Had this for a while now. Never been able to stop a C+++ error from crashing it. have only 4.2 hours in the game as I cant progress or do much because it crashes. Support was slow and the advice when it came did not address the issue. Ultimately, was told to drop it below 2560x1440. Gameplay so far was ok but very linear which puts me off making anymore effort to resolve it.

Great concept and some nice features, but badly designed. There's a lot of tutorial missions, but they're completely unclear on how to use the features and accomplish the goals. The interface is difficult to use. It's almost impossible to easily select single units. You're constantly jumping back and forth between 3 or more different locations that have to be managed simultaneously. UnitsGreat concept and some nice features, but badly designed. Units die and cannot be replaced, so you can be at your population limit with all dead units. All of this, and the game puts caps on gold, time, units and what upgrades you can do. You have to play each level THEIR WAY or you will die. Just BAD DESIGN. Don't waste your money. Expand

    Bugs, Bugs, and more Bugs.
If you are a gamer that likes to play a game without interruption, this is not the game.
It is plagued with bugs, and their support is non-existent or incompetent. Pros: The game is fun, until it crashes with Microsoft Visual C++ runtime errors, or failing to initialize Threads, or just stops working. Cons: only expect 10 hours of game play before you

Crashes all the time, and my gaming rig is not to blame (MSI xpower big bang main board, i7 processor at 3.2GHz, 12GB memory, MSI GTX465 Twin Frozr ii x 2 in SLI)
confirmation that they don't care about PC Gamers as they are releasing this title on XBONE/PS4 without first addressing the bugs for their initial investors (us PC Gamers).

not recommended IMO, go buy Dungeon Keeper 2 (older I know) but it will entertain you for more than this game, and will not crash on you.

Dungeons 2 is neither a great RTS nor a great Dungeon Keeper game. It’s just “pretty good” at both.

An attempt to resurrect the old classic succeeds in capturing its atmosphere. The game is ruined unfortunately by its poor strategic part and (sometimes) an embarrassing humor. [Issue#253]

Finally, a successor to Dungeon Keeper 2 that is actually fun to play.
