    Twins are the most forgettable unmemorable far cry villains ever. They are not scary, funny or makes you question yourself. They are just bland and cringe. Other characters are not better either.     It is basically fc5 dlc. Even though it uses 5's map they managed to ruin it. This post apocalyptic world doesn't look post apocalyptic. So much pink and green. It is sooo colorful. What kind of radiation is that?

    To do main missions you need to do side missions. It is annoying busywork. Now ubisoft...side missions are supposed to be SIDE MISSIONS. They should be optional. When you force them it is not side mission anymore!

    Unnecessary rpg elements. Blue gun, purple enemy, green mission. F*CK OFF!

    Enemies are bullet sponge because your weapon is blue and enemy is red or something. You blow them into pieces? Too bad your level is not high enough...

    There are microtransactions! Goddamn microtransactions.

    There are more weapons now. Some came back from previous fc's and others are new.

    There is no sense of challenge in this game. Harder enemies are just artificially made harder by giving them a bunch of HP so you do no damage with lower tier guns. It is a grind-fest. Sorry, I came here to play FAR CRY, not some whack FPS RPG like Destiny. I refunded this purchase. Makes me wary of future products by this team, will probably avoid like the plague.    … Expand

    This game is the first Far Cry game I have disliked. TBH I absolutely hate it

    Can't sneak up and kill early game enemies because you need to unlock level 2 stealth kills etc etc

    This game ruins everything good about the series.

    All to sell pay to win MICROTRANSATIONS

    Will not be buying the next Far Cry game if it pulls this BS on the consumer

    worst shooter I have ever played! Needs 100 bullets out of a MG to kill some idiots in motor cycle suits. What a crap. And for the guys with the crown, you will even need more. You will also need about 500 bullets to kill a buffalo. This was the last Far Cry I have bought for sure! Graphics are fine. That's the only positive about this game.

    Downgrade from FC5. RPG mechanics and levels for weapons are a joke when you put 60 bullets into someones faces and see that a 9mm tier 3 weapon does more damage then a 556 AR from level 1. customizing for weapons is gone, what a shame. the game is far shorter in terms of story and has less content for completionists. it really feels like a rushed out spinoff. this could have been a hybridDowngrade from FC5.     It should've been DLC, not separate game for a f**king 45/55 euros. I swear to God, Ubisoft is no better than EA, Activision or Bethesda, Ubisoft's greed is going through the roof right now. Again this game is mainly based on microtransactions - after first couple of hours during main missions I'm forced to grind because I need to upgrade my prosperity and to do that I just need to toss some extra 50 euros for f**king Ubisoft to get resources easily or grind and scavenge for resources doing exact same thing over and over again for hours, before I can continue with main missions. This is the same sh*tty scheme like it is with AC: Odyssey, The DIvision and other newer Ubi's crappy games.
    And like I said, it's not even a new game - it's modded Far Cry 5 with same graphics, same weapons, sh*t story, annoying political correctness (boring black villains), and now - even bullet sponge enemies... Goddamn ubisoft - you're going downhill faster than I thought...

    In short version - at best this game could be called piece of sh*t.    … Expand

    What is wrong about the game.
    Almost everything. The fact that now Far cry is a stat shooter ( yes, a headshot with a gun does not kill most ennemies anymore) kils the gameplay and the fun. It means that there are ennemies you virtually cannot kill at the beginning of the game.
    The story is just not there. There is nothing exciting, no twist, no charismatic antagonist (yes joseph is here but for like 5 minute tops) and its horribly short. The replayability is bad. You will finished the game on difficult at 100% in around 11-12 hours. By then you'll have maxed out weapon, perks, and vehicule that will take all the challenge away.

    The politicaly correct. You feel it through the whole game. Those two twins are empty. They are here because Ubisoft wanted to fullfil a checklissst in their political agenda. They are here because they are black and female, and because the devs wanted you to understand that "ThOsE ArE StRoNg AnTaGoNiSt"

    It is not a good game. It is a politicaly correct skin of Far Cry 5, with a fration of the fun, a fration of the immersion and people are right to hate it.    … Expand

    This title is totally trash, this is even worst than AC Syndicate in my opinion. All ubisoft games look and works the same: go to the point A, go to the point B, attack enemy base, free hostages etc etc it is so boring and repeatable ... Hope they start listen players ... someday and not making mistake like FC New Dawn again.

    Gameplay is the worst. I loved every Farcry before. But in this one, for some reason, you have to level up or even multiple headshots don t hurt enemies. It is like I just shot them with gummy bears. Even Rocket launchers direct hit does not do any damage. The games cheats from beginning to the end.

