    Earns the most, gives the least. I guess it has the lowest 5 star drop rate and the most expensive one to draw. Very low free income. Your "rewards" are actually saved from rewards in-game such as map exploration. Do not try to spend anything on it as you will regret.

    I like the story, BGM, characters, in-game mechanics like the elemental reactions and the enemies. What I don't like about the game is the in-game purchases, and the toxic community it has. I'll give this one the lowest score for now.

    The game is good, its beautiful, but the company behind it doesn't care about the fanbase.
    People are complaining about the insatisfation and all mihoyo does is block, ignore and silence people.
    I love this game, and i hope they stop to burry they own grave.

    The game is good, has a LOT OF PROBLEMS, NOT GONNA LIE. But the game is good, worth playing FOR FREE ONLY, but worth. Still not really reccomend this for anyone because Mihoyo do not care about me, do not care about you, they only care for our money and they dont deserve it. Dont put money on this game.

    За год игри уже надоели одинаковые ивенты. Игра превращается в платную помойку (не ф2п игрок, купил 3паса и 3 полой луни). Персонажи инадзуми не радуют, Йомия и Кокоми проходняк, Райден с с2 толька работает и сигнатуркой.

But it get worse, they ban everyone that "DARE" to ask them is this the real anni gift or just have any general negative feedback that doesn't say mihoyo is jesus christ. BUT you get to work for us with your artwork and cosplay so you may have a chance to compete with millions of people to earn back 1 DOLLAR.

    Bien hecho Mihoyo, habéis conseguido que una comunidad que en su mayoría se contentaba con un escupitajo en el ojo por vuestra parte, se junte con indignación por un aniversario nefasto, mejor dicho, inexistente. Y no sólo es el aniversario, si no que en poco tiempo se han acumulado una cantidad de malas decisiones que hace que sea comprensible la reacción de los jugadores.

    2. Непродуманные механики новых героев (Они плохо взаимодействуют с уже имеющимися в игре героями, выполняют свои основные функции на ровне, а то и ХУЖЕ, чем бесплатные 4-звездочные персонажи, раздаваемые всем в ходе игры, а ведь многие люди за них    У игры есть очень много проблем:

    3. Очень странный и скомканный сюжет (Сюда же проблемы с лором, вроде того, что существенная его часть раскрывается в ограниченных по времени ивентах, недоступных новым игрокам)
    4. Очень много багов, которые не исправляются БОЛЬШЕ ПОЛУГОДА, несмотря на многочисленные репорты.
    5. Отсутствие лейт-гейм контента и какого-либо вызова со стороны игры, который побуждал бы разбираться в её механиках.
    6. Не выполнение обещаний (Например, ситуация с крыльями из ивента с KFC, которые после скандала они пообещали добавить на некитайские сервера в течение лета, закончившегося месяц назад)
    7. Ужесточение гача системы (Если раньше созвездия на героях только бафали их и практически не влияли на их механики, то теперь михуё начали выпускать инвалидов с урезанными механиками, вырезанная часть которых засунута в консты. Т.е. только для того, чтобы получить полноценного героя с нормально работающими механиками, тебе нужно будет выкрутить его в гаче несколько раз. И это ещё не упоминая усугубляющуюся ситуацию со скамом в оружейном баннере, когда одно из двух оружий баннера мастхэв для многих героев, а другое полный мусор, показывающий себя хуже, чем аналогичные f2p пушки...)

    А ТЕПЕРЬ САМАЯ ГЛАВНАЯ ПРОБЛЕМА:
    8. Абсолютное игнорирование вышеперечисленных проблем со стороны михуё и ЧТО БОЛЕЕ ВАЖНО абсолютное игнорирование закономерного возмущения комьюнити, ДАЖЕ БОЛЕЕ ТОГО наплевательское отношение к нему! Михуё не просто не исправляют эти проблемы, они даже не говорят о них, они не ведут совершенно никакого диалога с комьюнити! Нет даже простого “Нам известны эти проблемы, мы работаем над их решением”, абсолютное молчание в ответ на критику со стороны игроков. При этом эти проблемы широко известны и обсуждаются в комьюнити, и они также известны михуё, но при этом нет совершенно никакого фидбэка с их стороны!
    По сути, годовщина была прекрасной возможностью для них “откупиться” за все свои косяки, но они этого не сделали, а те подачки, что они дали скорее походят на издевательство. Это и стало последней каплей в чашу терпения игроков и михуё захлестнуло волной праведного гнева. И что же михуё сделали в такой ситуации? Может извинились или хотя бы сделали официальное заявление, в котором защитили свою позицию? Нет, они продолжили отмалчиваться!    … Expand

