    Cyberpunk 2077 is a huge, great experience, story-wise and gameplay-wise.
    Didn't had major glitches nor bugs and had no crashes. Hoping CDPR gets it right for all PS4 and Xbox players who had problems with the game because it`s awesome. Trust they`ll get it.

    This game is amazing beautiful and big! Lunch was bad for some but I have not experience much glitches and no Crashes on Series x. This is a true rpg a lot of Content and great story. This does start off slow but it’s well worth it the hype is well worth it. No game is perfect at lunch I am sure that cdpr will have a lot of future updates to fix the issues. Game of the year/10 of 10 for me!

    I understand the poor reception, I too have experienced quite a few bugs on PC. However none of them have ruined the game/experience for me. I also think people blew their expectations out of proportion. Cyberpunk, much like the witcher, was always meant to be an RPG above all else. While many fans were seemingly expecting an over the top shooter in the style of call of duty. As an RPG,I understand the poor reception, I too have experienced quite a few bugs on PC. However none of them have ruined the game/experience for me. I also think people blew their expectations out of proportion. Cyberpunk, much like the witcher, was always meant to be an RPG above all else. While many fans were seemingly expecting an over the top shooter in the style of call of duty. As an RPG, Cyberpunk fully delivers with many choices, skills and other traditional tidbits that add to the replayability of the game. In my experience so far, the game itself has been one of the greatest experiences I've ever had. Night city is beautiful and unlike any world I've ever been in. The story is fantastic, the graphics are phenomenal and I'm enjoying every second of my playthrough. I've waited so long for a true Cyberpunk (first person) experience true to the 80s / retro/synthwave fashion and im FINALLY experiencing it. To that I am forever happy for. I hope cdpr will be able to figure this out before the damage is permanent.. For me, this will be one of my new all time favorites and I cant wait to see what the .... FUTURE.... holds . … Expand

    Well, the game is good, The storyline is solid, as expected of CDPR, visual-wise looks great. A very good FPS-RPG game. Lots of content, and life-choices.

    But, The Gun Mechanics are a bit.....janky or sub-par. There are lots of bugs and crashes which might get fixed in the future, but they are pretty annoying and frustrating.     Really good game. Yes I've seen t-pose, I've experienced bugs and all that. But bugs just made me laugh a little and makes experience maybe even better (of course it would be better without them), the story is REALLY good and the voice acting got me into the game even more.     The story was very good, but honestly, the side missions are very important too, it makes the game jump to the next level. Never feel attatched to any game's character until this came in.

    I was hyped like everyone else..
    BUT DAMN this game is so good.
    I don't have a weak pc or console like other peasants so this game has been running very good on my rig. hardly seen any bugs like others, never had a single crash. The family time that the employees lost was really worth it. also penis2>penis1

I would not say that this game adds something new, it looks pretty similar to Deus Ex with some additions from other cyberpunk games like Shadowrun. But it stills plays pretty well.     Compelling, immersive, emotive and visual spectacular, with an excellent story line, great voice acting and characters you genuinely feel for.

    By far the best depiction of the Cyberpunk genre of all time, regardless of medium.

    Unfortunately, too many bugs to justify a 10.

    This game makes you feel so immersed in Night City, you really feel like your actions have consequences. The only reason it doesn't get a 10 from me is because there are a few visual bugs but they haven't been too bad.

    guys Let's not yell here and say that this game sucks. these bugs will be corrected in the future. in the early days of any game such problems. and no need to shout from this - that it is full of derm. I've been waiting for this game for 10,000 years and everything is cool. breathtaking!!!!!

    I don't approve of this release with all the bugs and nonexistent optimization and other stuff, but the game itself is metal as f*** (if it runs at all).

    I didn't watch any trailers or presentations and I haven't yet played Witcher 3, so I wasn't really hyped for the game.

