    This is one of my favorite games, and has been for the past year now, but it is not without its flaws. The rampant sexualization of characters, while typical in the genre, can be off-putting at times, and the tactics the game uses to entice players to spend money can be frustrating at the very least.     I often write a review for games. But this game has been got me in the heart. Healing my afterwork hour with that stunning scenery and georg chars. Often playing the games just for chilling and enjoy the view. For gameplay it's running real smooth in my phone. You can still get a 5* char by doing the events and commisions mean that is really f2p friendly. You can be a whale also, but youI often write a review for games.     There is no redemingquality in this game, it was only made for money, more than EA. It still amazes me how this can exist and how people enjoy it, and the gatcha included is already terrible to include, and with the rarety its ridiculous, the oly point is for the world and the story, for me I would like to see a genshin anime not a game.

    I cannot tolerate the shills who wants to think this P2W and censorship ridden, and Toddler like barebone crap as equal to Better western games. At least Japan has suffered PS360WiiU, but risen again using their strong points after being "encouraged" by Phil fish in mid-2010.

    3. Боевка очень зрелищная и заставляет думать заранее, а теорикрафтерам тоже можно разгуляться и придумывать билды и высчитывать статы от артефактов.
    4. Очень нравится, что дейлики занимают 10-15 минут. Зашел, получил примогемы, гриндить не нужно.
    Считаю данную игру одним из примеров, когда разработчики думают об игроках. Расстраивает, что и до этой игры добралась цензура. Если под ее давлением продолжат уродовать персонажей, то платить за них все перестанут.    … Expand

Also, the gameplay itself feels very repetitive, seems more like a RPG than a game like BoTW when you're fighting monsters.     The story of the game is    It is a good pastime. I like to do my dailies commissions and farm some artifacts while hearing an podcast since the game doesn't really need the full awareness of the player but I really only play because of the rewards (primogens), it isn't funny at all to farm the same set for de 908th or to do the same stupid commission to protect a Ballon for the 67th time.

    The story of the game is just a miss or hit, some are good, others are not. One thing annoying is the amount of unnecessary dialogues this game has that doesn't add anything to the stories or the event and it is just an annoying thing between you and 60 free primogens that 80% of the time is just worth it 1/3 of a wish that you get a literally useless 3* weapon.

    Many people complain about the gatcha system and I agree it sucks sometimes. I had my bad moments but also has lucky moments. I like this system simply because I am 100% F2P and honestly I have all characters that I need to beat any challenge in this game and if I managed to get this without paying 1 cent, at least for me, this system worked just fine so I don't have any reason to complain. I think people have to know, they can't have all characters in the game. They need 2 top-tier DPS and pull for good supports only.

    The combat system is cool, many people say they don't like the Spiral Abyss, I like it. I pretty much always get 36* on every abyss reset, not because 50 primogens are a great reward (they are trash) but because I like the challenge that only floor 12 (and sometimes floor 11) bring to the game. I always wanted more content like Spiral Abyss or new floors but Mihoyo never brought it. It is a shame, so I can only play Spiral Abyss every 2 weeks.

    The exploration of this game is one of my favorite parts. I like to solve puzzles and explore the world and the maps of this game is really beautiful. It is a shame that the content ends so fast.

    The graphics of this game are ok, the models of the characters are kinda bad, they lack models of musculus type of characters. Actually, they pretty much only have 3 models of characters, child characters, teen characters and adult characters. All are slim.    … Expand