For a reminder we got more or less the SAME EXACT THING! If not a little more. Now when compared to the monumental support Genshin gets we as fans should've gotten more. Not only that, they choose to ignore, silence or BAN fan complaints or criticism because they feel like they are just. They took away signatures in the game, they banned people in discord, and they banned people on reddit as well solely because fans are upset with the lackluster and frankly lazy rewards. They have wasted almost 10 million dollars or anniversary emojis on Twitter; mind you we basically got rerun rewards in game though. Their customers support recently has abysmal with auto-generated replies, when we used to get genuine response. The recent events have been boring, unengaging and uninnovative. To top it off character design and structure. The characters they've made recently have had major issues that the community have tried to tell MiHoYo about but they refuse to listen. Yomiya internal cool downs, Baal not paring with Beidou, and Kokomi as a whole character is so greatly flawed. Please do not play this game until the game state is fixed. I am being completely honest as someone who has played a year, do not play this until it MiHoYo fix their stuff. I'm done supporting them as well until everything is fixed.… Expand

    Eu joguei esse jogo no lançamento em um dispositivo móvel é eu achei o jogo simplismente incrivel a proposta do jogo e do estilo do jogo, mas depois de um tempo eu tive q desinstalar por que ele pesava muito no meu celular e comia muita bateria dele, eu ate tinha um pc pra jogar nele mas ele nem tinha placa de video ;-;
    Depois de quase 1 ano eu lenberei de genshin pq vi na loja Epic Games    Eu joguei esse jogo no lançamento em um dispositivo móvel é eu achei o jogo simplismente incrivel a proposta do jogo e do estilo do jogo, mas depois de um tempo eu tive q desinstalar por que ele pesava muito no meu celular e comia muita bateria dele, eu ate tinha um pc pra jogar nele mas ele nem tinha placa de video ;-;
    Depois de quase 1 ano eu lenberei de genshin pq vi na loja Epic Games que ele tava la e fiquei bastante hypado pro jogo quando vi q uma nova atualização tava por vir(acho q era um evento de verão), o triste foi saber q tinha perdido minha conta que eu usava no celular que tinha o Diluc a Klee e a Quiqui de 5☆, bem mas vida que segue, eu voltei do zero foi ate bom pra eu poder lembrar a historia do jogo.
    Bem agora vou falar o porquê da nota zero... bem isso é por causa da decepção que o jogo me trouxe com o PRIMEIRO ANIVERSÁRIO DO GAME que deveria ser um evento muito grande e foda e com BOAS RECOMPENSAS e tambémiria ser legal se tivesse um evento aniversario dentro da história do game para o viajante/traveler/você ja que faz um ano q ele chegou aquele mundo...    … Expand

    Its sad to think that Mihoyo can’t appreciate its customers that made them so much money. They think 400 primogems, which is not even 3 single summons, will shut us up. They think so little of the playerbase. On top of that, they havent put any end game content aside from the abyss. The daily routine in this game is a bit of a chore.

Almost all of the player base is angry with their way and they don't respond because their main revenue comes from a small amount people who spend the most.     I've been playing this game everyday since its release day! yes! One whole year!( i've even bought every battle-pass since i started playing),Recently (Sep 28th) i had a problem that i couldn't login in the game! i've tried to get help but they didn't give a Frick about it! because of that, i missed the 1 year anniversary event.(plus already mad about earlier incident)

    Game was a 7 or 8 until the 2.2 update. Now the game takes at least 5 minutes to launch IF it'll even launch that is. Tried verifying file Integrity also and that didn't work. Guess Mihoyo intended 2.2 to not be able to run.

    So this game, there is no skipping of the cutscenes. People get upset about the Gacha, but I'm more upset that I can't maximise my speedruns. I just want to buy some characters, but I have to watch 2 hours of complete dog poo in order to do so.

    I have never seen such a massive disappointment of a game that fails at everything get so popular, this is probably one of the most overhyped games ever. The developers were lucky enough to combine world exploration with gacha isekai story and they failed horribly at both.

    The gacha is mediocre at best, some of the lowest rates and highest pity I've seen in all gachas, on top of that    I have never seen such a massive disappointment of a game that fails at everything get so popular, this is probably one of the most overhyped games ever. The developers were lucky enough to combine world exploration with gacha isekai story and they failed horribly at both.

    The gacha is mediocre at best, some of the lowest rates and highest pity I've seen in all gachas, on top of that you have 50% chance to miss the banner character, combined with every banner limited and standard banner being a literal waste / trashcan where you can drop your free pulls. It's literally a slot machine on a strict timer before it explodes and you won't be able to pull on a character you wanted for like 6 months or more. The materials you get for dupes and pulls can be spent on 2 useful things every month, nothing else is worth it.