    It has some bugs, sure. Probably should have waited a few weeks before releasing - all fixable. But if you can get past that, it becomes an incredible, immmersive experience. Amazing story. Amazing mechanics. Pure fun.

    it is simply put a very enjoyable experience being held down by some bugs and crashes. but to be honest, it is nothing I haven't experienced in other (non-rockstar) open world games. don't let all the negativity    although it has all of the widely talked about problems (playing on base PS4),

    Despite the bugs and all the drama around the game, its still fun, atmospheric, replayable, sad etc. I simply love it and its sad that it ended how it ended. Hope we'll see expansion or sequel one day. Fingers crossed! Thank you CDPR!

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Just take a closer look at the reasons why people are giving this game bad reviews. Half of them are complaining about poor optimization on their last-gen consoles: like, seriously? You don't need to have your brain cybernetically enhanced by a ripperdoc to realize that a console from 2015 wont do well with a visually stunning, open world shooter RPG from 2020. That's not a fair reason to criticize this game. The other half of people are complaining about the NPCs somehow not being smart enough, and comparing it to RDR2 as if you could hold an intellectual conversation with every random bot you robbed out of their passing stagecoach?! Like are ya'll serious?! The NPCs that are central to the storyline (side quests included) have more than enough personality and dialogue options, and the random meaningless people walking around the street are just that - random meaningless people, just as you can't really have long conversations with ANY of the random meaningless people in any of yalls favorite RPG-ish games (GTA V, RDR2, Witcher 3, the list goes on).

    Now on to the game itself - I've played the game for 14 hours so far on my Acer Predator Helios 300, and I have not for a single moment experienced a frame late any lower than 60 fps - meaning NOT A DROP of lag. I haven't experienced any gamebreaking bugs - yes there are a few UI issues, mostly that the UI is a little too cluttered and there aren't any tutorials for important UI things such as crafting - but that is a SMALL SIDE NOTE to a game that is ENORMOUS in terms of the potential fun to be had from the main quests, side quests, and gigs alone. There's absolutely no reason this game should be receiving any less than an 8.5 from the general public - the haters who are giving it 1s and 2s, are definitely not actually giving this game a chance. I promised myself when this game came out that I would play 10 hours before looking at any of the hater reviews I knew people would post online, and I am so glad I did - if I had listened to the reviews I wouldn't have bought a game that has quickly become my favorite new game of 2020 (and honestly of the last few years in the Shooter/RPG category).

    Long and short of it - HATERS GON HATE. If you expected this game to somehow be perfect, you must not have a great deal of life experience, because NOTHING in life is perfect. This game is honestly like the perfect brainchild of Fallout 3's RPG/Shooting blend and GTA V's open world/megalopolis genre, and I couldn't be any happier with it.

    The small criticisms I do have (which in no way merit me giving this game any less than a 10, it is still a remarkable achievement that is decades ahead of most other games in its category):

    1. Driving cars/motorcycles just doesn't feel right on the PC, the vehicles are not responsive enough to my commands to move the car to the right or left, so it feels like I have to drive super slow to avoid crashing, and I'd never be able to complete a mission that required keeping up with another driver or catching someone in a car for this reason. I feel like they tried to aim for the "gritty" driving controls feel of Days Gone, where you have to be more precise and careful with how you drive (as opposed to GTA V where the cars are super responsive and if anything you have to undercompensate with your controls to avoid spinning out) - however, this effort fell short and in the end they need to just release a patch where the vehicles are more responsive to commands.
    2. The UI is confusing and there is no tutorial on how to use it - specifically, it is really hard to figure out how to do crafting/how to organize items etc, even though I figured it out over time.
    3. The police don't actually pose any threat in the game - its not like in RDR2 where if you actually get the police on your back you start stressing for a while and actually run a real risk.
    4. Some missions are just way out of your ability to play but they don't make that very obvious - for example, even though in the journal the mission will say that it has a "Very High" danger level, you can still start the mission and progress rather far in it (i.e. talking to the necessary NPCs, driving to the right location) before realizing that you are still 10 levels too weak to start that mission and will promptly get smoked in one shot from the first enemy NPC that gets you in their sights. They should make it more obvious which missions you can do right now, and which you will have to do at a higher level - or, even better: just don't assign any missions that are for high level characters to low level characters initially; wait until they have progressed further in the game for that NPC to give them the "mission call."
    5. Speaking of mission calls, the game has a really annoying habit of having NPCs call you while you're in the middle of one mission to assign you another mission.

