    As of this writing, I'm 22 hours in, spending 50% of my time on main mission and 50% on side quests. Here's how things are going so far:
    Pros:
    - Game play is acceptable even on my modest Nvidia GTX 980M - Story is engaging slightly above average for an RPG - PLENTY of quests to keep one engaged (you will get your money's worth) - Fantastic character customization options (more on    As of this writing, I'm 22 hours in, spending 50% of my time on main mission and 50% on side quests.     Pros:
    - Game play is acceptable even on my modest Nvidia GTX 980M
    - Story is engaging slightly above average for an RPG
    - PLENTY of quests to keep one engaged (you will get your money's worth)
    - Fantastic character customization options (more on this in a bit)
    - Incredibly detailed environment
    Cons:
    - Though character customization is quite good, it goes to waste because 95% of the time you don't actually see your character and the hard work put into your efforts.
    - Melee combat mechanics are lacking. It's the first-person perspective that makes this difficult in my opinion
    - Vehicle control is unwieldy at best.
    - NPCs that are not a part of the plot are woefully under utilized having zero part in any game play. CDPR missed an opportunity utilizing NPCs for random quests.

    Conclusions: I've made these comments in a vacuum. I have not read nor watched any critics' assessments of the game as of this writing (13 Dec 2020). I have found CP2077 to be quite engaging overall; therefore, I like the game more than I dislike it. I am aware of some of the performance issues many players have been having with the game. I've not had any similar issues, but do understand the frustration many are having. I have experienced a few graphical glitches, but nothing game-breaking. I find CP2077 to be a slightly above average RPG albeit with some flaws. If you are an RPG fan, this will be right up your alley. For non-RPG players, wait for it to go on sale. My official rating is 7.5 out of 10, but no half points here, so I have to give it an 8.    … Expand

    So I've been playing the game since it came out three days ago, and have over 20 hours in. I'm loving the experience so far, minus some of the bugs and issues which hopefully they'll patch. Police AI and the odd pathing glitch are what I mainly find break my enjoyment. Luckily as a PC player, I've had no real issues with graphics and performance.     The game is great, if they fix bugs, improve optimizations, we can have the game 10 years. the story is captivating, the atmosphere is absorbing, and the rest is really good. If someone's equipment includes CoD or Gta, it may actually be a disappointment, but if someone needs the RPG specification of the future in the wild. The absolute 10/10 if they fix the bugs will be 11/10.     I originally played Cp2020 rpg back in the 90s this game captures everyting that was great about that game. The world building that Cdpr have created is mind blowing.

    CDPR удалось сделать совершенно сногсшибательный мир и поместить в него увлекательные сюжеты. Играть очень интересно, даже правильнее сказать находиться в этом мире. Да, это всё те же вопросики (грубо говоря), но их интересно закрывать. Багов есть некоторое количество, но критичных за 30 часов игры ни одного, ни вылетов, ни крашей.

    just a legendary game cyberpunk is one of the best games I've played. best first person tho. Ultimate realistic graphics and pretty solid and brutal gameplay

    This game is an absolute blast from the narrative, artistical and graphical point of view, gameplay is very fun and progression solid and deep.
    Thr problem is the obscene amount of bugs at launch, I'm confident they will be fixed but CDP already damaged their reputation. Awful launch should not shadow the true gem this game is.

    This is GTA 6 Cyberpunk edition and its awesome.
    Yes this game is not finished. I think they released it too early but only because people already were desperate and wanted it no matter what.
    But now they complain that it has bugs. Game has a beautiful world and a good story. Ok some things are annoying. Like driving feels wrong and they need to fix the physics. Bugs are common but    This is GTA 6 Cyberpunk edition and its awesome.

    I had mixed feelings about this game for almost the entire playthrough. Yes, I had minor bugs and problems, but that has never bothered me much, and I can see, why they could affect the experience other people have. But the ending I had... Omg the ending. Everything just came together.     I really feel like Cyberpunk is a game that should not be played the same way we have played other RPG's. In spite of the bugs, and crashes, Cyberpunk really is a special game of the likes we have never seen before. The longer I play Cyberpunk the more I have begun to realize this, (45 hours in so far). Initially I was not impressed with the graphics, or some of the mechanics involved -I really feel like Cyberpunk is a game that should not be played the same way we have played other RPG's. In spite of the bugs, and crashes, Cyberpunk really is a special game of the likes we have never seen before. The longer I play Cyberpunk the more I have begun to realize this, (45 hours in so far). Initially I was not impressed with the graphics, or some of the mechanics involved - but again, the longer I play the more I come to realize how great they are - and why those choices were made by the devs.

