    Ikenfell is an RPG that looks simple, though it hides a much more interesting story, characters that evolve as the plot moves on, and a competent battle system. This is not a game that will blow our minds, but rather an extremely pleasant, engaging experience.

While it calls on themes from other pop culture titles, the story within is all its own. Slow at first, Ikenfell's true narrative starts to unravel as you meet new friends and unlock clues behind Maritte's sister's disappearance. For $19.99, Ikenfell is well worth the price if you're a fan of pixel games with an inclusive storyline and a beautiful soundtrack.

    Ikenfell provides players a charming adventure with an engaging battle system that is both fun and engaging. Accompanying it is a superb soundtrack that immerses you in its silly bizarre world. While I didn’t get fully invested in some of the characters, I still enjoyed unraveling the mystery. If you’re looking for a cute tactical RPG that’s accessible to new players but also provides some unique systems for genre lovers, you shouldn’t have a problem with letting Ikenfell work its magic on you.

    Ikenfell is overall a great game. It has an emotional story with a great ending. The characters have a lot of depth and their own distinctIkenfell is overall a great game. The battling system is very unique. I think that it is very innovative, but can get a little repetitive. I wouldn't mind the repetitiveness if the important battles didn't take so long to complete. Lastly, the soundtrack is great. The songs compliment the game perfectly. That being said, Ikenfell is a unique RPG with a great story.… Full Review »

    it was a good game but the long game made me a little bored. It took me over 30 hours to finish. Although the battle system is nice, it took ait was a good game but the long game made me a little bored. It took me over 30 hours to finish. Although the battle system is nice, it took a long time in some battles, which made me bored. Especially the Ibn Oxley war was nice but it took so long, I begged it to end. The story is not bad, the characters are given importance. Some dialogues were unnecessarily long. The secrets in the game are nice. Puzzles are easy but fun. Enemy designs are nice. Graphics and music are great. It's fun to use character abilities. The variety of items is great. If you have a lot of free time, I recommend the game.… Full Review »
