    Honestly, people complain too much. Are the character models bad… yes. Are the bugs bad… yes. Was it’s launch worse than Cyberpunk2077… yes. The part I think was worse was taking the game from us with no notice just hours after launch. If this doesn’t show what rockstar thinks of us than nothing will. I think what they did is actually illegal. And don’t get me wrong I was quite angry when I found out that the game was gone, but now that it’s back I will have fun playing it. If you hate it so much than don’t play it. I personally have enjoyed the small amount I have been able to play. I love vice city wether it’s on PC or ps2. I think that the price is a scam though considering it was available for like 10 dollars a few months ago. Honestly the best cash grab would be GTA 6. If they released that they would make BILLIONS so I just don’t get what is taking so long. If u don’t like it then don’t play it but I will have fun with my Vice City wether it’s a little ugly or not.    … Expand

    Es muy decepcionante que Rockstar vaya de mal en peor, arruinar unos de sus mejores videojuegos de todos los tiempos con censura de diálogos y situaciones, mal remaster, errores, etc. Pésimo en verdad además de caro, por increíble que parezca es mejor la versión para Android

    I can't believe Rockstar Games gave the best PS2 games GTA 3, GTA VC, and GTA SA to Grove **** Games, they didn't see what GSG did with GTA SA Remastered in 2015????

    Groove Street Game once again ruined an amazing experience everyone could have, are they working with CD Project Red? Randomly exploding cars, dummy npcs, phantom cars, invisible obstacles, clipping floor, mistypes of words in textures, awful rain... and many, many more. Please Rockstar Games, do not hire this studio anymore!

    This game is too much expensive and offers low quality. Bugs that came from the old version is not a problem, but new bugs? High price? Low Quality and the worst optimization. I do not recommend this game, the sell triple AAA games with bad build with bad work.

The rainfall at nightime in the game is god awful I couldn't see **** where tf am I driving, the only thing you guys improved is the gunplay goddamnit the bugs in this are even more terrible than cyberpunk 2077... try and make an actual remake of this then I'll pay gimme my refund

Completely un-optimized. It barely runs on a 3080 RTX. The atmosphere of the games has been totally trashed.

    Until now, Blizzard had claimed the throne as the ultimate greedy, cashgrab king with zero-effort remakes. Warcraft 3 Reforged was the brown-standard in how to f*ck over your loyal fans in an effort to squeeze ever last dollar out of a franchise. In what can be described as a herculean effort to avoid any effort at all, Rock* has done the impossible and released the lowest-quality remake of game possible.

    This game is pure garbage. You would think since we're in 2021 that higher graphics would be available. They just ported the mobile version onto bigger platforms and called it a day. Big money grab by Rockstar with ZERO effort.

    I just created an account to write this review. This remaster is an insult to all player´s childhood. It was done with no interest or care for the saga. It´s noth worth 60 bucks, I wouldnt play even for free. Stick to the originals, use mods from not paid programmers and you would have a much better experience.

    I spent $60 on this game and it disappeared from rockstar library after client update! I have never seen anything like that before.

    EDITED on 17/11/2021: Ok, so the game was unavailable for 48 hours. Now it's playable again and I have to point out few annoying things. 1) When I want to load the game, I don't know which saved game to load, because there is even no time showing you    I spent $60 on this game and it disappeared from rockstar library after client update! I have never seen anything like that before.

    1) When I want to load the game, I don't know which saved game to load, because there is even no time showing you when the game was saved!

    2) I have very powerful $4000+ gaming setup and I am having below 40 FPS when driving fast in 4K resolution (RX 6900 XT 16 GB + 16 GB DDR4 4000 MHz + i9-9900KS 5GHz all cores)!

    3) Audio, AI, physics are all unchanged from the original GTA series

    4) The only good thing about this definitive edition are modernized controls, so GTA Vice city is normally playable on modern computers. When I tried to play the original game, the controls were so bad that I decided to stop playing completely. That's why I give this game 1 point for improving this thing.     It's a disappointment, I played the 3 and Vice City and San Andreas has worse problems than GTA3, model and texture errors, Fortnite style leaving the 2000 versions more realistic, strange errors with explosions, kamikaze planes, sometimes I had to restart the game to replay a mission because it fails

    The biggest disappointment of this year, I swear, I could charge that price if the game was worth at least 1%.
    the game is problematic in the extreme, full of flaws, the setting is beautiful but the gameplay is the same as 20 years ago, the characters are ridiculous.
    this game is an insult to the version from 20 years ago and to our memories.

    روی ارتی اکس ۳۰۹۰ به زور به ۱۱۰ فریم میرسه، کرش میشه نصف اوقات، پر از باگ و مشکل که هی گند میزنه به مراحلت و غیره. همون نسخه پلی دو رو بازی کنید بهتره.

    Its a shame. Poor optimisation, lot of bugs, and glitches. Due to the age of the game, it would have been appropriate to bring a minimum of 30 continuous fps on each platform. There was no gameplay preview at all. That could have been a warning sign.