    All in all - best new game I've played all year. An epic achievement.    … Expand

    All the bad reviews is people trying to play the game in a toaster. Game is awesome, probably the best "side" quests ive ever played. im 30h into de game and barely made any progress in the main story because i always want to do more sides. Sure there are some bugs and glitches, nothing big if you have a PC from this decade.

    I gave this grade due to optimization and bugs. I play on a PC, videocard radeon rx 580 8 GB, processor ryzen 5 2600, 16 GB of RAM - the game is buggy at the minimum graphics settings. Driving and shooting with such drawdowns makes these activities uncomfortable and you constantly pay your attention to it. It's just disgusting to drive a car, I don't even want to talk about motorcycles.

    Awesome game. Bug? Bug everywhere but the game is surprising and incredible. I'm waiting all fixes we need but now I can play it. The core is Cyberpunk we've ever dreamed. Finally a RPG I love.

    Game had the potential to become a masterpiece but was ruined by false promises, still its a good game if played on ps5, xbox series x or pc. Graphics are good, Didn't found any game breaking bug. Still giving it 10 cuz all bugs and stuff could be easily fixed by patches

    наиграл почти 80 часов. иногда бесило как игра тупит или лагает или вылетает и еще этих или с сотню наверное наберется....
    Но это было круто... когда немного пофиксят патчами опять вернусь в NC

    First of all, I am embarrassed to be a part of this community, because of the people who sent DEATH THREATS because the game got delayed, and then got refunds when the game was released because it was buggy on PS4 and Xbox One.     On PC, it runs fine apart from a few mildly distracting bugs. I know how insanely difficult it is to make such a huge, and ambitious game like this is. Not to mention the crunch people went through to get this made and put out this early.
    That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed this game. as of writing this,, I have 80 hours in the game, and am 40% of the way through the story (No it's not THAT long, I started doing side quests instead, because i didn't want to finish it yet). I LOVE this game, and it is everything I thought it would be and more. I love the quests and side missions and gigs, and just every little bit of worldbuilding I've seen so far. I'd love to thank CD Project Red for putting their effort and love into the game because it really shows.
    If you're looking to buy this game, I recommend buying it on PC or a next gen console, or waiting for it to get patched for PS4 and Xbox One    … Expand

    Playing on my RTX3090 ryzen 5900x on my UW 34 screen the game is the most immersive game in a non VR format. Fan of the cyberpunk style scifi litterature, rejoice since is a must have game. Voice over are top notch and universe is a direct translation of the 80ies in a dystopic world. Well worth the wait though experience is hindered by bugs. Number of reference of the lire to the originalPlaying on my RTX3090 ryzen 5900x on my UW 34 screen the game is the most immersive game in a non VR format. Fan of the cyberpunk style scifi litterature, rejoice since is a must have game. Voice over are top notch and universe is a direct translation of the 80ies in a dystopic world.     If you're fan of the novel genre of the table top game this is must have to your collection but not for it's rpg caracteristics or it's story. But the consistency of its world and it artistic direction truthful to the cyberpunk genre.    … Expand

    The game is not optimal and can not play it without a strong computer. The game has very special details, but technical problems make the game experience hard. I like this game, but I wish it was a little better and more comfortable.
    In my opinion needed more six months of work