The bad things are its not beginner friendly if you get a new char in a new area you must play all the current content which is quite a lot. The game doesn't offer anything after you've done the main story it all comes down to do the repetitive dailies, to weekly bosses repeat.Writing with around 250+h and level 58 AR, the game looks good, combat is also good, that is all the good stuff. The bad things are its not beginner friendly if you get a new char in a new area you must play all the current content which is quite a lot. The game doesn't offer anything after you've done the main story it all comes down to do the repetitive dailies, to weekly bosses repeat. It has a coop option but its basically useless cause there is no content for it and which is its just domains which you can do solo. Farming for characters is not worth cause it takes A LOT of time to get something decent for one. For someone defending the character looks remember they are forced to censor it cause the CCP. Eventually the game will die if they continue senseless censoring and there will be better games than genshin in the making. One thing I forgot to mention is their wishing system which is trash and you need it for pulling new char or weapons. The chance of getting it is so low you might as well play a better gacha game like FFBE or Punishing Gray Raven which both reward you more than this piece of trash game. ಠ╭╮ಠ… Expand

    This game is great for people to play on their own and with friends the game is not locked behind a pay wall the story is great and it is better than it ever was before. The game looks so good and the controls for it being a mobile game is fantastic I highly recommend this game if you like rpgs.

    I have never seen such a massive disappointment of a game that fails at everything get so popular, this is probably one of the most overhyped games ever. The developers were lucky enough to combine world exploration with gacha isekai story and they failed horribly at both.

    The gacha is mediocre at best, some of the lowest rates and highest pity I've seen in all gachas, on top of that you have 50% chance to miss the banner character, combined with every banner limited and standard banner being a literal waste / trashcan where you can drop your free pulls. It's literally a slot machine on a strict timer before it explodes and you won't be able to pull on a character you wanted for like 6 months or more. The materials you get for dupes and pulls can be spent on 2 useful things every month, nothing else is worth it.

    The only good thing is guaranteed banner 5* on second 5* pull, but I think that this makes the gacha lose it's spirit and basically slapping a price sign on every character. Unfortunately you will have to spend most of if not all 160 pulls to get to that guaranteed part, for a F2P player this is very damaging, it takes multiple months to save up for just for one 5* so you might end up pulling only one character you wanted every 5-6 months, this happened to me. And even if you are a low budget player you will still struggle greatly but you may cut the time by one month, I don't recommend buying anything other than the monthly card (!! be very careful with the monthly card, if you don't log in for a day the primogems for that day will be gone (basically you are paying to log in every day !!) ).

    The constellation system is a huge whale bait, basically requiring you to pull the same character multiple times to be useful or up to 5x more powerful. WEAPON BANNER oh god don't let me even get started on that, even if the cost of it was decreased by half it would be still horrible, It's insane that a 5* stat stick will require as many pulls as a full character. People saying that this game is not pay to win are either high on copium or didn't play the game enough.

    Ah yes the "world exporation isakai" bleuugh.. It's sad to see so many people get baited by this because it's one of the most popular things, the escapism, being reborn in a fantasy world. Too bad this is one of the weakest fantasy worlds you will ever see, the story is so bad that people care more about the cooking system.... World exploration is only good for the first time after that it becomes annoying and repetitive, just like 90% of the enemies. Even new zones are just copy paste of the old ones to the point that new zones don't even count as new.

    The endgame is non-existent, the powercreep is getting worse and worse, every 4* character is getting replaced by a 5*. The enemies are getting more and more annoying, jumping all over the place, teleporting and flying, while you have very limited movement and stamina, It's like they are forcing you to either use characters that do more damage or characters that are easier to use, eliminating even more skill that's needed to play this mess, like the auto-aim on everything wasn't enough.

    Not even gonna mention how the developer and the community behaves, you have probably seen it all anyways, I'm just wondering how people can completely ignore all this and continue to support this mess, even if you like the game a lot, the community and developer will make you hate it.    … Expand

    Joguei durante 1 ano desde o lançamento, no início foi uma grande surpresa, muito bom, mas com o tempo era necessário se ter mais elementos para o end game, e isso não ocorreu, o jogo se tornou basicamente um farm infinito de equipamentos e ir atrás de cristais...nem os eventos são realmente divertidos, no fim é tudo sobre cristal para o gacha que inclusive é muito zoado.