The graphics are ok in my opinion (for a switch version), but unfortunately, the framerate goes always lower than 30 fps, it is sad, it's impossible to play and enjoy. I really really hope the rockstar improves it with some update.

    I was super excited for this release as I remember playing each of the games as a kid and thoroughly enjoyed my time with them.

    I was geared up to pay the asking price for the lot, but luckily SA is on games pass, so I started with that first.     As much as this is undoubtedly an enjoyable game to play, the release is an unfinished, unpolished cut version of the original which introduces new glitches and bugs as well as general crashes leading to progress loss and frustration.

    A few good additions have been made and graphically the game looks great, the mission restart is useful though the check points are generally only at the start of the missions, so most of the time this is saving you a drive from the hospital or police station, which to be honest, wasn't that much of a ballache.

    The radio stations have been absolutely butchered, songs repeat consecutively as well as them skipping and/or cutting out altogether.

    It genuinely feels like one of those android google store knock offs like 'crime city' etc.

Загублена атмосфера, графика на уровне Лего Сити Андеркавер 2013 года и даже хуже. ГТА уже не ГТА. TakeTwo просто угробили серию, прямо как было с Мафией и другими играми(нахлынули воспоминания про EA). Вообщем отдавать за это около 4к рублей - полныйИдите куда подальше с такими ремастерами. How they can ruin a game from the old 2000? Is just crazy. Disaster. Fix the games bro, Groove street studios sucks. Modders would’ve done a 20 times better job. Simply disaster and sad.

Местами имеются баги, но некоторая часть из них осталась из оригинальных игр (лол), разработчикам явно необходимо было обратить внимание на графические баги и внешний вид некоторых персонажей. Не понимаю на самом деле откуда столько хейта в сторону этого ремастера.По сути это вполне нормальный ремастер оригинальных GTA. Местами имеются баги, но некоторая часть из них осталась из оригинальных игр (лол), разработчикам явно необходимо было обратить внимание на графические баги и внешний вид некоторых персонажей. И я сильно ждал этого переиздания. Спасибо за "качественный" релиз.Игру делали индусы, которые не видят разницы в ПК/Консолях и мобилках. Как итог у нас модельки уровня фортнайт. Моя первая игра в жизни (тетрис и древние приставки типа сеги не в счёт) - это ВС. И я сильно ждал этого переиздания. Спасибо за "качественный" релиз.

    Plus we cant use all of the old cheat codes like the original versions.
    Still, I don't count what we expected to see from canceled versions & betas (Like LC & LS near together in the same map & same universe or Tommy could swim finally or Co-op online features)
    60 $ for these is more like they are trying to make some money for GTA VI... Not 20th-anniversary Edition for a Classic title...
    Just remember all Anti community acts of rockstar games
    against the modders, removing all original versions in stores (steam...)

    This game is buggy, has weird animation, plastic characters, and doesn't deserve this much amount, I am playing OG GTA 3, VC, SA with the graphic mod and it give me a better experience than the GTA! trilogy

    Man i love this game but the old one since GTA V release it just all went downhill for Rockstar, Right now most of my games are from Ubisoft yes they not good either but they are not as bad as rockstar

Атмосфера игр передана отлична, за исключением третей части, где прямо чувствуется нехватка тумана и пасмурности. У Definitive edition только три действительно важных проблемы. Сложность, баги и лаунчер. Миссии упростили, но поскольку в игру будет играть молодая аудитория незастывшая наХороший ремастер старых частей с небольшими современными фишками (которые можно отключить кстати).     Blatant rip off, poorly executed and ill intended money grab. The lack of fog and smooth texture, even the lighting make the game look worse and lose its original charm.

    They should have called this GTA 78, because it follows in the footsteps of Fallout 76 and Cyberpunk 2077. What a complete scam and cash grab. They knew it was garbage and did everything they could to hide it before release so people would pre-order without knowing what a mound of manure they would be getting. DO NOT BUY THIS, YOU'LL ONLY ENCOURAGE THEM TO SCREW US AGAIN.

    O mesmo jogo anterior, porém muuuito mais bugado, muito mesmo, as únicas coisas boas são as texturas com normalmap e o sistema novo de iluminação, não vale nem 30 reais esse bug.

    Rockstar dropped the ball on this remaster. The cars and other moving models look like plastic toys and the cities look like polished excrement. The contrast between the environment and the models is horrible and the list of bugs is long and obnoxious. Quality of life changes are the only redeeming part of this remaster that does no favours for fans or newcomers. Skip it until they either fix it or let the moders do their job.

    I cannot currently recommend Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition on the PC, and a lot has to happen until I do. The truth is that I've had a decent amount of fun with this remaster; part of it is based on nostalgia, and part of it is based on some ridiculous, unavoidable bugs that weren't as frequent as I'd feared. Given all of these issues and the abysmal performance of the three games on the PC, I'd stay away from the trilogy until several major updates have been released. Even then, this remaster may not be for everyone.

    Overall, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was set up to be one of the best things for GTA fans and it failed to hit that mark. It will now be remembered as a failure to launch title but I am sure Rockstar will step in and continue to fix some items within their game world.
