    jogo não valoriza seus players dando recompensas muito abaixo de medíocre no ano novo e agora no aniversario de 1 ano. Invez de darem boas recompensas fizeram um sorteio e chamaram de evento que não da nem pra dar um tiro no gacha onde apenas 1000 pessoas podem ganhar de uma comunidade de mais de 20 milhões de players.
    O jogo tem um pessimo sistema de drop farmei por 60 dias inteiros    jogo não valoriza seus players dando recompensas muito abaixo de medíocre no ano novo e agora no aniversario de 1 ano.     Recompensa de missões diarias são muito poucas e não permitem nem dar um tiro no gacha.

    Could've given us a cute in-game pet like the seelie you had in the Lost Riches event. An anniversary namecard. A skin for the traveler. A basic reskin of in-game models to make an anniversary constellation bedroom set for our teapot. Given us a free five star. And then no one would have batted an eye.     Could have added dungeons you can keep farming, not locked behind resin for chances of great artifacts, weapons, or special rewards as endgame content for players with nothing more to do to tide people over until the system is fixed. Could have done a whole lot differently. This post is the same as the bazillion others calling you out, but I guess I'm just that angry. Have been. It's such a small thing, really, but it's the lack of consideration I think that compels me to keep venting.

    The "trying to milk your fanbase" for promotional material when you could have just paid content creators outright. You know, like actual commissions. THEN give them a sizable bonus in-game. Because you will be using that work for a long, long time, in your ads, in your videos...

    Raffles should have been open to everyone as a SIDE EVENT, without people having to pour hours and hours into work just for a chance at getting something. Companies have raffles all the time. How much you want to bet all that stuff you are offering was "free" from the companies as a congratulatory bit? As a way of advertising for them?

    Kokomi is laughable. A $300 broken, underwhelming five star you should have realized needed work during testing. You could have simply stated you needed more time to make sure she was ready for release, and rerun a banner everyone has been begging for, especially for characters that haven't had a chance to come back. Oh but thanks for showcasing fanwork on streams and that concert I couldn't attend and don't really want to watch after all this.

    But yeah. I hope people collectively boycott you, especially after you took away signature editing and tried to do damage control instead of just fixing your mistakes or addressing the community outright. Your silence made it worse.    … Expand

    The game has immeasurable potential, to the point where i'd argue it could even contend for GOTY, but when the higher level gameplay, after the current main questline, is restricted to 2 to 6 activities daily taking no more than half an hour at most then the game is doomed to lose most of it's player base.

    After all, why play a game that you can't, well, play. Even whales will most likely see the lack of sense in dropping thousands of Dollars on characters and weapons they won't be able to enjoy using due to the extreme limitations stopping them from effectively leveling said characters and weapons up.

    Just the other day I rolled a new character, not one I really wanted a great deal but I'd still like to try them out, but since I got her she's been relegated to running the in game 20hour "expeditions" where the character becomes unavailable to use but comes back after that time with a small amount of resources.

    If this system didn't exist, or at the very least was reworked to be far less, or not at all, restricting then I'd happily give the game a 9/10, but right now I can't bring myself to give it a score higher than 3 because what use is a computer game you can't play as much as you want to?

    Imagine if Skyrim restricted you to 4 side missions and 2 main mission a day, and if you wanted to kill a boss during any of them it cost you one of your limited missions? There's no way it would be as successful as it was.

    Happy customers stick around, they're returning customers, but Mihoyo right now has a whole lot of very unhappy and frustrated customers on their hands and they're about to lose a lot of people that may have otherwise invested in their Battle Pass and Monthly "Welkin Moon" pseudo-subscription. Is that really worth the Resin system? I don't think so    … Expand

    I don't even know how i can explain how bad i feel about starting to play this game. At te beginning isn't that bad, actually its pretty cool but when you reach the end content it gets extremly boring and without content. The gatcha system is predatorius, even the rewards events from the anniversary suck's and they still don't listen to the comunity....

    Buen juego pero muy mal aprovechado el mundo abierto con mecánicas o precios un poco abusivas y caros, mas de un año jugando y perdí mi tiempo y esperanza por cambios que mejorasen el propio juego pero unas recompensas de mierda para una fecha tan importante como el 1 aniversario fue la copa que rebaso el vaso.

    Может хватит бухтеть и дестабилизировать ситуацию в игре?

    К тому же.. есть инфа от знающего человека, что у нас в Геншине скоро ожидаются реальные изменения. После того, как стабилизируют ситуацию с балансом персонажей, исправят реакции (Перегузка - не играбельна). Тогда везде и начнут выдавать 5-тизвёздочных персонажей и нормальные награды. Ци-Ци поднимут и будут держать, киты ничего не смогут сделать. Сейчас главное не бухтеть.

    От нас требуется сидеть тихо. После того, как все сделают, все будет у нас хорошо. Всем устроят довольствие, как в Хонкае - каждый будет кататься в масле. Главное сейчас сидеть тихо и не суетиться. Никаких срачей на форумах, никаких забастовок. Просто переждать, и всё будет хорошо, там все схвачено.

    At the start of the game everything feels awesome, beautiful anime graphics, okay story and cross-play seemed like a dream come true, but after ~20 hours into the game all the negatives came hurling in.

    - World is empty, even though it feels and looks amazing at the start when you're doing chapter 1 and 2 of the main story, there are interesting characters, but after that you're gated    At the start of the game everything feels awesome, beautiful anime graphics, okay story and cross-play seemed like a dream come true, but after ~20 hours into the game all the negatives came hurling in.