    Хочу поделиться своим мнением по поводу данной игры.

    Сначала выскажу свое мнение о сюжете и миссии.
    Они очень скучные, нет никакого азарта. Когда вы подойдете к первому "Специалисту" (его будут звать Стручок), то получите от него задание в таком духе: "Найди моего помощника. Он украл у меня мои ценности. Я бы, конечно, сам это сделал, но колени болят и т.п., в общем, не могу".Мы живем в 2019 году, а сценаристы Ubisoft - в 2319. Таких заданий уже нет даже в корейских мморпг играх. Все остальные задания похожи, но с появление "уникального крафта" гринда стала еще больше.

    Перейдем к главным антагонистам, нашему герою и его спутникам.
    С самого начала игры нам показывают, что ни в герое, ни в двух сёстрах нет жизни и души (также как и в спутниках). Отсутствуют сострадание, да и вообще какие-либо чувства к персонажам. Герой немой, просто безжизненная оболочка. И совершенно нет никакого интереса к ним.

    Расскажу про новые фишки.
    Система крафта уже существовала во всех самых древних корейский играх - ничего интересного в этом нет. Новые оружия и техника посредственные. Разработчики могли бы придумать или хотя бы "адаптировать" что-то более интересное, но и так сойдет... В 5-ой части игры оружия было очень мало, но в этой - получше.

    Новый Эдем.
    Мир после ядерной войны (которая была 17 лет назад) выглядит неестественно. Красивый ли он? Нет, он обычный, ничего больше. Забавные только новые животные, но новыми их тоже назвать тяжело: просто цвет поменяли. Но так видят художники, так что тут не могу сказать ничего плохого.
    Новое убежище - это сарай или лачуга. Могли бы сделать что-то более грандиозное, а не одну халупу с пристройками в виде мастерских.

    Гемплей.
    Его нет, он мертвый. Всё, что вы будете делать - это стрелять, захватывать ненужные аванпосты, чтобы прокачивать ненужную халупу. И всё это заправив очень унылыми побочными заданиями, что ещё сильнее вгонит вас в грусть перед этой игрой.

    Вывод:
    Моя оценка это 2 из 10. Ведь эта игра показывает свое отношение Ubisofta к своей аудитории. Что в итоге мы получаем? Мертвую игру, у которой нет души, со старым гемплеем.

    slapping RPGish elements into an abused franchise, I don't know why nobody says it but the god damned crosshair is misplaced, the enemies are now bullet sponges that show points a la Destiny, it is a total grind, frequently reminding you to drop your cash for some currency and whatnot, graphics are "nice", I think, from an artistic view... however, I think 2019 standard is to use the most ridicule color pallete available, this is supposedly a post-apocalyptic game, but to me it looks like U-be-soft's take on Super Weenie Hut Jr's before RAGE 2, they gotta milk that cows, ynowhamsayin?, it's a shame, refunded.    … Expand

Secondly, I thought Far Cry 5 was bad enough with the absolutely ridiculous storyline; having been stuffed so full of unbelievably annoying religious nonsense, I just couldn't believe it when they decided to make another game out of it.This game takes the achievement of actually making me angry. The story was extremely short, yet it was so horrible that I didn't even bother to finish it. Collecting ethanol was also an absolute chore and none of the gameplay was fun at all. The vehicles also bugged me to no end, because they had ridiculously low top speeds, but the engine sounds and infinite gear changes continued to loop in the background. How did Ubisoft manage to make a hit such as Assassin's Creed Odyssey but flop so hard with this trash? Ubisoft, stop making increasingly stupid games with drug-filled vitriol.… Expand

    Many will probably say "A zero, really?!?". I don't normally rate a game 0 but in this case its needed. While I REALLY enjoyed New Dawn, it has many glitches. Including a well documented one that Ubisoft doesn't seem to care about. I won't post spoilers but after many missions into the game a "puzzle" type of mission happens and there's a glitch where half the time one of the pieces neededMany will probably say "A zero, really?!?". I don't normally rate a game 0 but in this case its needed. While I REALLY enjoyed New Dawn, it has many glitches. Including a well documented one that Ubisoft doesn't seem to care about. I won't post spoilers but after many missions into the game a "puzzle" type of mission happens and there's a glitch where half the time one of the pieces needed doesn't spawn above ground.