    While the phone constantly ringing, messages, and shard system can get overwhelming, and I certainly could do without the cars for sale icons showing on the main map - I feel like having so many activities to take part in helps to build the world. If people are not reading everything, and are just powering through the quests they will not enjoy this game like those who are.

    I also feel like, the older, more mature people are real life, the more they will appreciate this game. The content here is very mature - and requires a certain level of imagination to understand and connect with. I am 47 years old, and I can say for certain if I had played this in my late teens or 20's I probably would not have "got it", and appreciate it like I do.    … Expand

    I've 50 hours of gameplay and currently is just 18% of progress. What I feeling? - Pure delight.

    Graphics is very good, to be honest this is not an "nextgen", but overall I greatly like how the game looks. I even like to get in the car and make trips from one side of city to another to enjoy the views.

    Enemies not geniously smart, but not stupid at all, I playing on 'hard' and they can kill me with 2-3 shots. Enemies using theyselves the covers, they can walk around your cover to get in your back, this makes you constantly look around because is not safe anywhere. Sure, sometimes enemies behave stupid a bit, but this is rather an exception to the rule, in most situations they are OK.

    Dialogues is main and greatest part of the game with huge variability, with huge amount of references to our real days. Humor, filthy language is top notch (I think Ubisoft and Disney have to learn a lot from CDPR).

    Story is an strong side of the game, I really love it. Even the side quests as example mayor death investigation or Panam Palmer and her nomads storyline. And this world is filled with such nice stories.

    Before the release all sources said that transport driving is bad in this game, and weapons have no impact. This is not true at all! IMO here driving is better than GTA5 and shoot from weapons is very pleasantly.

    Yes, the game have bugs (a month before the release, the general director of the CDPR warned that "There will be bugs, be ready") and pros that I noticed before in my review overlap these minor flaws. Yes the game not enough optimized, but overall game working good on my PC (i7 6700k, 16GB DDR4, 1080ti 11GB) I have 30-61 FPS in the city and 58-115 FPS at its outskirts and out of the city on ultra graphics (Yea without RTX).

    If we close our eyes to minor bugs and lack of optimization this game is example of "how games should be". Yes, I'm talking about coward studios like - Ubisoft, Disney, EA, Activision and more other, that afraid to add in game gore, violence, filthy language and boobs, yes OMG boobs. They simply not understanding that these factors will made their game more colorful and more enjoyable. Instead, they bend under minorities and censor what they can. All this studios don't have the balls at all, but CDPR have and this is good.

    Thanks CDPR, you revived my faith in good games, you and the Rockstar worthy to earn money from the games you made last 10 years. (But Rockstar have slight lack of courage in my opinion to be greatest)

    What my major issues were are that it took about 10 hours of gameplay to figure out key gameplay elements: Better documentation is needed for sure. At the same time, there are so many complexities, it would be hard to document all. There are so many features in the settings that are unexplained and undocumented: so if we did not know any better, it would seem consumers are encouraged to purchase the game guide.

    Anyhow, who really cares? These are just games.

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the best games ever created however bugs and constant crushes are very annoying. I would love to give this game 10/10 right now but it's impossible. I truly believe that in a few months this game will be ready but right now I recommend playing this game only on current generation of game consoles and decent PC.

    I guess I just got lucky, but I love this game, not since the Witcher 3 have I played a game so good. Not sure why anyone would even want to play this on a last gen console. PC or PS5 is the only way. 10 out 10.

    Cyberpunk 2077 might be the best RPG I played so far, maybe even the all in all best game I have played.
    After the weakest part of the game, the intro, it makes a rocket start and hits hard with its wonderfully written deep characters and awesome story, especially the side quests.

    L’ambiance générale, les dialogues, mises en scène, beauté et richesse des lieux, la liberté de mouvement et de décision me font oublier les quelques bugs dont souffre le jeu. Les bugs peuvent être gommés et le seront. Bon jeu à ceux qui l’ont déjà, les autres, n’hésitez pas à l’acheter!

    Amidst all the chaos, I will submit an honest review. Cyberpunk 2077 is honestly brilliant. The story so far, the sidequests, dialogue, combat (except melee) & Night City itself are all great and well worth your time....in a few months. If you're willing to wait, wait till all the bugs get ironed out, cause there are a **** ton.