It's a slow grind game where you gain rewards doing daily and not a regular PC game that you can speedrun in minutes. Overall for a free to play game I give it a 10/10. Honestly no game comes close. This game is nice since its beautiful in graphics and fun when you explore new areas but that's hardly possible since annoying ass enemies are everywhere and you're guaranteed to fight them even if you don't want to, maybe that's why I have killed five-thousand plus of those hillichurl things.

    This is exactly how I can sum up Genshin Impact, terrible toxic fanbase that has staunchly defends the greed from miHoYo for a game that is a mile wide, but merely an inch thick, on the outside it appears vast but everything is so heavily recycled, you're doing the same stuff over and over again.

    Game isn't a 'breath of the wild clone' so stop calling it that, what Genshin Impact is a single player grindy gatcha game with so many broken aspects that cause no end of frustration. Genshin Impact is a product of a rabid fanbase hyping the game up so high that it cannot possible come close to actually how good the game is, and the further you get into the game the worst it becomes, not to mention the world although beautifully created is barren and mostly devoid of life, you'll come across the same 5 monsters over and over again.

    First off, lets talk about levelling your characters which is a grind in itself because your main source of exp comes from books like Hero's Wit which are found from random chests which force you to explore every nook and cranny in the world which you have absolutely no choice but to explore, secondly you have to level your weapons and artifacts which is...yep another grind. Also for some crazy reason, you also need Mora (your average in-game currency) for everything, even to level up your characters and each pull you'll on average get 9 of the same 3* weapons over and over which serve absolutely no purpose except to burn your money away, because there is a extreme lack of items/weapons and characters so naturally, you'll keep getting the same stuff over and over.

    Exploring consists of wander around, fight groups of mobs for a chest to appear and rinse and repeat, or complete a basic puzzle to gain another chest which usually contains just levelling up mats or useless gear. Later in the game, you'll face less trash mobs and mini-boss after mini-boss and it just goes down hill from there, especially once you start fighting highly buggy Ruin Graders which absolutely love to reset themselves making the entire 10 minutes you just spent getting it almost down for it to run off and reset, this happens FREQUENTLY and are known issues to MiHoYo.

    Lets talk about the gatcha system, yes you can 'unlock' some things for free but later in the game you really need to spent money to get desirable maxed constellation* characters with great 5* weapons because the difficulty spikes especially after AR40+ become insane, and that tread continues even at the start of the game some basic challenges can be frustratingly difficult whilst others you can't really fail, which makes me highly question the balance of the game.

    *The constellation system is basically if you get a duplicate character from a gatcha pull, and you will quite often then it buffs that characters constellation by giving them a bonus power up to C6 level and later in the game, this becomes so much more important and eventually you'll hit a point where you can get stuck unless you spend vast amounts of money, sometimes as much as $1000+ to get a fully powered up 5 star character.

    Lets talk about Resin, in fact lets not because if you look at most of the 0 reviews, they'll explain exactly the problem with this, something that needs to be addressed but again, casually overlooked by MiHoYo.

    Many challenges are so poorly balanced, often having a very strict time limit some are not a problem, but others involving enemies that can stun or freeze are so frustrating, you'll want to smash your computer into pieces as you are stunlocked and lose valuable time to absolute BS mechanics. Quite often the poor game physics can even mean the difference from beating a challenge and failing it.

    Very greedy micro transactions, potentially costing hundreds and hundreds in order to get a levelled character, specially 5 star characters which could potentially even cost a thousand or more to get, since you need duplicates in order to unlock progressively better talents for that character, this is exacerbated by a toxic community of white knights and fanbois who have elevated MiHoYo to almost a cult status and defend even the most insidious of business practices.    … Expand

Anyway you should give it a try, the game is free and extremely popular and very well appreciated except in user reviews, although those users are also playing it a lot (one of the most played games recently)... You don't need to pay anything, and the amount of content you get for free is huge.

