However, I have also reinstalled it and played again. It can be quite frustrating, but this should not deter you from trying it out.     Just make a sequel already the story is amazing gameplay is good everything is good but at some point of this games development through years ubi just pulled the plug. This could've been so good now its just mediocre waiting in a corner to reach its full potential.

    For Honor is unique, has amazing graphics, animations, and gameplay and a huge curve learning to master it. The lack of balancing is the major issue and the decision to launch the game without dedicated servers was the biggest mistake made, which was thankfully fixed a long time ago.

    For Honor is a good game, but is difficult to get into with it's declining playerbase and extra steep learning curve where every beginner's first 50 games are just getting themselves steamrolled.

    Great game. The story is not really well, but okay. The scoring is great, visual is amazing, the voice & sound is also amazing. Multiplayer is really fun & really addictive

    Giocone da 9 pieno, nulla da dire, un gioco veramente unico, non esistono giochi del genere sul mercato, e non sono mai esistiti. Incredibile come abbia più voti negativi che positivi, probabilmente perché sono vecchie, effettivamente il gioco ha iniziato ad ingranare bene dal 2017 in poi. L'unica pecca è che un gioco davvero impegnativo, gli attacchi leggeri hanno una velocità di 400ms,Giocone da 9 pieno, nulla da dire, un gioco veramente unico, non esistono giochi del genere sul mercato, e non sono mai esistiti. Li renderei meno veloci, più leggibili, perché personalmente non ho problemi, mi reputo molto forte su For Honor, ma se non ci gioco per un mesetto, giocando ad altro, è sempre un trauma giocare e ri-abituarsi ai suoi tempi, il che mi invoglia spesso a fare 2 partitine e chiudere. Altra cosa, più nello specifico, sono certi attacchi di certi eroi, tipo l'attacco leggero velenoso della sciamana, quello che fa fintando un pesante, è LETTERALMENTE imparabile, non puoi reagire a quell'attacco, DEVI predictarlo, il che non va bene. Ma nonostante questi difetti, rimane un gioco unico, bello, vario e che dà tantissima soddisfazione.… Expand

    Still play to this day, still updated. This is a rare occasion where a multiplayer game finds it's halo and it's niece of players, and never looks back, it's still fun to play. Sometimes you know there are some balancing issues but in the end you forgive them because the game is so perfect.

    I've been kicked twice while searching for a game, woth a malus like i exited the match which is not true. The biggest issue is connexion and i think every gamer agree on this.
    Last but not least you just need to check how player level are, big levels from one side and low level from the other. I don't understand ubisoft logic here. Recently every hero got a bash and I think we will reach a point where every hero will get a bash which is really breaking the game and now all heroes feel the same, this game in recent years moved to a very spammy gameplay, the more you spam the more you win, which sucks because there is a good game behind all of that spam.

    Story:A story made just so people kill each other, its very basic but gets the job done.

    Graphics: Vey good, and the cosmetics in this game are one of the best cosmetics in online games ever.

    Sound: Good music and sound affects.

    Fun: Hit or miss, you will either hate this game or love it, sometimes hate and love it at the same time. But worth a shot for sure.

    One of the few games that I refunded on Steam.
    Multiplayer oriented game of medieval combats, mostly duels.
    Trailers, intro videos, advertising, graphics are great...but gameplay, player interactions and combats aren't.
    Few things to do, looong grinding .... it wasn't fun for me.

    На старте были проблемы со многим, да и сейчас с балансом есть, но это не отменяет того факта что в данном жанре играется отлично если конечно ты пройдешь порог вхождения т.к здесь он довольно большой.

    The heroes are very well designed, the balance is all right, the maps are fun with enviromental hazarads and traps but there are very few.

    Full bot / AI support for all game modes with progression recorded. Wow that's rare these days. I've been supporting the game with Season Passes & Expansion buys for that reason.

    Зашел недавно и просто охуел. Почти все новые персонажи, это просто спамящее гавно, с ударами/толчками по 500мс. Сломанная    Играю в игру с релиза, суть боевой системы и геймплей хороши.     После выхода в стим, эту парашу даже привязать к стиму нельзя. Чаво? Тем кто поставил 10/10 можете лицо обоссать, кроме графона и изначальной задумки, там нет ничего хорошего.     The game is a complete flop. The single player campaign felt lackluster and the online modes are dead. The only good things about this game is the nice looking player models and the medieval themed combat. IMO this game is not worth a cent.

As a pretty good experienced player (about 650+ hours of a gameplay) i can say that this game is very unbalanced and broken. player with my long experience has no chance against some heroes in a match.     The campaing is nothing special. The game is mainly about multiplayer,which sucks.
    While playing breach pvp, 3 of my teammates left. I left too, because bots are bots. After leaving
    i got 25 min penalty. The system is not working, the game is not suitable in for multiplayer at all, because you will never go 1v1, unless you go for duels at which point you will get owned by cheesy combos.