The story is similar in it's variations to Detroit Become Human. Perfectly written quests and sidequests are also included. The gunfights with the magnificent music feel like a Doom missions. Мой комп хоть и тянет только на средних, но всё равно игра выглядит красиво! Прокачка превосходна, инвентарь, кстати, очень похож на тот что был в 3 ведьмаке. В начале выхода многовато багов, но думаю большинствоОчевидный шедевр от Редов. Долго же я ждал, с момента как увидел самый первый тизер трейлер киберпунка. И вот он!     Cons (-)
    - Sometimes bugs block quest progression I assume they're working on additional patches, but these are currently an issue
    - Buggy animations- sometimes characters will be looking at you and speaking, but their mouths won't be moving, even with a high end computer, NPCs can take a while to render properly and show up as colorful person shaped blobs until they finish loading
    -Quest and shard(lore) management is a bit cramped and difficult to sift through to find what you're looking for
    -Romance options extremely restricted 1 straight male, 1 gay male, 1 straight woman, 1 lesbian woman, 1 male joy toy, 1 female joy toy

    I have logged 40 hours in this game over the last 3 or so days and I just can't get enough. At one point in my first playthrough, my quest progression for one of the main story quests got blocked, so I started all the way over and I still enjoyed every single moment of it. This is a game you should take your time on. Go do as many sidequests as you can, build out your character, and explore what Night City really has to offer. Despite its buggy release, this game is absolutely engrossing and satisfying and I hope this becomes a franchise with regular games being developed and released. I hope that some of the negatives I mentioned get patched and improved over the course of the next year, but even if they don't, I see them as minor gripes that hardly detract from an overall amazing experience. CD Projekt Red has set the bar for the future of immersive, open world RPGs and they set it high. Competing developers will really have to bring their best to the table when they know consumers will be comparing their upcoming games against Cyberpunk 2077 for years to come.    … Expand

    I Freaking love this game, it was well worth the wait. I haven't really met any bugs, i play it on pc so I don't know how its on console. but i heard its pretty bad on console so my advise is play it on pc or wait till they fix it.

    I loved almost everything about this game, except the quick transfer system. first you needed to go to the bus and metro but at release they got rid of it    I Freaking love this game, it was well worth the wait. I haven't really met any bugs, i play it on pc so I don't know how its on console. but i heard its pretty bad on console so my advise is play it on pc or wait till they fix it.

    I loved almost everything about this game, except the quick transfer system. first you needed to go to the bus and metro but at release they got rid of it and now you go to a console, go to a load screen and there you go. a little immersion breaking.

    The game does have some issues. I play on an Xbox one S, and the graphics are not super great. Their have been some instances of crashes, but overall it's not a deal breaker. The game has some great story telling. The world building is fantastic. The missions are all interesting and sometimes exciting. Definitely not your typical fetch quests. This game is a winner!

    Honestly, one of the only recent games which really made me feel immersed into the story and connect with the characters.
    Excellent gunplay, mechanics, voice acting and character writing.

    This is really incredible game. Half of time i'm just watching around, for decorations, for graphics and etc, developers made a great work. The atmosphere of this game is 10 of 10!

    Optimisations is quite well, the game is runs ultra in 1080p at GTX1080 and 1660S without any problems.

    The ambientation of this game is incredible, you can feel that you're in the game itself. The city is alive, there is a lot of conversations between NPCs, gang figths, etc... The main history is interesting and keeps you intrigued. You will need a powerfull pc of course, in other case people would be saying that there is downgrade surely.

    Love the game if you have the PC that can handle it. There are lots of bugs to clean up and graphical glitching is a thing but the base game is fun and the story is very solid. Is not a true shooter though and does not handle as clean as destiny or such well tuned fps. It leans more on the rpg side the house. So dont expect the gun play you will get in Siege or another top shelf fps. ForLove the game if you have the PC that can handle it.     I must say - the game itself is briliant. But the developers have still a lot of work to do on Cyberpunk. The game is BIG - and devs still couldnt give us a full optimized game with no bugs. I personally found only a t-pose bug type. But the optimization is a real problem in this game.

    Graphics is best I have ever seen in whatever game. World is believable, streets full of dirt, different zones in cities has reason why those look like this, luxury part of town shines while narrow streets between houses can be set up for a trap...

