    Doom is a action packed first person shooter where you shoot anything that moves. I really enjoyed playing doom but I didn't like the ending. I wont spoil anything but the ending is abrupt. However, this game has A LOT of positives. The gun play is amazing, the animations are smooth and great, The music is outstanding with it's metal soundtrack it adapts to the game and gets you into theDoom is a action packed first person shooter where you shoot anything that moves. I really enjoyed playing doom but I didn't like the ending. I wont spoil anything but the ending is abrupt. However, this game has A LOT of positives. The gun play is amazing, the animations are smooth and great, The music is outstanding with it's metal soundtrack it adapts to the game and gets you into the mood to mindlessly kill thousands of demons, The graphics are still good even today and only look a bit out of place when you view them up close even on Ultra but for 2016 it's really good. The finishers are amazingly graphic and it's always super fun to stamp on the head of a simple Imp or punch out the lower law of a demon. Doom is extremely fast paced and is a masterpiece that still holds up to day. 95 / 100… Expand

    DOOM was a very solid return for the franchise but the game in its core feels very retro and like the originals, as a modern shooter DOOM lacks some very important elements like a intriguing story, variety, decent multiplayer experience (i'm not saying modern shooter should have multi-player but if it does it should be at least decent and DOOM's multiplayer wasn't in my opinion) and someDOOM was a very solid return for the franchise but the game in its core feels very retro and like the originals, as a modern shooter DOOM lacks some very important elements like a intriguing story, variety, decent multiplayer experience (i'm not saying modern shooter should have multi-player but if it does it should be at least decent and DOOM's multiplayer wasn't in my opinion) and some other things but this game can be a delicious fps ride for old-fashioned fps gamers like me, so in many ways DOOM doesn't innovate but it certainly catches the eye in certain aspects like music and gameplay.… Expand

Jest ono mięsiste, soczyste i po prostu CZUĆ to że nawalasz z potężnych spluw do demonów. Ścieżka dźwiękowa jest na drugim miejscu gdyż ona także idealnie pasuje do tego co robimy i do tego gdzie jesteśmy, mamy jakieś heavy metalowe brzmienia połączone zJakbym miał w jednym zdaniu miał napisać co jest najlepsze w Doomie to definitywnie jest to strzelanie, a właściwe model strzelania.     Bugów nie stwierdzono a optymalizacja jest na bardzo dobrym poziome, nawet na leciwych kompach można mieć trzycyfrową liczbę fps'ów.

    Это невероятно качественная и брутальная игра. После финального босса я старался найти ХОТЬ ОДИН минус в игре, но в голову ничего не лезло. Такое бывает редко, ведь даже в ведьмаке можно легко найти минусы.

    Хорошая стрельба, gunplay, небесящий сюжет (что очень важно для мясного шутера), оптимальная продолжительность, изумительный саундтрек, отличная оптимизация и запредельная    Это невероятно качественная и брутальная игра.     El 9 de noviembre de 2017, mi cumpleaños, mis amigos me regalaron, junto a Rocket League, el famoso DOOM... EL MEJOR REGALO QUE RECIBI EN AÑOS.
    Graficos hermosos y bien optimizado (Juego en Ultra 1080 a 160 con una Rx470 de 8VAM).
    Un modo historia HERMOSO, hacia años que la campaña de un shooter no me impactaba tanto.
    Un juego frenético lleno de adrenalina.
    El multijugador y el modo SnapMap (Mapas creados por la comunidad) son feroces.

    La verdad que el cariño que le dedico ID Software a este juego es inmenso, y mas el de la comunidad    … Expand

    I know I'm a bit late to the party, but man is this game a TREAT !
    I never played a Doom game before and I must say this one is freaking amazing.
    It's fast, it's bloody, it's smart and the music just perfectly fits the action. I can't wait to play Doom Eternal. Highly recommend this one. Plus it still looks fantastic for a 6 year-old game.