    No balance..... At all. It's a game where newcomer can do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Veterans with 140 lvl of reputation will bulldoze every newcomer. Matchmaking there about 5 minutes... And UbiS H I T of course added BATTLE PASS which you should buy for real money! Not for game currency. ubiS H I T felt lower than EA and Activision. RIP Ubisoft.

    Всё моё терпение лопнуло. Эта игра как и все игры от Ubisoft хороша только в одном, в ГРАФИКЕ. Всё остальное просто ужасно, начиная от основных механик, и заканчивая тем, что игра просто выкидывает тебя в главное меню и кидает бан на 15 минут. К покупке, а тем более к продолжительным играм в одиночку, не рекомендую, если только не идти полным отрядом друзей, которых у меня нет. Хорошо чтоВсё моё терпение лопнуло. Эта игра как и все игры от Ubisoft хороша только в одном, в ГРАФИКЕ. Some design decisions simply dont make sense. Characters that - based on their class (role) SHOULD be farming minion lane but absolutely lack all tools to do so. Health and damage numbers are completely random as if they threw darts at a board and just went with whatever rng came up with.

    Huge issues the game has never get addressed. Even if something eventually gets fixed it takes always at least 1 year.

    The last "DLC" character they released is BY FAR the worst character in the game. Think about what that says about the people who are still working on the game! They have absolutely no clue what they are doing! Its crazy. I really have never seen a game design team who utterly lacks absolutely all understanding of basic things in their own game.

    Characters which deserve attention dont get it while the devs take in consideration the very god damn least requested thing and doing exactly the opposite of what the community wants.
    Its filled with soooooo many toxic players whicu try to get the devil out of you.
    A game which specifically requires a millisecond of reaction is running on 30fps on consoles making the animations half smooth, in addition of letting players with a stable ping above 100 to remain in the game.
    It takes me on average 10 minutes to find a server of 7 players in totall (me being the 8) and thats for the most popular game mode in the game (dominion) and my nat is always open, internet always good so connectivity is never an issue for me.
    If anybody is even reading this i am a totall rep 124 and i dislike this game in every way.
    And i am gonna avoid talking about the super crappy launch state it was at the beginning with p2p servers and getting kicked 7 out of 10 games.    … Expand

There are no dedicated servers that means you need to connect other players as in p2p connection and as a bonus Ddos is still a thing.     Want your character to move where you tell it to? Too bad, right can be diagonal, diagonal can be back, and if your target moves your direction will move also.

    Want to block or parry in time? Too bad, there is a bug that will randomly make blocks not work and it's in the game since the beta, while parry timing keeps changing depending on the opponent's ping.

    Want your character to do what you tell it to do? Too bad, every hero has different mechanics. You can hit one person after a parry, but not the next, your input might get ignored by the game or get buffered for several seconds, to parry you need to heavy attack but often you just get a block and then a heavy attack later instead of a parry.

    If someone were to intentionally design the most infuriating game, the result would be For Honor.    … Expand

How many times the game was showing to me that it's high or even very high activity at mode I was currently looking for players in matchmaking but almost every time the waiting time was from around 2 to even 16 minutes! Yeah there was a couple times when I get joined in some game just after I clicked for the matchup but then I alwys get in the middle of the lost game where there's 1 or 2 teamamtes in my team and rest of are bots. The fighting machanics are broken. This crappy game just sometimes don't let you land some attacks or your parades EVEN THAT YOU CAN HEAR THE SOUND OF THE ATTACK HIT THE ENEMY OR YOUR PARADE HAS WORKED BUT THE YOU LOSE YOUR HP ANYWAY. I have no problems with ANY other games. Only Ubisoft can make such crappy and cancer games which is just made for trolls. Even singeplayer looks like it's made by a kid. Some bull**** fantasy about the imagination of war which doesn't show almost anything more complicated than just... fighting. This game has 0/10 climate thanks to all those things I've said. One more thing. Thing game is unplayable with your friends. Sometimes you can join but it happens one, maybe two times in a week so forget about that this game will compensate all of it's bullsh*tery by letting you play it with your friends. It's a total failure in all kind of things. Soundtrack is sh*t sounds are hilarious and making me laugh. The outlook of heros - most likely women-like are incredibly funny. 60 cm in biceps as Valkyrie made me laugh for a few minutes. I had the same reaction when I saw a Shinobi in samurai fraction same as centurion in knights xD Couldn't they think for more than 1 minute about the anmes of the fractions? For example samurais could be Feudal Japan.. is it that hard to make the game more trust worthy?     How can you make a game about 100 milliseconds fast reactions in a multiplayer allowing players with a 100ms ping? I played this game now frequently over the years and cant believe I have wasted over 200 hours in this crap. I lost so many duells because my light attack got guard breaked. Not possible if both parties have a good connection. And the balance is so off. Animations are perfect, when you raise an axe you see how the hero finds it difficult to lift it up. Ubisoft is working constantly in the game.     Every game (especially dominion) there is a part where you feel extra cool. Maybe you took on that enemy that kept killing you, or maybe you captured a point or whatever. But that cool feeling gets absolutely drowned by the absolute horse poop moments, like when your fighting someone, you're super close to winning the encounter, but they spring away, unscathed. Or take that same scenario, but then that persons teammates rush into battle, killing you like a bug on a shoe. Sometimes i am fighting a battle i know i cant win, so i back up. Then i get stabbed in the back, and those 2 enemies are throwing me back and forth, hitting me, and for a final hooray, chops my head clean off. Maybe it's just the fact that humans find bad stuff twice as punishing as good stuff rewarding, but every round 1 cool thing happens, and 4 bad stuff happens. And maybe that arises the"git gud", but i aced the knight campaign on hard.