    Main story line presents basically everything that cyberpunk genre can offer, but took me a while till I understood and appreciated what was that about. Its phenomenal what this game make you think about if you get along with your character. Where he lives, what he lives for and fate of all protagonists who has no much options than to live in the Night City. In that sense all choices has impact about how you think and what to think about what is happening in the game. Its fantastic, nevertheless to get in to this perspective was not on first playthrough. Sad is, that almost all main mission have two parts - tutorial and actual gameplay. Tutorial parts take more time than actual mission and are boring and waiting till some NPC moves make my nerves... Its very sad, they make it that way and you can not skip it. This part downgrade overall enjoyment to unpleasent waters and you wish to turn this crap off - its really that bad.

    Side mission also has impact and are great. Some of them are even better than main story and main missions. Imo what perfectly shows what this game is about is quest with Paralez. Whole game is about manipulation and power. Nothing more to add: you are simply a bad guy, you basically play as criminal and your job is to solve "problems".

    Third type of missions are what this game make game replayable the most - ncpd and gigs. Those are small and short mission but have impact and gives color to the city. Without those city would be rather dull and feeling of what this Cyberpunk world is about would be gone.

    Atmosphere is many times fantastic. Sounds, graphics, tension - its all there. Characters have their own lives, you can feel where they come from and what their intensions are.

    I have tried to play games with few builds and all works just fine. Some feels better than others, but all are good enough to be played. Netrunner is superior to most, I had most fun with fists, katanas was just fastest along with monowire. Guns I have played only occasionally.

    There are few things that was simply bad - you can not skip cutscenes, you can only speed up some dialogs with "C" button. Thats all. Sequences in cars can not be skipped at all. Many times there are places like "press button to continue" - I hate this in every game - for example "drink" and cutscene can continue... Menus are what they are - there is need to learn how to work with them. Sometimes you can leave with ESC button, sometimes with C button. Driving cars is not much fun and brings rather frustration. What irritates me most was radios - in cars music was cheap and music in the streets was ear tearing experience. Why the f*** all radios and big repro towers plays like damages earphones or cheapest speaker from 1980? Pace of game is also questionable and very slow.

    The game nevertheless is replayable and thanks to mod "Skip Unskippable Custsenes" which make game fast 4x and you can also run this way from place to place insted of using cars of transport system, makes game 9.

    It's the best game I have ever played by leaps and bounds. The characters all behave like real people. (I'm sure this is a result of motion capture) The story is so involving. The voice acting is superb. The amount of detail in the game is mind-boggling. I've spent more time in a day playing this game than I have ever in the past! Brilliant!

    Pros: Great story, writing and acting, immersive world, great music, fun gameplay. When maxed out, it's visually the best game I've seen.
    Cons: Some bugs (played 20 hours, nothing game breaking so far). Need to have a high end PC to enjoy fully (I for one am glad CD Projekt didn't budge and make it use every bit of my hardware). Driving is wonky (driving a bike is way easier than car).

GamePlay: The Level Design, or in this case The City and the nomad lands, looks great. The city really feels like its cut in sections that the 3 “categories” Corp, Streat kid, and the Nomad. The Combat System was something to get used to, in my opinion, melee just sucked and didn't feel that rewarding to get into. Why choose that when a gun feels like it's doing 10x the damage a melee weapon will do. Didn't particularly like the stealth mechanics in this game, I don't, it feels like I got spotted too easily at times. Now the RPG Systems, Did some crafting but not much of it as i picked up a lot of the stuff often. Didn't buy a new car as that was too pricey for my blood so to speak. Did see the vendors, found it to be very pricy, and you will constantly get new stuff anyway. Narrative: Dialogue is alright, I frequently experience that the NPC I'm talking to and my character are talking over each other, which gets annoying after a while. Visuals: Ended up having to go on the High Graphic preset, which was the one that stayed most stable on both gameplay experience and recording quality. Cinematics/Cutscenes still lags slightly though. Story: This game got 3 Life Path choices, Nomad, Streetkid, and Corpo. The only difference between these 3 lifepaths is the prologue, other than that the story is pretty much the same. The story was interesting, the first few hours was basically a setup for the main event of the story. The main part of the story. The plot is that a heist goes wrong, resulting in you installing a biochip that ends up saving your life, then you will find out it's killing you and you will begin your story of getting it removed without killing yourself in the progress. Replayability: The replayability potential of this game is huge. It got content like side missions, and event that makes you potentially play this game for many hours. Pros & Cons: Pros: *Strong RPG Mechanic that just works for the game. *Incredible writing throughout almost all of the main and side quests. *You have an incredible amount of variation to build your perfect playstyle. Cons: *Customizing your Character is also not as fleshed out as CDPR told us before.     The game is visually stunning and the amount of detail is simply insane. CDPR hat to put a lot of work into this. After 8 hours I experienced like 5 visual glitches and one mission bug where the item was missing. My version was 1.3 and very stable, game never crashed even after tabbing in and out of it, like 100x.
    So far I'm happy with the game.