    Which causes you to be endlessly stuck in the mission forever. This may not seem like a big deal but since its a story mission, you can't move on and finish the game without this mission beat. The worst part is the only way to currently fix it is to restart the game ALL OVER from the start. Meaning your hard word is all gone. For me that was 30+ hours. And guess what? When I got to that mission my second time it glitched again!

    I searched the net for hours and tried every idea but nothing fixed it. So I uninstalled the game and gave up. It's a shame because I really was enjoying this game. Ubisoft replied to me and essentially said they don't know about the glitch despite it being everywhere you look. Best to save your money for now until you see a patch past 1.02 that fixes said glitch.    … Expand

    Фемпродукт даёт о себе знать, компанию имеют по полной. Тупые диалоги персонажей, тупой сюжет, да и не игра это вовсе, а длс для 5-ой части. Боевая система полнейшее говно, сделали уровневую систему словно в рпг играешь, а не шутер... всадить, блядь, целый магазин из калаша, КАЛАША СУКА, 7.62 КАЛИБР, что бы только шлем у рейдера из говна и палок сломать это что то... но... фигня, поФемпродукт даёт о себе знать, компанию имеют по полной.     That aside the worst aspect of this game is the leveling/crafting of leveled gear. everytime you progress through the game the enemys get harder to defeat with the gear equiped. the difficulty spikes are arranged in such a way that it is incredibly difficult to continue without paying real money to ubisoft to allow the player to level up thier gear via the in game micro transactions. this makes the game very frustrating to complete and even on the lowest difficulty, the player finds themselves unable to progress very abruptly without leveling up gear with resources that become very difficult to accrue once you get under-leveled to the surrounding environment. During this entire game the option of paying some more money to ubisoft is dangled infront of the player to level up gear.

    The game is mostly unplayeble in the state you get it at a full AAA price point unless the end user is adding cost beyond that already premium pricepoint after the inital purchase for gear upgrades. This is a progression system usually reserved for the worst examples of free to play mobile games but instead this is a full price PC game.

    I got this game on sale for about 85% off and that small amount of money ubisoft got off me has ensured I will not be looking into thier future titles at all. Ubisofts management is clearly looking to swindle consumers for short term gains at the expense of reputation and retaining a fanbase. I hope that ubisoft may consider better managment in future otherwise customers will not continue to buy thier games. What was once a company behind some great games that gamers would hold in high regard seems to have become solely motivated to squeeze short term profit from unlucky consumers.

    Far cry 6 is no longer something I will consider in the future thanks to this game. A complete waste of talent on what could easily have been a great game.    … Expand

    This game is total rubbish, ever since FC3 this series has gone down the toilet and this is the worst yet. Weak lazy story, weak characters. Dialogue is cringe-worthy at the best of times and adds very little to the story. Way too much talking and following people. The "altered state of mind" scenes were boring after FC4 so why keep adding them in the game.     What all this wanted to show Ubisoft that no matter what **** she released, no matter how bad or good they say about her while their **** projects bring money to ordinary people who want decent games, they do not care deeply.

Вот зачем тебе мучаться с врагами которые выше тебя на 1 уровень и твоё оружие не очень эффективное просто купи у нас валюту будет у тебя оружие с которым ты сможешь совладать с соперниками выше тебя и не парся про уровень сложности.

    The rpg style is very bad as it is difficult (practically impossible) to kill the ultimate bosses with common weapons, forcing you to buy points from ubisoft to get a good weapon. I really hope Ubisoft will not repeat this in the next Far Cry.

    Open world in New Dawn exists for one single purpose: to let player engage next group of enemies on his own terms. Hopefully, in next game Ubisoft will finally get rid of RPG elements (mainly, bizarre multi-tiered guns) and go back to the formula of first Far Cry. [Issue#236, p.54]

    Only full-time members of Joseph Seed's cult hooked on bliss will enjoy playing Far Cry: New Dawn from start to finish. The others will eventually get tired of psychedelic palette and recycled content.

    Far Cry New Dawn is a ridiculously well-polished and fun to play action game (AI issues aside), with an enjoyable if largely mundane story and villains. It's so hard to negatively criticise too much. It would be unfair to judge this individual game against the wider approach of Ubisoft that some could argue needs to evolve more going into the future. The freedom that this sandbox gives to just shoot things and have fun is clear to see, and on PC the world looks incredible, filled with vivid colours, rich explosions, lush grassland and shimmering blue rivers. The real question following this conclusion to the Hope County arc and all its DLC is where Ubisoft will go next with this franchise. Ultimately it is impossible to separate New Dawn from feeling like an expensive DLC for its predecessor.