    The only good thing is guaranteed banner 5* on second 5* pull, but I think that this makes the gacha lose it's spirit and basically slapping a price sign on every character. Unfortunately you will have to spend most of if not all 160 pulls to get to that guaranteed part, for a F2P player this is very damaging, it takes multiple months to save up for just for one 5* so you might end up pulling only one character you wanted every 5-6 months, this happened to me. And even if you are a low budget player you will still struggle greatly but you may cut the time by one month, I don't recommend buying anything other than the monthly card (!! be very careful with the monthly card, if you don't log in for a day the primogems for that day will be gone (basically you are paying to log in every day !!) ).

    The constellation system is a huge whale bait, basically requiring you to pull the same character multiple times to be useful or up to 5x more powerful. WEAPON BANNER oh god don't let me even get started on that, even if the cost of it was decreased by half it would be still horrible, It's insane that a 5* stat stick will require as many pulls as a full character. People saying that this game is not pay to win are either high on copium or didn't play the game enough.

    Ah yes the "world exporation isakai" bleuugh.. It's sad to see so many people get baited by this because it's one of the most popular things, the escapism, being reborn in a fantasy world. Too bad this is one of the weakest fantasy worlds you will ever see, the story is so bad that people care more about the cooking system.... World exploration is only good for the first time after that it becomes annoying and repetitive, just like 90% of the enemies. Even new zones are just copy paste of the old ones to the point that new zones don't even count as new.

    The endgame is non-existent, the powercreep is getting worse and worse, every 4* character is getting replaced by a 5*. The enemies are getting more and more annoying, jumping all over the place, teleporting and flying, while you have very limited movement and stamina, It's like they are forcing you to either use characters that do more damage or characters that are easier to use, eliminating even more skill that's needed to play this mess, like the auto-aim on everything wasn't enough.

    Not even gonna mention how the developer and the community behaves, you have probably seen it all anyways, I'm just wondering how people can completely ignore all this and continue to support this mess, even if you like the game a lot, the community and developer will make you hate it.    … Expand

    Bad rates. Recycled character skills and recycled events and content. They do the absolute bare minimum to make money and once you hit the end game you can do a domain every 3 hours! Also you can about pity a 5 star in 2 months not including the 50% chance you have to get the featured one. Do not spend on this game when jt takes about 300$ to pity the event character.

    Genshin is a massive Whalebait going as far as offering you 5x the damage on a character if you spend "few hundreds of dollars". It's insane how pay to win the "game" is, every F2P player will never see themselves as powerful as a small whale even if they played for years more. This is because 5* characters and weapons are always better (with very few exceptions) on top of the the constellations are a huge pay wall behind which could be even half of character's kit locked behind and the only thing to access it is pay pay pay. 5* weapons are just stat sticks, constellations are only improving that, they add nothing new. It's unbelievable how greedy this company is, many players were able to see it soon, thank god, thanks to recent outrage many people are waking up to it, still 12 y.o. fanboys will be forever lost.

    Don't waste your time grinding this "game". The plot is absolute trash and moves at very slow pace. Genshin has no endgame and you will only grind the same things for years to come until they add another resource or upgrade material to chase for the next few months until you have enough.
    The "game" has only gotten worse since the launch, only doing the same thing over and over until mihoyo wakes up and remembers we still exist, they abandoned the community in favour of advertising and promoting their mess of a "game". Going as far as to beg artists, content creators and even cooks to promote them, even begging Elon to hype them up so that they could shaft even more unknowing people into their predatory monetization hellhole.
    You also may see a lot of players defend this "game" they have no idea what they are doing, hopefully they will see before they will lose too much money and time on this like me.

    This "game" is only a money making machine, just watch them throw it away when the hype around it dies down. They are already giving up on it, you can see it from recycled events, severe lack of content and them not listening to anything players say, going as far to delete and ignore people's feedback, It's everywhere, just look it up.

    If you want a better gacha that didn't copy everything from others go play Fate/Go, Azur Lane or Arknights those are much better in every sense. Or go play Zelda from which this "game" took everything and slapped monopoly on top of it.    … Expand

    Rather than a typical online game, Genshin Impact resembles a traditional single-player jRPG with a real-time combat. For a free-to-play title it is very impressive, but turns out to be pretty derivative and quickly slumps into monotony. [13/2020, p.52]

    Overall, in spite of things that should bring Genshin Impact down, the game is so much fun to play that the negatives are ultimately minor gripes. [...] The gameplay is smooth and simplistic, and it works great on all platforms - though I’m still not sure why the PlayStation version can’t be linked to a Mihoyo account so I could play on my phone when I’m not at home (PS Vita version please??) but it’s a small gripe to an otherwise terrific game.
