InMomentum has fun and stellar gameplay, with excellent presentation and an attractive sci-fi setting. Just some glitches slown down the experience; a nice challenge for solo and multi-player gamers.

A great idea with strong visuals hampered by half-realised mechanics and barely functioning online connectivity. [Jan 2012, p.54]

At this point, InMomentum isn't really worth its asking price. While its limited, nostalgia-tinged take on platform racing gets the entertainment wheels turning, its repetitive game modes and at times awkward mechanics prevent it from ever getting up to speed.

inMomentum is a platform game that focuses on the multiplayer, but at the moment the lack of games to join forces the experience only on the singleplayer mode. With a dozen maps that can be completed in about 2 minutes each you will finish thew game very quickly, without anything else to do after that.

Feels like a showcase of a brilliant game mechanic, but that doesn't excuse the sparseness of the game around it. [Feb 2012, p.99]

Despite the interesting concept, inMomentum shows a poor single player and a compelte lack of polish in the multiplayer, a true shame.

Promising but somehow unfinished platformer game addresses only the hardcore players who are willing to break records infinitely. [Jan 2012]

An incredibly fast-paced game, and that speed makes it an incredibly more-ish and enjoyable experience when it works. It's also worth mentioning that the developer has promised future fixes and free DLC to expand and improve the game. Unfortunately, though, because the current version of the game is wrapped in a mire of niggles and glitches, and because it hasn't secured the amount of content or popularity that might give it lasting appeal, InMomentum doesn't get the recommendation that may have otherwise been within its reach.

It's made by a small indie team, the game is not huge and it sports just enough maps and content for it's price. Considering the developer stated free DLC (maps, modes and level editor) in the future, it's totally worth it's price. The gameplay is entertaining and it really gives me a feeling of freedom. Totally worth a buy. Full Review »

The motion isAmazing indie game combining elements of Mirror's Edge and old school Counter Strike and Quake b-hopping and trick jumping. The motion is fluid, and the maps are intriguing and fun. Built on Unreal Engine 3, it features gorgeous visuals and smooth gameplay. The developer has stated that free DLC will be released, including the chance to make your own custom levels with a level editor. For $9.99 off steam, this game will keep you entertained for hours. Nice graphics but the maps are a messy skew of blocks, nothing interesting to see and even do. All you do is jump and if you jump at the wrong time, you tend to jump off down to hell many times which is unavoidable. I am very glad I only paid a dollar for this as part of a indie pack.