    The 2016 restart of DOOM is a perfect example of what an AAA game should be. Great gameplay, great story and surprisingly deep lore (for an old-school styled FPS), one of the best game soundtracks of all time and great graphics. While the game is not completely without issues (balance of the RPG lite elements is a bit off, the usual id Engine issues with texture streaming happen sometimes,The 2016 restart of DOOM is a perfect example of what an AAA game should be. Great gameplay, great story and surprisingly deep lore (for an old-school styled FPS), one of the best game soundtracks of all time and great graphics.     DOOM is a rare occurence of a developer actually caring. Anybody talking about performance issues, that is on your side, it ran great on my computer. this game does almost everything. The story is nothing special, however it's interesting enough to look into it. The gameplay pays tribute to the og doom games, fast paced and still difficult enough to challenge you.     The game is an 8/10. The gunplay is too simple and non intensive to trigger flow readily. The weapons are not conducive to enjoyable tracking of targets.

    DOOM 2016 wasn't perfect but i felt at home while playing it. It successfully turned the 90's doom gameplay into a fast-paced action packed modern first-person shooter that definitely left a big mark in the industry. i'm so excited for Eternal.

    Gorgeous graphics, even for a 2016 game, great gameplay, story is pretty good as well, Snapmap (though havent spent much time there) seems quite good as well and multiplayer....couldve been better but is still a pretty decent experience. One of the top FPS's out there for sure....

    В остальном эта игра шикарна. У неё отличный визуальный стиль, она выглядит красивее чем doom eternal раза в три. Оружие очень качественное, ты чувствуешь каждый выстрел из него. Мобов крайне много и они очень сильные (если играть на кошмарной сложности), в этой игре я умирал чаще чем в dark souls 3. Сюжет как для игры рассчитанной на геймплей также превосходен, про лор я вообще промолчу, это надо изучать самому.
    Doom по сей день остаётся одним из самых лучших pve шутеров.    … Expand

    Really enjoyable game that is such a breath of fresh air in terms of the FPS space. Especially when it came out back in 2016 the FPS genre had become very very stale. Solid shooter that has so much identity and personality that doesn't take itself too seriously. Can recommend it to almost anyone

    Doom is a seriously good game non stop action that punishes mistakes, but you keep retrying again and again with no discouragement until you pass the level/game. Would recommend to almost anybody

RPG elements are a bit unbalanced - the only upgrades you should worry about are Argent Energy Cells (they increase max health, armor, ammunition). The others are quite optional and you don't have to look around the map for them. Also, after getting the Super Shotgun, the game becomes a lot easier - especially if you complete the challenge and have two shots instead of a single one. The weapon is simply super powerful and it is great against any opponent - the only problems I had with bosses, who don't show up until the second half of the game anyway. But on the other hand, you really do feel like an unstoppable Demon Slayer.… Expand

    Doom ist einer der besten Ego-Shooter der letzten Jahre. Das Gamedesign ist zwar etwas Oldschool, aber das Gameplay ist absolut butterweich und alle technischen Mechaniken laufen exzellent. Die einzelnen Kapitel sind abwechslungsreich, unterhaltsam und werden immer wieder von anspruchsvollen Bossen gekrönt. Ein Meisterwerk des Shooter-Genres (9/10).

    P.S. Сначала думал, что много платформинга и это собьёт настроение, но всегда интуитивно понятно куда нужно идти, так что все отлично. Музончик тоже бодрый)

    Old school shooter is exactly what we were missing Modern games are becoming more and more "story driven" at the expense of an entertaining gameplay. Great gameplay can save a poor story but not even the best story can save a mediocre or lousy gameplay.

    Really hard and full of testosterone, basically "one man army simulator" and i love it, just because of that doesnt mean doom is easy, even on the medium difficulty, i died loads of times, And damn you feel like a badass when you finally pull it all off Truly a man's game.

    A great game. Literally one of the best FPS games I have every played. Definitely better than the Doom Eternal.

    The game is very fun, but i wished it had more missions, and more instances where you get flooded with enemies, so you can unleash hell on them. Also they should have made the possibility to have a lot more ammo than you can currently have. The older Dooms were fun for this reason, but here you'll have to keep switching weapons as the inventory doesn't let you carry that much.

    Very interesting game for sure, but it's not for everyone. The story is okay, but the gameplay and graphics is top tier. Also for some reason the game is so smooth it's awesome. I like the relic minigame system it's super fun. Bosses are cool too.

    A step above the vast majority of FPS gameplaywise, Doom is a game with a hell of a personality (no pun intended) and although its linearity, it also has depth should you want to complete it 100%. I really enjoyed it.

    Doom at it's finest. The soundtrack makes you feel like you are the most badass creature on earth and you can defeat anyone. Graphics, gameplay, animations, voice acting, everything on point.