    I assume most people who rank the game negatively don't get the fact that it is a game that you are not supposed to play a lot 2 weeks and then leave, it's done to play maybe 10 hours a week for something like a year or two maybe. By doing that you will have too much content because there is new content almost every month, and a ton of daily and weekly events.

    I am not even into this type of game normally, I don't like farming games (things like Diablo for instance), but the open world is very beautiful, same for the music.

    In terms of quests, there is some nice (poetic ?) stuff, but I found a good amount of the quests quite boring so far, that's the most negative point for me, but I haven't finished the game so I can't blame that too much.

    Characters are cool, voices are nice, fighting system is really well done, the RPG side of the game as well, good balance also, a bit hard sometimes but never too much.

    The game is quite easy to run on a modest PC, and the multiplatform support is awesome. You can continue your game on your mobile exactly where you left on your PC, something I haven't seen much so far.    … Expand

    This Game is so beautiful, why Genshin gacha? I have some characters, but twist does not affect the game process, I get warmth and joy from the game without investing a single penny. Thank you very much miHoYo for such a wonderful game.

    You can basically only play the game for 15 minutes daily before you are forced to buy more "resin" (energy). WIthout it you are unable to collect rewards of dungeons and enemy encounters. A fundemental part of every rpg, and this game.
    There is no way to level up your characters, and in general progress, after a certain point in the game without using these dungeons. In other words there is nothing else to do.
    The rates at which you unlock new characters through gambling are too low as well. And the amount of money spend on each roll is way too high.
    Though again, even if you get lucky, you will barely be able to play that character because you are not allowed to grind for the required materials without spending even more on microtransaction.

    Stay away from this game and the company behind it. They don't listen to their community. They spit on everyone, including paying customers.
    (Some more personal issues with this game):
    I am not really saying that the gameplay in Genshin is entirely bad, but there really is not much to do When you're unable to choose the characters you wish to play.
    (Daily logins with barely any rewards and the same repetitive and underwhelming tasks definitely take a toll on you after a while)
    The gacha, characters only being obtainable through lootboxes, is really pulling down the score of this game.
    Players who don't choose to spend 1000-20000$ on this game will never obtain the full constellation of even one character (bonuses and special properties which are added to the kit of a character, changing up the way the function)
    It especially is heartbreaking when you read the stories of a certain character which you unlock by playing them, through "friendship exp", getting to know them better. But you still cannot make that character function, and have the most fun with them without getting their constellations.

    Imagine Battlefront, but you need to pay 1000$ to unlock Vader as a playable character, and then another 6000$ to unlock all his abilities and passives. Collapse    … Expand