    could recommend getting the game in a couple of months after major fixes. right now it's a lottery - I had great constant 30 FPS at mid-high graphics, others have fluctuations between 10 and 20 with non-loading textures

    After 15 hours for me on PC (2070S) everything runs smooth and i entountered only a few minor Bugs. Night City is absolutely amazing, the characters and quests are well written. I love this game and it exactly delivers on my expectations!!!

    Cyberpunk 2077 is a fantastic immersive experience and a must buy for RPG players. The game needs patches to iron out some of the bugs but there is nothing game breaking from my play through. Congratulations to CD project Red very impressive.

    Herkes ne anlatıyor anlamıyorum benim oyunumda bug yok denecek kadar azdı ve rx580 im ile paşa paşa oynadım. Oyun gayet eğlenceli, hikayesi güzel, mekaniksel anlamda derinlikleri yer yer var. GTA6 bekleyenler zaten hayal kırıklığına uğramaya mahkumdu ama SCI-FI RPG bekleyenlerin memnun ayrıldığına eminim.

To be honest I hadn’t seen much on the game until I picked it up days before launch due to it being a top seller. Some of the other reviews I’ve seen site it as unplayable on pc but my experience on a recommended spec rig was decent enough to pass although I can see frustration in some who demand to play games at 60 FPS or higher it’s just unlikely to happen with anything under a 2060 or 1080ti. I’ve sun k at this point 70 hours into the game and really haven’t touch the main quest past the opening heist part. I’ve been so engrossed in the side quest I’ve really not considered picking the main quest back up. To say the game is flawless would be a lie, from time to time I notice frame drops and textures specifically textures of passerby’s or pedestrians just not loading and looking like a block walking down the street. The worst I’ve seen is the cutscenes where some times the audio does not sync up with the ambience. The game few bugs don’t bother me as much as I’ve seen it bother some but I stuck around for the fixes in 76 and considered the idea that the game can get better and if it does I will update my review. For those complaining currently that the game should have continued in the oven maybe consider that when your complaining about delays, that’s why I never did complain when it was delayed. Cd project red will continue to push out patches and hot fixes and the chances are closer to zero that will abandon this game. In its current state it’s pretty good but has more potential than what it shows.… Expand

    Cyberpunk has some flaws with physics, optimization or bugs. But I think the characters, music and world design make it easy to believe the story the creator is telling because you feel it's real.

    20 hours into the game and I'm really enjoying it, I think it's a lot better than some other story games this year (Last of us 2). Reviewed on PC with and RTX 2080ti. This game runs perfectly for me as I capped it at 60fps and RTX on with ULTRA settings and it's very good. Although i have had a lot of bugs including me being launched away from a mission area, treading back and then having20 hours into the game and I'm really enjoying it, I think it's a lot better than some other story games this year (Last of us 2). Not as amazing as the witcher 3 though, really a very meaty, fun RPG that will keep me coming back for more for months on end

    Best game of generation. Best Narrative, not your LOUS2... What do you want the nextgen game to run normally on ancient hardware? Take a look around in the game with ultra settings and rtx lighting ... From a storyline, this is really the best thing that has come out in years. Just play, stop crying.

    Cyberpunk 2077 is the new Crysis. The babies cant handle it. It's a genuinely great game and will stand the test of time for the next 2 generations of games whether people will admit it or not doesn't matter, people will be talking about 2077 for its successes for years to come.

    Played it trough and it was really good. You actually care about the characters and it looks really good. The only mediocre thing is the gameplay but As storytelling is the focus point i didn't mind it.

    I'm about 38 hours in and I am having a great time, the characters are amazing and the world is fantastic there are a few glitches and bugs that I have encountered but they weren't causing any problems for me. Cyberpunk has totally met my expectations and I'm totally loving it.

    I played this game on my PS4 and no, it had no problems playing it.
    The game did crash one single time, i had one bug that i had to fix which resulted in having to fail in another mission (that i didn't care about) and besides that there were a few little loading issues because the game of course was a bit to much for my console.

    The emotions carried by the story and soundtrack are fantastic, the whole story in connection with the city seemed fantastic and original to me.

    The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

    Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