    Story is a solid 10/10 in this one. Do not be fool yourself into thinking this is a "GTA game" - it is not, and it is something more - a Witcher 3 set in Cyberpunk universe, without the Witcher part of course.     I have been playing the TTRPG that this game is based on since 1989 so I am well versed in the lore of this game. At this point I have 29 hours in the game and have only progressed the story past the first part (trying to avoid spoilers but what happened in that first part of the main story line just absolutely blew my mind) there is just SO much to do. I love the side content with gigs, NCPD incidents, cyberpsycos, etc, and I haven't really opened up any of the lasting side quests yet.
    The gun play feels good. I enjoy the stealth and hacking, exploration (and you are rewarded for exploring nooks and crannies), watching out for gang dust ups with NCPD, the crafting system, and the skills/perks system. There are just so many ways to play this game. I even tried doing a quest totally non-lethal, difficult but very rewarding.
    To people who complain about hacking not being effective, you have to save your eddies from the side content and upgrade your cyberdeck and quick hacks. Throwing in some perks is also a good idea. The starting cyberdeck is just really to get your feet wet. I can take out enemies with Burn or Short Circuit, or a combination. But , you can also slip past them by drawing them to areas away from where you want to go with other quick hacks, or reboot their cyberoptics and blind them.
    I'm not gonna lie there is a learning curve to the game. You have to practice. That will improve your skills and things get easier the higher the skill gets. it is noticeable.
    Weapons are just fun. I haven't played much with melee weapons as that's not really my style, but I did enjoy the tutorial for melee combat. I love the performance of almost every weapon I've used, not crazy about a tech pistol I found that has a 2 shot burst, and every weapon has it's own feel. My current load out is a silenced pistol (silencers do reduce damage so be prepared), pump shotgun, and assault rifle with a Tech sniper rifle for when I need it. The ability to shoot through walls just rocks! I just got my first smart weapon last night and haven't had a chance to test it out yet, but I did get a smart link cyberware so i am prepared. Other cyberware I use currently, titanium bones for increased carry capacity, found a ripper doc with legendary subdermal armor so I can wear pretty much what I want to, karensikov boostware, upgraded cyberdeck.
    I try to mix playstyles, some missions run in guns blazing, others stealth and hacking, sometimes a mixture of the two (like when stealth fails)
    To my rating of a 10, I would actually rate it a 9.4-9.6 but I can't choose between whole numbers. I have experienced no freezes or crashes. I have not had to reload the game except when I want to, to undo a bonehead thing I did. I have seen some graphics tears, a guy walking in the air, floating garbage in one alley, a walk/don't walk sigh floating in the air with no pole to support, but so far any bugs I've encountered are very minor.
    My biggest issue with the game is driving. I do not like the driving controls and the vehicles feel like they have very little traction (they slide far too easily). The throttle feels like full open or nothing at all and I have trouble when there is a lot of traffic around. Also the other drivers will be stopped in the road for no reason at all sometimes.

I think the practice of raw game realize is the norm for our days. So I have played for 10-12 hours already, and there were 0 bugs that were affecting gameplay or preventing pass through. I have RTX 2080, and with DLSS the picture is amazing,The game is awesome.     Very good game, 31 hours in and enjoying every second, the setting is vibrant, conversations are very well thought out, yes there is many bugs but not critical, at least on pc, good job cdpr team, very good game

    I have Gth 1650! Played at 30-35 fps on high settings! Now after 1.05 I have more than 40-45 fps. There were bugs, but not critical. Why can't people appreciate such masterpieces! More and more people are drawn to **** PLAYY your femenist games from Ubisoft! For me this masterpiece

    DLSS can handle it very well when you miss, for example, 10 fps to 60. Characters,story, quests, design of the whole city, i.e. graphics, is the highest possible level.     It's a great pity gamers with PS4s and XBONEs can't really feel what it's like to dive into the world of CP2077, because the game tryly if fantastic, regardless all bugs and glitches, so it's an honest 9,5/10... mind you, it should have only been released on PC and new-gen consoles say... in 3-6 months, PS4 and XONE users have every right to feel betrayed.

    I play on 1080 with an i7-9700k bit above recommended, I get an average of 45 fps.
    People are expecting this to be futuristic gta, it isn't and it will never be. It's an rpg first and an fps second.
    If you expect gta don't buy it, if you want a good RPG with fps elements buy it.

    Me encanta el estilo cyber desde siempre haci q espere con ansias este juego... desde la historia, hasta el apartado grafico me parecen geniales.. es obvio q para jugarlo necesitas una pc o hadware de buen rendimiento.. y eso si falta optimización en algunos lugares.

Personally, I've had almost no issues, some minor bugs with the biggest of them being stuck dialogue which required me to reload a save before it happened to fix it.     I'm really surprised it's not working for so many people. I got old rx470 and at 1080p with reduced quality it works just fine. I'm loving the setting and how this game plays.