When the Tu Hao Event Banner release wanted Tu Hao badly I rolled until the event ended couple of day before the event was gonna end I put in extra hours playing the game three times a day to grind Primogems to roll for Tu Hao even went as far as to Upgrade Statues of the Seven in Mondstadt to their max level since u get Primogems for that the goal here was to collect 10 Intertwined Fates these little orbs u use to get your characters with the awful wish system. So I collect 11 Intertwined Fates than rolled on Tu Hao banner had one day left may I remind u and ended up getting duplicates also keep in mind I rolled her banner when this event was released still haven't gotten her. This wasn't the first time where I grind for Primogems to get the Fates had previous bad past experience to the point I've gotten duplicates yet again, not gonna lie did had some good rolls here and there managed to get Jean, Quqi, Diona & Xiangling the characters I wanted, but getting the rest will be a pain and honestly I already given up since the wish system is so bad. Wouldn't mind grinding for some characters like instead of rolling for Barbara and Xiangling you can grind the game to get them, However for others you have to relie on the bad wishing system I know it's a f2p game but if your spending money on this game they should increase the luck or something because at the end of the day your paying out of you wallet which leaves me to my other problem. Don't put money onto this game it ain't worth it at all I was testing the waters spend $30 to get Genesis Crystals this was in June 2021 rolled 10 times gotten duplicates yet again felt like my money was wasted never gonna put money on this game ever again unless I know what I'm paying for. The only thing that's worth paying for in this f2p game is this $4.99 Blessing of the Welkin Moon you get 300 Genesis Crystals that can be converted to Primogems to do a wishing roll & you get 90 Primogems everyday you log in until 30 days this the only thing that's worth it in my opinion if your planning on putting money down on this game. Also you will bump into a issue where the game level up you World level where enemies levels will go up to but your characters will be under leveled to take them on than you gonna reach a point where your low on leveling up materials so advancing in the game will be very difficult if you don't get use to the battle system and knowing which element type is weak against to give u a better chance to beat this higher level enemies you gonna have to learn this if you get to this point in the game and not gonna lie it was a really bad experience for me had to put the game down. Also forgot to mention the company Mihoyo doesn't care about their consumers heard from my little sister Mihoyo said to celebrate the Anniversary of Genshin people will be awarded a 5 star character such as Mona, however people ended up getting Primogems in their inbox instead which made the fan base mad, also Mihoyo hasn't added a Flexible way for people who wasn't able to unlink their PS4 version of Genshin Impact and link it to PC to PS4 it's a pain to unlink a already made Genshin PS4 account to your already made PC account to it which has lots of stuff you unlocked on it you have to email them and their customer service is not that great either takes days to wait for a reply man might even take weeks. The company doesn't care about it's fan base and they don't deserve any of my money at all should of expect this would happen since I heard about how they handled the anniversary rewards.… Expand

    Genshin is a Kick ass game and is honestly what i needed after seeing all my favorite multiplayer games die (RIP TF2 and CS)

    I personally think its better than BOTW but both are in somewhat equal level (just because a 9.5 out of ten is better than a 9.3 out of ten doesn't make the 9.3 bad) it has a Nice Atmosphere, good Visuals , and it feels nice to play Its Gatcha which sucks but    Genshin is a Kick ass game and is honestly what i needed after seeing all my favorite multiplayer games die (RIP TF2 and CS)

It's insane how pay to win the "game" is, every F2P player will never see themselves as powerful as a small whale even if they played for years more. This is because 5* characters and weapons are always better (with very few exceptions) on top of the the constellations are a huge pay wall behind which could be even half of character's kit locked behind and the only thing to access it is pay pay pay. 5* weapons are just stat sticks, constellations are only improving that, they add nothing new. It's unbelievable how greedy this company is, many players were able to see it soon, thank god, thanks to recent outrage many people are waking up to it, still 12 y.o. fanboys will be forever lost.

    Don't waste your time grinding this "game". The plot is absolute trash and moves at very slow pace. Genshin has no endgame and you will only grind the same things for years to come until they add another resource or upgrade material to chase for the next few months until you have enough.
    The "game" has only gotten worse since the launch, only doing the same thing over and over until mihoyo wakes up and remembers we still exist, they abandoned the community in favour of advertising and promoting their mess of a "game". Going as far as to beg artists, content creators and even cooks to promote them, even begging Elon to hype them up so that they could shaft even more unknowing people into their predatory monetization hellhole.
    You also may see a lot of players defend this "game" they have no idea what they are doing, hopefully they will see before they will lose too much money and time on this like me.

    This "game" is only a money making machine, just watch them throw it away when the hype around it dies down. They are already giving up on it, you can see it from recycled events, severe lack of content and them not listening to anything players say, going as far to delete and ignore people's feedback, It's everywhere, just look it up.

