Jul 21, 2023Completed Diablo for the first time. Played solo. The gameplay across all acts is boring. Repetitive actions all the time. The most exciting about this game is cinematics.

Jul 14, 2023On one hand: It's Diablo II.
On the other hand: ....It's Diablo II.
Severe technical issues and a distinct lack of design or quality-of-life improvements leave this dusty nostalgia trip choking on the dust and cobwebs from 23 years ago. -

Jun 15, 2023Great game people are just butt hurt over a few minor bugs. Love the Paladin.

Jun 4, 2023Красивое переиздание. Провел в игре не один десяток часов, отдыхая на кровати и играя на геймпаде. Велико!

Jun 9, 2022beautifull remake from vicarious. **** servers from blizzard. Sadly making this unplayable as servers have been going down nearly daily since launch. I gave them time, its been 3 weeks.
update: halfway into season 1 and it runs... better. still not where it should be at but hey i'll take it, since its my last blizzard product if immortal gives us a look into blizzards future. -
Jun 6, 2022Most of the complaints are about server problems and whatnot, if you can actually play it's pretty solid. Though $40 is a little steep.

May 31, 2022One time was enough for me. There was no desire to go during the season. Diablo 3 imho is more replayable.

Apr 29, 2022Great game that brings back nostalgia. Too bad shoddy programming and general lack of caring making this "resurrection" only OK. Server issues and bugs still abundant 7 months after release. I miss the real Blizzard.

Nov 14, 2021Despite of the poor performance of the network server, the insufficient improvement of the graphics and the high price as a remastered, Diablo II itself is still a great game.
-
Nov 6, 2021Solid game but the logging in queues and very grindy nature means it not a game I could recommend to anyone. The new graphics are brilliant and nice to have the graphics switcher also!

Oct 11, 2021servers down everyday...
nice graphics for locations - builds even better atmosphere than original game.
characters models and animation - controversial (playing as a werewolf though, I think this one gains a lot with remake).
have not experienced many bugs yet -

Mar 3, 2022Diablo II: Resurrected is far from perfect. The changes in character design are likely to rile up returning players, and the archaic gameplay probably won’t agree with younger generations weaned on more streamlined, sophisticated experiences. While I appreciate that this legendary title is now available in an improved format, it’s not a caveat-free recommend.
-
LEVEL (Czech Republic)Feb 18, 2022Diablo II: Resurrection is outdated return of the legend, but it brings such a perfect atmosphere and such a wonderful audiovisual processing, that serie fans will be excited.

CD-ActionJan 19, 2022Diablo II returns with refreshed graphics and unaltered gameplay (apart from some small improvements). It’s as fun as I remembered, so I quickly felt at home and gave in to nostalgia. However, it’s hard not to notice that beneath revamped visuals lies a 21 years old design. [12/2021, p.32]