This game is a reel adventure, like a good cinema production, the realisation is awesome, the immersion is really great, but yes, the technical side is again in development. Framerate is low, miss a lot of divers optimisations. Hope futur patch fix this son

    Pc version, after some settings calibration the game looks great on lg oled. ultra/high settings, rtx2060 1440p dlss quality, rtx off, hdr, 57-80fps, capped at 58fps with g-sync for smooth picture. I had some bugs during the game, but it still a good game, i like it.

    Game of the decade, totaly new experience. Night City is a city full of life lots of interactive things and npcs, story is breathtaking. There are some quality issues abut iam able to play at 4k on my vega64 and i7 8th gen.

    Sadly, not what was promised. PC optimization is poor and the city is nowhere near as interactive as promised. That being said, the story stands out for its gripping writing and acting. That, in addition to the gorgeous world, makes this game an 8/10

It’s drop dead gorgeous all throughout, makes me feel like I’m in a futuristic city, and the story and rpg mechanics are amazing so far. I honestly really appreciate the move to first person, really emphasizes the scale. Plus, conversations with npc’s are stunning! I have never felt so immersed in a conversation - the wayBeen playing a ton since launch, cannot recommend this game enough!     I'm totally into Cyberpunk.
    Witcher 3 was bored during the initial mission and couldn't go on until the end, but this work has a great sense of immersion from the beginning.
    It must be my taste.

    It's **** beautiful, one of the most anticipated games. WORTH THE **** WAIT! Has a couple of bugs and freezes here and there. But nothing game-breaking from my experience.

    个人感觉更像gta，走流程为主，虽然也提供了对话选项和人物bulid等rpg元素，不过玩起来参与感不强，更像是gta走流程。

    Finally released! Game with deep dive into the gameplay, cool sound, and graphics. Really liked the noise fraction effect feels like you see the world through implanted eyes. Hope someday we will see a VR version.

    + On PC there are a bit of bugs, but really not game breaking, mostly visuals which I really do not care about (e.g. flying sigare)
    + I dont know with what kind of hardware other guys are playing but I have no performance issues at all with i7 6700k processor and Nvidia 1080GTX TI.

    - The world is full with people but at the same time empty, because they cannot talk back to you besides saying "Hi" or "Whatsup"
    - The choice dialog (so far) is linear in the main story
    (Side quests I do not know yet, but I understood that the side quests actually are more open and impact the main quest) (Still have to confirm this)

    Summarized, very overhyped and lots of disappointments as you can read in the reviews, but nevertheless still a very good RPG.

    With my GTX980, i5-4690, 16 gb RAM and SSD, I play this game without a serious problem, of course it has some bugs and other but I think it may be fixed and CDPR already is working on it.
    I really enjoy to play in Cyberpunk and awaiting future DLC.

    Good frame, only need to fill it in the next months... Its a early access that was sold as a full completed product because greedy shareholders dont understand games. I dont blame cdpr because I know they can and will make it into what people expected.

    Great graphics, quests, characters, and soundtracks that make you overlook any minor and barely noticeable bug that will eventually be fixed.
    The game runs butter smooth on my rig (2060 S, i7 8700k OC 4.8 GHz) getting an average of 70-110 FPS with everything on ultra, dlls on quality, and RTX off.
    it drops to 60 fps at certain spots but it's no big deal.
    CDPR always delivers!

    This game is a masterpiece. CDPR did great job. The size of the game is amazing. I could only drive trough the streets and listenting to the radio. The plot is great addictive, side missions are great too. I've played 30h and I only had bugs on the beginning of the game. This is a game f the decade, wait a while for the bugs fixes and you'll fell in love with this game.

    First of all, I don't understand how Metacritic allows console kids to make a review on the pc section
    yeh sure the game has some technical issue but looks at it this way the map is twice of GTA and it's full of NPC, details the story is amazing too this game has a strong foundation and a lot of potential give it time and it's gonna become the biggest game of history

    A wonderful, mind blowing game. I've never played one like this. Perfectly created Night City, interesting characters, unlimited possibilities. Masterpiece, hard to break away from the game.

    The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

    Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