    If you want a better gacha that didn't copy everything from others go play Fate/Go, Azur Lane or Arknights those are much better in every sense. Or go play Zelda from which this "game" took everything and slapped monopoly on top of it.    … Expand

    Bad rates. Recycled character skills and recycled events and content. They do the absolute bare minimum to make money and once you hit the end game you can do a domain every 3 hours! Also you can about pity a 5 star in 2 months not including the 50% chance you have to get the featured one. Do not spend on this game when jt takes about 300$ to pity the event character.

    trash game...got stuck on a quest with a baloon transport.....cant teleport, cant enter teapot...cant nothing until i escort the baloon ..which wont move....:)

    The game is very beautiful which in my opinion is its best quality its music is blissful, and its world is ripe with colour and plenty of things to explore within it.     On the Gacha system while it isn’t perfect, I think that Mihoyo gives you a good chance to get your Favourite character without needing to spend a dime. This makes the game very ‘free to play friendly’ (players who choose not to spend money on the game) especially when comparing to other Gacha games.

    Never even got to play the game. If you internet disconnects even once during the download it will almost want to redownload all of the files over and over. Happened to me 3 times while trying to install the game before i gave up.

    first of all, i suppose i will list the reasons i like this game

    2 the world itself - in other words, the world is pretty, the world building doesn't have a bunch of holes (yet) and i am genuinely intrigued by the story and what has happened leading up to it all. i have a few theories about that too.

    3 um... there's no "title" for this one, but the idea that it's basically the same graphics engine as legend of zelda breath of the wild is sorta cool i guess. that isn't what i like though. i like that rain doesn't make you slip while climbing and that lightning does not hunt you down for wearing metal equipment. *shudder*

    on to the things i dislike... far more numerous.

    1 primogems - in the beginning, you're young and hopeful. the beginning of a new adventure! then you get to ar30ish and BOOM primogems just stop being given to you. anybody who has played it enough would understand when i say you are hit by what feels like a solid wall that is your lack of resources. especially primogems. as a free player, you're mostly left with daily commissions giving 60 a day and the occasional event.

    2 resin - oh god, the resin. you are infinitely poor when it comes to resin. even if you go out of your way to use every bit you can get per day, it's still not enough. i've done the math and you get 180 in 24 hours. with that in mind, you're limited to 160 held resin at a time meaning you will need to sign in twice a day in order to use it all. next up, you can turn it into condensed resin. literally just taking 2 sets of 20 and turning it into an item that can be used for double rewards at any spot you would spend 20. that's cool and all, but that's limited to 5 too. you can only hold 5 condensed and 160 normal resin, so if you wanted to take a break for a few days, you're abandoning any you would have gotten past 160. (like i said, you face that limit daily too)

    3 artifacts - if you thought resin limitation was bad, let me tell you that one your key sources of strength comes from artifacts and you need resin to get any. resin costs are one thing, but it's such a ridiculous gamble to get anything good. i spent about 6 months specializing in building one character and have really only just completed her set. every other character of mine has effectively just been given had me downs or otherwise so-so stuff. that's a short version of why i loathe artifacts. i'll run out of space if i continued on just that topic so i'll skip it. *sigh*

    4 general resources - like i said earlier resources fall off a cliff once you reach a certain level, but not just primogems. there's mora(money), fragile resin (usable items to get regular resin), weapon upgrade materials, ingredients for cooking and character ascension and general treasure. ingredients, character materials mostly only respawn every 3 days, though ore is randomly generated each day. mining every spot i know of could get you 50-120 of the good ore depending on luck. speaking of which, the ore smiths have a daily limit too.

    5 weapons - 90% of weapons you get in game that are worth using are gotten through wishes, aka gambling. in fact it's very, very difficult finding anything higher than a 2 star in any chest you find. best being 5 star, arguably. you can technically make 4 star weapons, but those need a super ultra rare boss drop. it's actually easier to wish for new weapons, even with excessively limited primogems.

