprinting? That's right folks! And almost no zeds can outrun you.
Also the difficulty is much lower than it was in Killing Floor, and while this isn't necessarily bad, if you think that it's easy without perks, I imagine that having a bunch of extra fancy abilities would make the game even easier.
As a final note, now we have eight (8) and only eight vocal commands: we can't Thank a mate (It's triggered automatically each time a mate helps you. Cute to hear, but this way you don't understand who's actually grateful for the help and who isn't), we can't Insult our mates, we can't give directions other than Follow Me. You must be wondering why... Well... the vocal commands are now accessible through a wheel that shows up when we hit the bound key. Yep. Hooray console friendly games!

I was very hyped for Killing Floor 2, I craved it for a long time, I couldn't wait to slay zeds with hundreds of new fancy animations, HD graphic and stuff, but now that I've tried this release, I can't hide you feel such a terrible nostalgia of Killing Floor, I want to open the app 1250, load up KF-Bedlam, pick up Foster and a nice perk, and slay zeds on Hell on Earth as we've always meant to do.

    Final Thoughts:
Killing Floor 2 is a game that shows the full potential of the Unreal Engine 3, unfortunately, it isn't as flowing and catchy as Killing Floor used to be.

    If you need ratings:

    Graphic: 8/10
    Sound: 5/10
    Longevity: 5/10
    Gameplay: 3/10

    Overall: 5/10

Buy it if you are a Call of Duty fan seeking for something new and more challenging, skip it if you want a Killing Floor successor: this is nothing like Killing Floor 1.

On the technical part, the game runs very well (I feel is even better than the original KF) and is extremely smooth at all times even when I'm running it on the higher settings and never have I once encountered any game breaking glitch/bug that hinders my experience. However, one has to keep in mind that the game at its current moment (10-18-16) has been in early access for quite some time thought I suppose it is pretty close to being released, as there's only one more perk that hasn't come out yet, but that's just a mere speculation.

Honestly, I think it's worth the price if you enjoy the original KF, but one thing I really dislike the most is the sale of cosmetic items which feels like an absolute lift from Valve's games, It's just me but man is it a huge eyesore. But with that said those cosmetic items have zero impact on the game of course, and it's not going to given a player an any sort of an edge over others. This is going to be an even greater game when it's release, but currently all we can is keep our eyes peeled and our hopes high.

It required you to choose a perk and play it well. The maps were unique and fun. The sequel, however, despite having much better graphics, did not click with me the same way the original game did. From the way Killing Floor 2 is designed, it is apparent that the game wants to appeal to more casual gamers and reach a wider audience. Yes, the graphics are good (the first game did not have good graphics but it had good visual style). But the sinister atmosphere is lost. The game is less claustrophobic, less scary. The metal soundtrack is still good. And the gameplay is easier in comparison to the first game. In the original, even if you played in the normal difficulty, all players had to play their perk well to survive. You had to have a strategy. In Killing Floor 2, zeds are coming from pretty much everywhere, leaving little room for strategic team play. Now you can use any weapon from any perk, and consequently perks lose their significance. The majority of maps -with some exceptions- do not feel the same. Gunplay, on the other hand, is still very good.

Do keep in mind though that the above criticisms come from someone who liked the first game with a passion. I was very excited about Killing Floor 2 and it did not live up to my expectations. That said, if you are a newcomer to Killing Floor, I still think you will have great fun. However, if you are coming from the original who loved Killing Floor 1 for the same reasons that I did, you may find yourself disappointed. Killing Floor 2 reminds me of how I felt about Diablo 2, as a fan of the original Diablo. Diablo 2 was more popular, offered smooth gameplay, had better graphics. But it did not come anywhere close to Diablo 1.

Developers are so bad at creating maps that they basically create the same narrow map 10x times with different looks and names workshop maps are way better.

Edit:Game will go to utter ♥♥♥♥♥ with prestige system and weapon upgrade system they cant add real content no new original bosses, mod permissions,no fookin coop so they do stupid ♥♥♥♥ like that this game is dead on my viewing apparatus.
nobody is even playing this game they should stop dividing players with difficulty level there should only be 2 difficult levels A)Normal humans who want little-medium challenge B)Tryhard ♥♥♥♥ who wants his team to coordinate like a swat team then finish the wavekilling 15 fleshpounds 10 scrakes 5robot minibosses and a couple hundred of trash zeds and there should be a boss at the end of every round otherwise It would be too easy for these players

One of the better zombie shooters. Content is still being added to the game, which is impressive considering its age.