    - World is empty, even though it feels and looks amazing at the start when you're doing chapter 1 and 2 of the main story, there are interesting characters, but after that you're gated with adventure level, keep doing dailies and wait for your level to go up.. Or go spend the money and buy yourself some resin so you can level up faster. There are few types of puzzles all over the map, after completing you will get a chest with useless weapons and currency.

    - Wishes, of as it is better know - gatcha system, greedy, totally killed experience of the game, Don't get me wrong, I played few gatcha games and they were fun and I willingly put some money into them, but this game just doesn't value your money. Chance for getting a 5* star character are lower that 1%... Are you serious? They are expecting 100$+ from each player. Oh, you're not paying, or you're not paying enough? - No good characters/weapons for you.
    Other gatcha games at least give you some "premium" currency so you can accumulate it and go for pulls. But this game gives you 5 currency for every achivement, and you will be saving up a week to do one 10-pull (which costs 1600). And you will get same ****, like you're opening common chests all over the map.

    - Combat system is okay, i like the element mechanic.

    All in all, pay-to-win, don't bother if you're not planning to throw some $$$ every few days. Biggest gaming let-down of 2020. Not coming back.    … Expand

    o jogo no começo era incrível, gameplay linda, história cativante e a empresando dando suporte e reparos para a comunidade, porem ao passar dos tempos o descaso com os jogadores começou, a empresa que antes ouvia os pedidos dos jogadores por melhoria simplesmente ignorou toda a comunidade, recompensas por eventos fraquíssimas, descaso com a comunidade que gera conteúdo como criadores deo jogo no começo era incrível, gameplay linda, história cativante e a empresando dando suporte e reparos para a comunidade, porem ao passar dos tempos o descaso com os jogadores começou, a empresa que antes ouvia os pedidos dos jogadores por melhoria simplesmente ignorou toda a comunidade, recompensas por eventos fraquíssimas, descaso com a comunidade que gera conteúdo como criadores de artes cosplay, que estão sendo recompensados com esmolas, e o cumulo aconteceu no dia 28/09/2021, quando lançaram o evento de aniversario de 1 ano do jogo, o evento foi um completo desastre, a comunidade inteira começou a questionar a empresa que em resposta aos jogadores simplesmente censurou e baniu que estava criticando o evento.… Expand

    Самое отвратительное отношение к комьюнити что я вообще встречал хуже чем ЕА с их лубоксами и беседка с их 76 фоллычем. Годовщина это только последние из негатива повышение стоимости доната, лицемерие когда сначала говорят что не будет ИРЛ праздников и ничего не дают, а через два месяца выкатывают КНГ, выпускаемые персонажи по силе очень варьируются от неиграбельных до имб, и при этомСамое отвратительное отношение к комьюнити что я вообще встречал хуже чем ЕА с их лубоксами и беседка с их 76 фоллычем.     The game is awesome sadly was made by mihoyo. The game can be great but prepare to see you opinion censored. Also they're using the gacha monetizing but no the gacha rewards. And the anniversary is the biggest joke i have seen. It's enough already.

    Of course, miHoYo made a great job but all the negative things that you run into when there is nothing left for you to explore on the map are very annoying and frustrating. Complete four stupid daily errands, spend your resin (1 unit per 8 min) and that's it for today. It takes 20 minutes at best. Ok, you can spend 15 min more if there are some events.    … Expand

    Le doy un 0 porque es insostenible un juego donde la empresa a cargo no trata a los jugadores de la manera correspondiente, la comunidad de genshin hizo al juego junto a la empresa lo que son hoy en día.
    Sin embargo, la empresa poco parece importarle, demostrándolo con sus acciones.

    Not only you have to wait more than a year for already released units, they've taken the bad custome of changing character's kit's effects 24 hours after they go live, giving them a whole different purpose and effect. The money you spent in those units? Gone, cause if you ask for a refund you'll get your account terminated. Female characters are sexualized to the extreme, even having young girls running there with her panties shoved at your face 24/7. The writing isnt even good, it's the most bland generic anime plot you've ever seen. Naruto's plot compared to this is Shakespeare tier.
    The combat system is horribly designed, heavily imbalanced towards certain elements and units, making meta a stationary thing that hasn't suffered even the slightest change since release. Oh, and there are a lot of units with fundamental problems in their kits never adressed and never balanced, cause Mihoyo doesnt give a damn about it and just want you to spend money on their new unit, tossing aside all previous problems.
    Dont play this game unless you are strictly F2P, cause the devs will laugh at your face, never ever communicate and practice scummy ethics with the game's development.    … Expand

    This game had so much potential, and was, for the longest time, the best game i had played in a long time. But the lack of end game content, the resin timegate and now, this greedy stingy company makes this horrible anniversary. Just not worth it, don't play or if u do, don't spend.

    Mihoyo disrespects comunity by banning freedom of speech, our response is to raise our voice by punishing their wallets.
    Its a fun game f2p; however endgame is infinite and it becomes boring and repetitive over time.

    Overall, in spite of things that should bring Genshin Impact down, the game is so much fun to play that the negatives are ultimately minor gripes. [...] The gameplay is smooth and simplistic, and it works great on all platforms - though I’m still not sure why the PlayStation version can’t be linked to a Mihoyo account so I could play on my phone when I’m not at home (PS Vita version please??) but it’s a small gripe to an otherwise terrific game.
