    Bad-ass dude with guns that can shred demons at the gates of hell... what more can you ask for. The best single player shooter out there with loads of challenges and hidden items to collect. Quite an interesting story that sort of summarizes the entire journey of the Doom slayer and concludes it perfectly, at least according to me and for me.

    An epiphany of violence and gore. And art form of clicks and clacks. A picture painted of glory kills and fire. Hands down the best FPS money can buy, one that will challenge all of your physical gaming limits. Disgustingly well optimized. Stunning visuals.

    Yes has you can see that pretty intense gameplay cause this game is a FAST-FPS like quake.
    The level design is just incredible and artistic direction is breathtaking. For all monster and mobs there is different AI for each one and all of the weapons are so much powerful. The most important for me is the diversification of the gameplay cause all demons have a strength and weakness.

    Gritty and fast great sound track that's heavy. Graphics are insane 4K Bloody and intense, everything DOOM promises to be and more. Great Game im really enjoying it.

    Probably the best singleplayer shooter I've played. Blows the previous games out the water in terms of combat mechanics, enemy ai and movement. Platforming is massive improvement over the Doom 2016 which had instant death from falling down from platforms. I just received the game not long ago and the amount of fun is enormous. From my perpective 10/10 in the case of gameplay. Story ? maybe 8/10 or 8.5/10 its good . But the doom is more about the action then story . Story is there to add climate.… Expand

    The Music, Gameplay and map design seamlessly mix together to create the Video Game experience equivalent to an upper. Probably one of the best first person shooters ever. Everything is perfect, gameplay, aesthetic, exploration, lore, story. Doom is still the king of FPS games.

From one point-of-view, the entire game seems to be one gradually paced tutorial in how to become the ultimate Doomslayer; being able to utilise all of his extensive capabilities to annihilate demon scum at a frenetic pace without getting bruised. You will get bruised learningI think this game is a masterpiece. It's absolutely gorgeous to look at, hectic to play and so cleverly designed. From one point-of-view, the entire game seems to be one gradually paced tutorial in how to become the ultimate Doomslayer; being able to utilise all of his extensive capabilities to annihilate demon scum at a frenetic pace without getting bruised. You will get bruised learning how to do this, but by the end your competence in abilities will have you zipping around in a blur like an unstoppable, godlike killing machine with the viscera of your slain foes raining down around you in a mist of blood, giblets and fireballs. It's everything Doom should be. The Doomslayer is such a baddass, and he makes you want to become the baddest badass you can be, and that's the whole point. There is no action shooter in the same class as this, that I've come across. The soundtrack is perfect, there is a lot of depth to mods and upgrades and limitless replayability with hunting secrets, achievements and unlocking abilities of many, many flavors. Platforming elements have been introduced which serve well to add a new dynamic to the gameplay. I found this game to be a little intimidating at first, but stick with it and you will understand why it's so great. I also find it more enjoyable and less frustrating than it's precursor.… Expand

    This is, by far, the best FPS I've ever played! So much action and entertainment that I never want to stop playing. Lots of quick thinking and some problem/puzzle solving, both creating an amazing game; it has to be one of my favorites. Would 100% recommend to everyone!

    Easily my favorite DooM game of all time, DooM 3 would be second place. Eternal is just so much fun and has all my favorite demons and incredible graphics. Runs well too.

    Pretty much improves almost everything from Doom 2016 to be one of the best shooters of all time. The flaws of bad third act, game getting repetitive, combat lacking depth and being too braindead are gone. Anyone who prefers Doom 2016 is only nostalgia riding a good but heavily flawed game. Eternal is objectively better game period.

I don't normal care about negative reviews on here but the ones for this game are misleading, lies and all sound like they are from the same dozen trolls making different accounts its pathetic and laughable. Anyways for new players reading this let me counter the awful lies the trolls here spewing. This game does not have no ammo. 180 machine gun, 24This game is way better than Doom 2016. I don't normal care about negative reviews on here but the ones for this game are misleading, lies and all sound like they are from the same dozen trolls making different accounts its pathetic and laughable. Anyways for new players reading this let me counter the awful lies the trolls here spewing. This game does not have no ammo. 180 machine gun, 24 shotgun, 13 rockets, 250 plasma are more than enough for average fps player to handle. As long as you aren't just spamming one gun and using all the weapons you will never constantly run out of ammo. The last fuel pip of the chainsaw infinitely will regen every 20 seconds and every single arena fight in this game will have chainsawble enemies to insure you will never run out of ammo ever. The game teaches you this is in very start and it doesn't take rocket scientist to figure this out. Arena and levels also have generous ammo pickups scattered and plus you can also get ammo from explosive barrels when you unlock Explosive Piñatas Praetor Suit upgrade. As for platforming I find it insane how someone would complain about something so trivial, easy and quick to complete. The platforming is fun and movement is awesome. I never see you trolls attack Titanfall 2 for doing the same exact thing. Doom 2016 also had a lot of jumping and platforming but I guess these trolls never beat that game to reach Argent Energy Tower level. Failing the platforming in that game meant instant death and you had to reload entire checkpoint. Eternal it takes some health and puts you back to the spot you f-up on.     Best fast pace shooter. It just so sick and cool when you get that smooth kill with the chainsaw and so smooth to keep getting glory kills.

    The murderous amok simulator returns and is even more furious than before. Fantastic presentation and great fighting system are harmed only by annoying platforming sequences. [Issue#302]

    If you're looking for a deep and thought-provoking gaming experience that changes your outlook on life, look elsewhere. However, if you want a fast-paced, visceral shooter full of non-stop action and outrageous violence, you can't do better than Doom Eternal. If you liked 2016's offering you will love this follow up. It's a hell of a good time.

    Like Jason Statham’s character in Crank, Doom Eternal needs adrenaline every waking second. So long as you drown hordes of demons in their own blood, it feels like a perfect GOTY contender, but during quiet moments, Doom Eternal withers and forces you to ponder unpleasant questions. id Software needs to course-correct, otherwise we’ll be playing Super Doom Slayer’s Bros in a few years.
