Jun 5, 2012I simply love it! I remember playing diablo 2 alot, and I also tried many mods for it, and diablo 3 really brings the good memories of the game. Its the best diablo out there, and the best hack and slash type game ever.

Jun 5, 2012I thought all the negative reviews were out of touch angry nerds until I bought the game and tried it. I know you're thinking with blizzards' awesome track record of fun games it can't be all bad - I have news for you: events are handled with blizzard servers and not locally thus lag outs are common, there is no stats, no skill tree, nothing just linear button mashing and unlocking of new attacks.

Jun 4, 2012Everything is based around the AH, you cannon progress into INFERNO unless you spend millions of gold on items, to many exploits, terrible in game lag, lots of hacking, botting, spammers... just like d2.

Jun 4, 2012I'm a diablo fan, and i have played over 140 hours in this game, i really want to love it, but the more I play the sadder i get. Really, this game is lame, I can only hope they fix it in patches in the future.

Jun 4, 2012I was really looking forward to Diablo 3, after several years of waiting, I was expecting something amazing. The game is very well done, but I just feel that the story could have been better and the world more immersive (no world map)? PVP will be interesting to see when it comes out. The AH was also done very well. Overall great game, but leaves some to be desired.

Jun 4, 2012Blizzard treats you, the paying customer, as guilty until proven innocent and disguises it with a weak excuse involving the inventory system. Enough said.

Jun 4, 2012Game is horrible. Blizzard should be embarrassed. Horrible story, horrible secret level. Inferno is a total joke not hard just lame. The game is clearly geared towards the RMAH so Blizzard can make BUCK.

Jun 4, 2012Great update to a legendary franchise. All of the Diablo 2 hack and slash action in a more streamlined package. My only complaint is the addition of the DRM. It's a slap in the face to gamers everywhere. Pirates are always going to find a way to pirate games and all DRMs do is frustrate paying customers.

Jun 4, 2012i dont like it at all but i have to play it cause i bought it... i dont wanna refund already waste hours on it i so, but still sad, about the gameplay its fine but at the endgame it becomes pretty rigid forcing you to play one way

Jun 4, 2012Absolutely raw, not finished, disbalanced and overpriced product. If you want to get tons of connection errors, and then get a story line worth just 10 hours of play - then this is a game for you. If you don't - don't buy it.

Jun 4, 2012I give a 0 score because this is the only way I can protest against the on-line single player thing. Just imagine that you pay for something what's only playable as long as Blizzard supports it. Blizzard may go bankrupt one day and you can then wipe your ass with the 60â

Jun 4, 2012Very dissapointed, the music, atmosphere, stats, skill trees and awesome gear are gone... I am glad i found Torchlight, feels a lot more like Diablo than this.
-
Jun 4, 2012This game has some nice idea and good potential but ended up a rushed, sloppy and lazy attempt to cash in on the series success. A whole sea of bugs, security flaws and server issues ruin what would otherwise be an enjoyable game.
Don't be fooled by the "professional" review sites shamelessly paid off as per usual for Blizzard games. Give this one a miss until Blizzard get their act together. -
Jun 4, 2012Awfuly boring gameplay, primitive graphics, many connections errors... IS this a BLIZZARD GAME ? NO !
And "This game sucks big time and it's a disgrace compare to the original Diablo games from Blizzard North". -
Jun 4, 2012Listing everything wrong with this game would be giving it more attention than it deserves. It's a terrible game and Blizzard should be ashamed of themselves.

Aug 31, 2012My one major complaint is that the game never feels very difficult, especially on Normal. There are frustrating moments, hordes of baddies, and increasing difficulty levels, but the same feeling of utter defeat never really happens as it did in the past.

Hyper MagazineJul 18, 2012For all the game's missteps, though, you certainly can't accuse Blizzard of phoning it in - if anything, the game suffers from the tendency to try a little to hard at times to evolve the design. [Aug 2012, p.61]

Jul 3, 2012When it works, Diablo III is the best of the Diablo games. When it doesn't, all it does is make you mad. [July 2012, p.54]