    even after you buy the game full price,they keep shoving in DLCs and other buyable content,because grinding for heroes to unlock them can(will) take several days,so they just try to sell you the whole roster for a high price,and upcoming characters will also be sold at a high price alongside some minor cosmetics.
    This game is barely worth your time and only something you should spend half an hour a day on,the only unique thing about it is the combat system,which is borderline broken,after that its just an unpolished turd.

    Non capisco perchè ha un voto così basso, probabilmente proprio perchè i "casual gamer" che vogliano sempre vincere hanno notato che non ti becchi sempre quello al tuo stesso livello di abilita... ma a me sta bene, è un modo per migliorare a giocare e accettare la sconfitta.

    The players are very few, it is often difficult to find a match in the week from Mon-Thu within a minute.
    Some characters are clearly more advantaged, even if we say they can have counter.

    Game is absoulute cancer. Too many tryhards, so many people rush and don't let you get a chance.

    Cheaters here and there, mostly untlimited stamina and more OP stuff.

    I wouldn't buy even if I chose to buy it or get myself killed.

    Ubisoft, fix this **** game. Really bad. Honestly I got this game for free so I don't give a ****

Дальше игра поразила своей плавностью, играть очень приятно, так же есть пару мест из - за которых хочется остановиться и рассмотреть получше. Я понимаю, что игра с упором на мультиплеер, а сюжетная, чисто ознакомиться с управлением. Но больше половины миссий это обычные забеги, однообразные бои, даже сюжетные вставки ничем не могут похвастать. В итоге наверное есть около трех миссий, по одной за каждый клан, а остальное обычное месиво, концовка слабая, главную злодейку слили очень быстро и без послесловий, хотя всю игру строили из нее монстра и великого воина, а на деле..    … Expand

The game is amazing right now, even though it has its problems (heavily underpowered heroes, disconnecting for absolutely no reason), but even though I haven't played the first version of the game, I can surely say, this is not the game people loved to hate. Just don't expect to buy the game to play the story mode, as its purpose is for the player to learn how to play most of the available heroes, and not to engage you in the lore of For Honor.… Expand

    It got one of the worst combat systems i have seen and i have seen many sofar i love to be able to fight without lockon wich is completly impossible in his game and there are so many games even indie games that made the combat so much better than this failure of another ubisoft title!

    The fighting all in all feels to slow even if you were a old man even he could swing a sword faster than these guys and the blocking is also not even mentinable!
    If i look for a good medival game i look for chivalry or Mount and Blade but not such a boring game!
    The only way it got 2 points is because the sounds and a good graphic(dont look tomuch in a fighing game for graphic than gameplay!) but thats it! Oh and forgot to mention the same ubisoft money maker formula!    … Expand

In reality, it factors in the reputation and region before anything else. If you don't believe me, go in game and see how spasmodically it flipflops the different parameters around. The problem with this is that even if you spend 90% of your matches dead, you still increase, which means it's very possible to have your skill level stay low, while matching you against enemies who can and very frequently in my experience better than you, making the game not fun, not challenging, just frustrating.

    Unless you're getting it for free (starter edition weekend like me) or it's heavily reduced on price (No less than 50% off, being generous) it's not worth it.    … Expand

    I was thinking about big battles, smooth gameplay... NOPE just kinda duels after duel or close in battles. The gameplay is HORRID : the lock and parade mode is a pain and it can look stupid with those warriors holding their shields over their heads like stupids. I'm not even talking about all the glitch this game    Got the game for free. I was curious about what a melee only game could be.

    I did have some issues with the game servers early on, but they seem to have been ironed out. And as mentioned, the voice acting and the story mode could have fleshed out a little better. But if you look past those issues, For Honor is a wonderful title. The variation in game modes makes sure that there is something for everyone, and the maps are rotated enough to keep things fresh. The character classes allow you to choose a play style that suits you, whether it is the strength of the Heavy or the speed of the Assassin class. And with controls that are so smooth and optimised, it never seems as though any class or enemy is overpowered. So, if you excuse me, I’m going to don my armour, collect my shield and blade, and head back out to the battlefield... my team needs me.
