KasjanN.Mar 21, 2008Terrible game! If you loved FEAR you must go to the shop. If you don't love FEAR.

Mar 20, 2015F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate is a stand-alone expansion for horror game FEAR. The game takes place during the first FEAR, in which a special band member side FEAR , Is sent to investigate the Armacham Perseus Project.Gameplay is slightly improved, bringing the first "partners" to help you during battle. The graphics seem a little outdated for 2007.

RayF.Feb 25, 2008This game seems like an amateur developed FEAR mod for a lot of it. It looks worse then the original game, which came out in 2005, and is a total rip off at $30. The multiplayer is more or less the same as FEAR and FEAR combat, except less people are playing. All in all the game is pretty poor and very boring.

May 19, 2023Another boring installment.
Pros.:
- Nice AI and shoot outs.
- For that time, it was a superb graphics and physics. Lights.
- Characters are fine.
Cons.:
- Story. Another nonsense.
- Characters are wasted - killed to quick with barely developed empathy to them.
- It's just boring - same thing over and over. -

Apr 13, 2023It is not clear what it is and why it was created? This add-on can be safely skipped because there is nothing of value in it.

Unfortunately, the new enemies aren't that much different from the original ones, and the additional weapons don't add much to the game. Veteran players will have a persistent "been there, done that" feeling throughout the adventure, while newcomers may feel a little lost, since Perseus Mandate makes so many direct references to the previous games.
-
We’ll make this easy. If you’re a fan of F.E.A.R. and have just been looking for more of the same firefights with a couple of new weapons and enemies, then you’re probably going to find Perseus Mandate fun. If you’re looking for something new or compelling and some flahy sound or visuals, don’t bother.
-
F.E.A.R. doesn't deliver this time around, the looks are fading and the sounds aren't at all new and fresh.
