    Interesting. It's a short history and stressed game, it no give you chance to fail or miss quick options so it's far to classic adventure games, but is fun for a while

    I really like this one. Got two runs with pretty different endings, but I know that if Telltale ever made a sequence, they would just throw away everything i did anyway. Feels bad. Nice plot though.

    Can't understand the negative reviews for this one, it's trademark brilliant storytelling from Telltale & no one does it better than them

    Would of been a legendary series if they didn't go out of business back then

    Much more impressive and interesting than HBO series. Better characters, better plot, better scenario, scenes are really intense and the world is as dark as it should be. Much more catching than series. Easy high rating, BUT i should notice, to be fair, that unlike TWD TT series it feels less interactive and more like watching series instead of playing the game. Absolutely not satisfied with the ending(all of them), but still, giving the attention, that this game is heavily critisized and the series is heavily loved, i have to say and to say it out loud, that i'm on the very opposite side of this conflict. If you need something really cool and mature, this game fits much more better than widely popular series for popcorn audience. Big con that every episode is good on itself and complete, it feels not like just part of the story, but it's own cool story that builds bigger story… Expand

    In general, the game is interesting. However, there are problems with the fact that usually dialgochi do not solve anything and, in principle, you seem to be watching an ordinary movie and not playing an interactive movie. However, the story itself is very interesting and touches the events of the series. I liked the game, but it could have been many times better.

    Playing it for the first time, I'm thoroughly enjoying every second, a real treat for fans of the show, but also just a compelling and fun game in general. Like any TellATale game it's not in any way challenging, but masterful non the less!! Loving it!

Which, I suppose could have been a purposeful design, trying to emulate the tv show's edgelord grimdark adaptation of the source material. Doesn't vibe with me.
    The art is reaching for some marriage between comic book and realism, but since every    I just don't like Telltale's play style.     Without a doubt, the worst game of telltale games that does not measure up to the series. These new graphic adventures with such poor gameplay must have a story of 10 to keep you hooked, and this is not one of them. I do not recommend it.

They are minor choices but what will happen will happen and none of your choices can change that. What you are really doing is watching some extended animated side plots to the TV show of a passable quality (6.5-7.5/10 depending on the episode). It is not as bad as some other reviews make it out to be but you should know what you are getting into and decide if it is something you want to spend time on. I would not play other Telltale games. In fact, I am getting a little tired of short games the are stories (Gone Home, Firewatch, etc.). I am looking for a game. If I was looking for a good story, I can watch TV or a movie.… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Played 3,5 episodes and I can already tell that this game is not as I expected it to be. Obviously I know that it cannot be about the same actions that are happening in books or TV series, because that would be even more boring than it is now. For me this whole House Forrester, characters (of house Forrester) and plot are just boring. And it's even more boring if you watched the TV series first (I did) You for example now, that Ramsay Snow (Bolton) cannot be killed, because the game is build upon TV series, so he cannot die. If you played it and didn't watch TV series, you probably thought, that you will be able to kill him somehow. How sad. Of course the game was released 4 years ago and if you are playing this game in 2018 and you watched the show, you'll feel the same as I do. I don't know the ending to this, but I can already tell, that House Forrester will fall along with House Glenmore. They didn't appear in TV series, they weren't even mentioned, as far as I can remember. I didn't read the books, so I don't know. And obviously the story is crap, choises as in previous telltale games most of the time don't matter. But I actually expected that. You either humiliate yourself or die. It's not that this game is all to bad. It's just that some certain things are breaking her apart. For example I'm happy that this game lets you play a couple of characters instead of one. But the graphics are terrible. The worst graphics I ever encountered during the play of almost every telltale game.… Expand

Порой кажется что играешь на телефоне или на PS1, хотя иногда и можно узреть более-менее нормальный вид и сделать пару скринов. Что касается персонажей, подачи сюжета, выбора и развития, все как и в других играх данной компании, разве что она довольна откровенная в плане боев, есть пара смачных моментов. Первые два эпизода была не особо интересно проходить, но вот с третьего заинтересовался и даже интересно было следить за историей. Есть парочка фаворитов, но эта и близко не те персонажи что в первом сезоне "ходячих", но и не такие нулевые и безликие как в нынешних играх тейлов. Концовка даже заставила не много восхитится, расстроить в общем вызвать некоторые эмоции что только плюс.    … Expand

    The art direction is pretty and hearing and "seeing" the cast is a welcome experience, the whole game is just smoke and mirror. It's true that it's more of a visual novel than a game, your choices don't really matter. It's quite transparent that you're playing as the Stark family, even though it's a "new" family, only mentioned in the books. The house of Foresters is so imperceptible, faded and is disgustingly registered that to it there are no feelings. What contradicts the concept of GOT. Show you 30 minutes of the character and kill him as if have performed routine work.
    Of course graphics in interaktivony cinema not the main thing, but I didn't see so careless work yet. Degradation of textures is executed at such level that even games on PS3 in 2006 can envy. Management of a mouse/gamepad too disgusting. And the main thing - degradation of textures and sensitivity of the mouse/gamepad can't be adjusted in settings. Still the gamepad from Xbox One was connected from the 3rd time.
    The ending is the last nail in a cover of a coffin of this product. This most ridiculous that I saw in the games Telltale. As if authors from Telltale scripted to series Lost. The open final, with an obvious reserve for the second season. Here only to whom he is necessary?     It is a really interesting story which makes you helpless and you cant really do anything about it and it resembles the show well in how it approaches its conclusion which is one of the best game endings ever

    Not that bad, but definitelly not on the same level that the books are.
    I finished it like a month ago and I barely remember the story, so it wasnt so great. It also feel like rehash of the original story with characters that are almost identicall to the book ones - the squire sent to the wall is basically Jon Snow, Forresters are similar to Starks. The only unique and interesting character was that banished Forrester and the girl who accompanied him and their story was quite interesting.
    The graphics are bad, and the reactions to the choices made are really quite idiotic (explained by user MetaAwesome).
    Overall if You are a fan of "A Song of Ice and Fire" and want something new in the franchiese to soak in atmosphere then go ahead, You will have some fun like I did. If not, well You wont become one after playing this game so only other reason to play this i can think of is easy platinum if You like to collect those.    … Expand

    Game of Thrones will give you some pretty cool moments, especially when you start feeling the weight of your decisions. Overall, there’s a good chance you’ll be disappointed and frustrated with the game, rather than being mesmerized by an epic tale and great characters. You know, great characters really aren’t THAT great, unless we have enough time to know them.