    6 wishes (aka gambling) - tied to primogem problems and weapon problems, the only method of getting anything good effectively, is wishing for them. literally and figuratively. let me do some math for you. a wish costs 160 primos. one day's quests give 60. you need to wish 90 times to guarantee the highest rarity item/character. but there's a 50/50 chance of getting the event one with a solid guarantee after one failure. you have a 50/50 chance of needing 180 wishes. so you need to do 240 days of commissions for a gamble or 480 days for a guarantee. or rely on winning that 1% random chance. all for a character banner that lasts 3 weeks. to be fair, gambling is always like that, but playing a game that has no real goal in mind except perfecting your team, it is a grueling, painstaking and rather gloomy process all while grinding for artifacts with no glimmer of hope either.

    7 censorship - lastly, you can't say a sentence without having stuff blacked out that you never would've imagined was a bad thing to say. honestly, most of it's really dumb, too. like k. it' no joke "k, period, i t apostrophe" is censored. russia's president's name is censored and a bunch of other nonsensical things. there are even specific times where you actually can't change your signature for a week.    … Expand

    The best way I can describe it is "this is the 3d "Tales" game I always dreamed of," and I even beat Tales of Arise while playing it. The character designs and animations are gorgeous, the combat is extremely fun and better than ANY Tales or Tales spinoff, and it has all the min-maxing anybody could ever desire.

    Not only that but it updates internationally every other week with new things to do, and every 3 months with new land to explore. I'm amazed at how much work and craftsmanship is put into the game.

    Some gacha/mobile elements like energy to play the grindy part of the game (domains, aka dungeons) called resin can be frustrating, but they have added plenty to do when you're out of resin since the game launched and now I barely ever run out before I'm ready to stop playing anyway. All of the JRPG staples are here: combat, ingredient collecting, crafting, cooking, house/village building, gardening, fishing... There's also about 30 hours of real game before you ever need resin anyway. Progress can't always be made by barreling through the game, but I don't mind it.

    While I don't have much interest in the Chinese-theological theme of heavenly bureaucracies (which they reference a LOT especially in the second chapter) the story has been compelling enough, but more importantly coherent. The characters, world, and story all feel like they are designed by the same group of people. Many modern JRPGs feel like their writers never saw the game and the level designers never saw the characters and the character designers never read the script.

    I spend ~$20 a month on the game and have gotten nearly every character - 34/39! Each with very distinct playstyles and personalities. I don't feel the investment is at all necessary to enjoy the game though. With enough time you can get every character and weapon release for free. Yes it will take literal years - but they are absolutely not necessary to enjoy the game. They are just digital action figures to use on a digital playset. As I said, people like to pretend Genshin Impact is only a gacha, but the gacha is 10% of the game's value. The other 90% of it is a lovingly crafted Zelda BotW and Tales-series clone.

    I have only seen the quality of the game improve since it launched, and I am excited to see where else the game takes me. If you are looking for an adventure, I highly recommend this game.    … Expand

    So this game, there is no skipping of the cutscenes. People get upset about the Gacha, but I'm more upset that I can't maximise my speedruns. I just want to buy some characters, but I have to watch 2 hours of complete dog poo in order to do so.

    Game was a 7 or 8 until the 2.2 update. Now the game takes at least 5 minutes to launch IF it'll even launch that is. Tried verifying file Integrity also and that didn't work. Guess Mihoyo intended 2.2 to not be able to run.

    I've been playing this game everyday since its release day! yes! One whole year!( i've even bought every battle-pass since i started playing),Recently (Sep 28th) i had a problem that i couldn't login in the game! i've tried to get help but they didn't give a Frick about it! because of that, i missed the 1 year anniversary event.(plus already mad about earlier incident)

    Overall, in spite of things that should bring Genshin Impact down, the game is so much fun to play that the negatives are ultimately minor gripes. [...] The gameplay is smooth and simplistic, and it works great on all platforms - though I’m still not sure why the PlayStation version can’t be linked to a Mihoyo account so I could play on my phone when I’m not at home (PS Vita version please??) but it’s a small gripe to an otherwise terrific game.