The game is easy and intuitive enough to overlook the flaws in the game design. If the game was harder on the minimum difficulty the game would be a 6/10. I do not like the gunplay. I enjoy the auto-buy feature.

I can't deny that Killing Floor 2 has its own charm, and I genuinely find it to be an enjoyable experience. The co-op survival gameplay is top-notch, and the game successfully carries the legacy of the Killing Floor name.

That being said, there's a part of me that feels it might have lost a bit of its essence compared to the first game. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what changed, whether it's in the gameplay mechanics or the overall aesthetics. Nevertheless, Killing Floor 2 remains a successful and engaging co-op game that lives up to the reputation of its predecessor.

Despite my preference for the first game, I recognize that Killing Floor 2 has its own merits, and it's clear that it has resonated with many players. The game retains the core elements that make the Killing Floor series special, and it continues to offer intense and satisfying survival gameplay.

In the end, whether you prefer the first game or Killing Floor 2, both titles are fantastic co-op experiences that deliver on the thrill of battling hordes of monstrous Zeds. If you enjoy cooperative survival games, Killing Floor 2 is undoubtedly a worthy addition to your gaming library.

Killing Floor 2 is one of the best FPS games I have ever played. It is so simple yet so satisfying. You shoot monsters in a series of waves, fight a boss, choose a different map, rinse, and repeat. Still, it has a certain feel and atmosphere that keeps it fun to play.

Killing Floor 2 did go all out from the first game. There is a sh!t ton of content and improvements which keeps you playing. You got many different new classes, higher perk caps, many, many cosmetic items, new characters, new weapons while also staying true to the old school weapons from Killing Floor 1. The new perk bonuses are well balanced and thought out. After level 25, you feel that you can take on Hell on Earth difficulty, while in Killing Floor 1, this would be an impossible undertaking regardless of level and perks. The weapon buy menu’s have been upgraded, the “Auto fill” button is a gift from God and the overall design of the perk menus are better. You can now skip the trader when you are already done buying stuff which is also a huge improvement.

But by far, the best improvement is the server matchmaking and hosting. When you wanted to play a quick game on Killing Floor 1, you needed to port forward your IP in the router or modem and do a ton of sh!t to make it work. In Killing Floor 2, just create a party, invite, choose map and let’s kill some Zeds.

Killing Floor 2 also introduced loot boxes which I hate to the core in general. But here, they are easy to ignore and do not give you the feeling that you are a poor little sh!t who needs to grind his way trough ten thousand hours of game play to be as cool as the rich kids.

The graphics in Killing Floor 2 are still beautiful. The game is almost six years old now, but it still amazes me, and it is wonderful to look at. The levels all have a dark atmosphere and each one has a unique touch to it. The gore effects are nice, the limbs stay mostly on the ground and after a few waves of Zed’s, the ground is covered in red. It enhances the experience.

The soundtracks of this game are also amazing. I am a heavy metal fan so it could not go wrong from the beginning, but the music is just perfectly fitting. I think this is one of the reasons the game is still so much fun, the music hypes you up to start the next round and gives you the feeling you go to war again. The sound itself is also perfect, you hear the impact of the bullets, the popping of the heads and the destruction explosions cause, again enhancing the experience.

The controls have been greatly improved from Killing Floor 1 and feel one hundred percent fluent. The ability to run and perform melee attacks without selecting the knife are a huge improvement. Although Killing Floor 1 is the founder of the series of course, the controls there felt a little stiff. Still, if you did not know any better this would not be an issue.

Although the game is six years old, it still gets updated very much with new content. It shows the pride and dedication from Tripwire for this game.

What makes Killing Floor unique is the player base. It is still strong on PC and people really work together in a matter that amazes me if I compare it to other online shooters. It is crucial that people work together or else the game is over very quick.

There are some minor issues in my opinion like the load times to start the game or connect to a server, but this has been improved over the years. Although the constant updates of the game are nice, the fact that the game is now almost ninety gigabytes is a bit ridiculous.

In general, Killing Floor 2 is a huge, easy to learn game with tons of content, a brutal soundtrack, satisfying combat, fluent controls and a good player base that works together great in the game.

    Definitely recommend this game!

While it's a shame Tripwire didn't improve enemy variety or add a new co-operative mode, Killing Floor 2 has some of the most satisfying shooting around as the old formula holds up well thanks to high levels of polish, good perk variety, and solid maps.

Cooperative action Killing Floor 2 pleads for attention with richer content, explicitly displayed violence and perfectly optimized technology. It is nearly like the previous installment, but we could expect anything else. The attractiveness of the game increases the creativity of its community.
