    Lazy "remaster", they just changed engine and put every texture with ai. Beautiful graphics but damn, there is not nostalgia, even the audio is still 2000ish

    Bought it for the Nintendo Switch, here are my thoughts:

    Pros:
    - The game introduces some new features directly from GTA V, which make the game more enjoyable
    - Landscapes and cities look really cool !

    Cons:
    - Glitchy
    - Awful performance (can't even hit stable 30 fps)
    - Characters look weird/cartoonish af.

    It's just not worth it for the current price.

    Dan Houser left over a year ago. I have had fears of Rockstar games going downhill since. Seems like those fears are coming true... Now Rockstar is now just a soulless money-grabbing company. Even taking down mods which helped improve the gameplay and graphics. I feel like they should have worked with some of the modders which made a 17-year-old game look better.     so rockstar/take two attacked its own community, which kept games that left more than two decades alive until today with the mods and not earning anything for it, so as not to feel threatened and launch this garbage they call remaster and charge full price??
    if you are a modder, please don't do anything for this trilogy as it is the definitive version. let rockstar/t2 sink, it's what they deserve

    Amazing game. I love how everyone is complaining about this so much, do you really have nothing better to do than to ruin other people's fun? Not even grateful at all when R* has done such a great work on this. The graphics are much better and so is the game. And its not even Thursday so being so out of touch is not fashionable right now.

    I bought the original steam releases of these games with the intention of updating them with mods shortly before the definitive edition was announced. So instead of going through the trouble of modding I figured I'd wait for the release of the remaster assuming that like re-releases of Skyrim I would just have to pay a small amount for the upgrade.     pc player use to get claasical gta for less than 10bucks ,and install mods fix all issue and make the game look good. Now mods are gone and the old games cannot buy in digital again.And the replacement for this is a "remaster" gane use ai scaling and morden shaders for 60bucks.Nice job rockstar and grove streets game studios.rockstar

    Extremely under cooked. They paid no respect to this trilogy. The character models are worst, there are a lot bugs, the rain just makes it difficult to drive. And look at their courage, asking 60 dollars for this non sense, while the modders have been doing this for free for years.

    It's a joke. It's exactly like the Warcraft 3 Reforged drama, but at least you can still ENJOY that game. This, here, is an unenjoyable, broken, buggy mess. The visuals can look good in certain areas, but in other places they look awful. They also removed the "feel" of each version (LC is no longer "blue", VC feels even more empty). It's a joke. I want my money back.

Ulan 2004 yılının oyununda bile karakterlerin dokularının en azından bi derinliği, bi anlamı vardı. Siz onud a s*kmişsiniz. Bu sürümü almak için bir sebep yok. Eski oyunu alıp modlamak hem bedava, hem daha iyi.

    PS5 user. I'll be honest I haven't religiously played these games since their original release so I've enjoyed playing them again but you can see how many corners have been cut. You can't polish a turd but you can put glitter on it. To be fare the originals weren't turds but that's how it feels.     I liked going through this remaster, as it helped me to plunge into nostalgia and feel the mechanics of the very games that came out 20, 19 and 17 years ago. Initially, when the game was announced on UE4, I thought that another **** would come out that it would be impossible to play normally, but it turned out quite the opposite. The Phil Cassidy gun runner mission in vice city (PC) cannot be completed because the crates dont open as of 16th Nov 2021.     Графика ужасна, контрастность выкрученная на максимум, лаги, зависания, отражения ужасны, цвета режут глаза даже если выключить все фильтры, персонажи ведут себя не естественно, вырезанные анимации, физика не переработанная, нет ничего хорошего так вы еще и удалили старые версии игр из доступа, спасибо!

    Poorly executed.. it was clearly made to give an extra boost in sales, full of bugs, lack of work around in general.. I wasn’t expecting much and it was a disappointment even with low expectations.

    Apenas jogaram um filtro horrível nos 3 jogos da franquia e que está recheado de bugs grotescos e com um preço abusivo. Seria melhor remover o jogo de todas as plataformas e fingir demência para esquecer essa m*rd que foi lançado... Total desrespeito com os fãs.

    Terrible edition by Rockstar. Basically the old game with some filters and changed controls being sold at full price. PC version full of bugs and doesn't offer anything new. If you really want to buy, wait for a huge discount, and it's still expensive.

Lo compras y resulta que de definitivo tiene la puta broma que es. Cualquiera de los 3 se ve mejor con mods en pc que en esta edición, y más allá de los gráficos no han cambiado nada.     It sucks hard because cockstar just sell us nostalgia and it didn't even captured the good old gta sa and here's more, the **** character model is creepy as **** it is just pure nightmare the character faces is like glued together and they are just still no emotion at all.

    Rockstar dropped the ball on this remaster. The cars and other moving models look like plastic toys and the cities look like polished excrement. The contrast between the environment and the models is horrible and the list of bugs is long and obnoxious. Quality of life changes are the only redeeming part of this remaster that does no favours for fans or newcomers. Skip it until they either fix it or let the moders do their job.

    I cannot currently recommend Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition on the PC, and a lot has to happen until I do. The truth is that I've had a decent amount of fun with this remaster; part of it is based on nostalgia, and part of it is based on some ridiculous, unavoidable bugs that weren't as frequent as I'd feared. Given all of these issues and the abysmal performance of the three games on the PC, I'd stay away from the trilogy until several major updates have been released. Even then, this remaster may not be for everyone.

    Overall, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition was set up to be one of the best things for GTA fans and it failed to hit that mark. It will now be remembered as a failure to launch title but I am sure Rockstar will step in and continue to fix some items within their game world.
