    Одна из лучших игр вышедших на консолях прошлого поколения. Геймплей, на удивление для серии, является не краеугольным камнем — за развитием сюжета и характерами персонажей наблюдать не менее увлекательно

    Perfect 10

    This games port to PC couldn't be any better. I went from playing this game on PS4 to playing on PC and the graphics difference was incredible, especially if you have a good PC and monitor. The gameplay feels smooth and responsive on keyboard and mouse, making killing enemies as easy as ever. If you haven't played this game I 100% recommend it, you will not regret it.

    amazing story, perfect graphics but I really missed the classic game style gameplay but that doesn't make this insane game lose its shine

    There are so many fantastic moments in this game. Not one moment are you getting tired of the chemistry between Kratos and Atreus, or their mission. The gameplay is seamless and aggressive with no setbacks in any sort of way. While the bosses may become repetitive, they are still a welcome to battle because it's so intense.

    There aren't many games like God of War that leave an impression on me, but this one is special. Perfect from start to finish.    … Expand

    Well, it's quite a good game, but i did expect a lot more reading all the reviews online. It's was a bit of a let down playing it, but it was my fault that i expected more. The game is good, just not a masterpiece in my opinion.

    The story is amazing, but in the gameplay no without flaws. PC version gave the game to reveal in stable 60 frames.

    One of the best gaming experiences I have ever had. A masterpiece which I am glad is finally on PC. I loved the PS4 version and was overjoyed when I heard it was coming to PC. A perfect port to PC with no bugs or glitches as far as I saw. A must-play in my opinion.

    Its really hard to believe that this game is already 5 years old after playing it for the first time on PC.Every aspect of this game has been nailed from mechanics to exploration and puzzles .Must play imo

    Simply one of the best games ever made, people saying it is a walking simulator are insane, the combat is extremely satisfying and punchy, and on the higher difficulty it can get quite hard, it is non stop and fluid, with lots of combos and the way you can change and mix up different abilities and weapons is awesome. I just wish it had more enemy variety, and I actually like the fact that the camera is close and you can't see the enemies behind you. I mean, no one has eyes on their back and it keeps you on your toes. The game also has quite a lot of side content with some being the best there is, like the Valkyries fights and the lore based side quests that expand on it. Just play it, forget about how you hate the camera on the first few minutes, you will get used to it. And pay attention to the lore, it is just so good, well crafted and told through art pieces, murals and texts you find around the world and through the beautiful story, it is just perfect.… Expand

    Art/story direction is a mess. Viking mythology, but mixed with lots of other stuff. Makes no sense and is very unimaginative. The boy is annoying and irrelevant to the gameplay.     Fights with trash mobs take too long. You never feel very strong because of that, even though cutscenes show you being much stronger than that.
    Fights have childish snap animations, like you know from anime crap.
    Weapons are boring and feel weak.
    Abilities are boring and feel weak.
    Kratos can jump very high in cut scenes and is able to lift and crush huge rocks, but in the gameplay he cant even climb/jump a 8 foot wall or kick in/lift a flimsy gate.
    Puzzles are too easy and always the same kind.
    The world is a typical console game one, where you feel trapped in a small valley.
    Exploration is extremely limited because of that.
    Not much happens in the game. Just boring fight after boring fight and easy puzzle after easy puzzle, while your son screams the same lines all the time.

    Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
    Movement is a chore. There is no organic interaction. You are just advancing through narrow tunnels, pressing a button to watch a short cutscene every time you want to do something. Even jumping works like this.

    Exploration can be mildly entertaining despite the movement. The problem is that you are not equipped to explore the entirety of a location on your first visit. This would be fine but you often need to revisit a location 3 - 4 times just to pick up everything. This is obviously done to increase play time.

    Combat is competent but dull. There's no need to use most of your moves. Using the same 2 - 3 attacks is far more efficient. The enemies won't care. There's not a lot of variety to them. Also, the fact that Kratos covers half of the screen during combat is frustrating.

    The story exists and it is fine.

    Visualmente espectacular con una historia y narrativa muy bien logradas y que no rompen el ritmo de juego en casi ningún momento.
    Si tuviera que señalar un defecto sería la baja variedad de enemigos, que si, son muy pocos y terminan siendo a lo mucho unos 5 o 6 minijefes que se repiten durante todo el juego pero con recolores,    Un juego prácticamente perfecto en casi todo lo que propone.

    I think the game doesn't really know what it wants to be. It's not a good beat 'em up, it's not a good RPG, it's not a good story game, and it's not a good adventure game. It's thrown together the worst of all genres. The camera work is very uncomfortable. There are few enemy types that are repeated all the time, making the game very monotonous. The combat system is also manageable and itI think the game doesn't really know what it wants to be. It's not a good beat 'em up, it's not a good RPG, it's not a good story game, and it's not a good adventure game. It's thrown together the worst of all genres. The camera work is very uncomfortable. There are few enemy types that are repeated all the time, making the game very monotonous. The combat system is also manageable and it is actually sufficient to always press the left mouse button and to roll every now and then to dodge. This makes the combat experience very boring. The game world feels empty and artificial which is why. Unfortunately, this doesn't make it feel immersive. The loot system is completely unnecessary and offers no incentive to explore.     Camera was a problem, rpg elements too, economy was awful. However, it has its moments and can truly amaze you when it wants to. i never felt boredom, or the game is being extended. 8 is a fitiing number for game my style trying to achieve perfection.

    WHen I read "good pc port" I feel sad for kids nowadays think this is a good pc port. GTA is a good PC port. This just a mess. Locked cameras or certain puzzles you need to solve are so unbelievably hard only because of keyboard. Frustrating battles where your mouse refuses to cooperate. 6/10, sure, 10/10 feels bad kids

    God of War is more or less a game for everyone who is not afraid of action gameplay and appreciates good narrative and production quality. It's also great to watch, so it can be recommended to extended family members over the series. [Issue#317]

    After more than 55 hours spent playing, I’m still awed by just how great God of War is. This is the result of a clear, determined vision, its separate elements harmonizing almost perfectly to deliver an experience that understands the series’ blood-soaked origins but is also not afraid to push it into a more mature and nuanced direction. Kratos and Atreus’ relationship develops naturally as does their understanding of the foreign land they’re journeying through. The story takes its time, never rushing its satisfying reveals, and making way for a set of surprisingly personal boss fights, while the continuous camera shot used throughout the game is a masterstroke in terms of presentation. All this is built around a snappy and responsive combat system that has more depth than you’re initially led to believe. There are more jaw-dropping surprises I didn’t touch upon simply because it’s best that you experience them for yourself. Looking back, aside from the port’s few performance flaws, my only real complaint has to do with Sony taking this long to bring the game to PC.

    God of War merges all its gameplay elements into one excellent package, dressed in unparalleled direction and amazing storytelling. The scale of the narrative, the divine but always human Kratos, the "boy" who sees everything with childlike enthusiasm, all this offers the player a thrilling story that has at its heart the most human and natural relationship between a parent and his child. Regardless of preference, God of War is a must-see title. Benchmark for each and all its elements and still fresh in 2022.
