    One of the best multiplayer games, BUT i give it an 8 because i think it's not free to play because of Prime. When I compare the gameplay on a Prime and a Non Prime account, the main difference is not that without Prime there is no ranks, but the CHEATERS. On Non Prime Arms Race i find 4 cheaters per hour of gameplay, while on Prime i had only 1 cheater in 120h of playing with PrimeOne of the best multiplayer games, BUT i give it an 8 because i think it's not free to play because of Prime. When I compare the gameplay on a Prime and a Non Prime account, the main difference is not that without Prime there is no ranks, but the CHEATERS.     I dont find this game necessarily addicting but its a good first person shooter with incredibly detailed hit boxes and i gotta say that deagle headshots are hella satisfing

    CS:GO es más que un juego, un estilo de vida, uno de los juegos que le he dado mayor tiempo. La nota no será la máxima porque no puede ser que durante todos estos años, sigan y aumentando los jugadores con hacks.

    Best FPS game, Good textures, good gameplay - aim tricks, recoils,crosshairplacements. Good movement system for fps - strafes and geometrical angles. Best map design and balance. Nice skins - good design, no too painted and no too bright. Good cybersport matches and amazing servers(ping). Very good optimization. Amazing game for clever peoples who like fps games

Naturally, my expectations for CS:GO were sky-high, and it did not disappoint as one ofToday, I found myself quite bored of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO). Allow me to provide a bit of context—I have an extensive history with the Counter-Strike series, dedicating thousands of hours across several Steam accounts to the original CS, which holds a special place in my gaming heart. Naturally, my expectations for CS:GO were sky-high, and it did not disappoint as one of the best games ever made.

    CS:GO offers a gameplay experience like no other, masterfully blending skill, tactics, and teamwork. However, before you dive into this competitive shooter, there are several crucial aspects to consider.

    The core of CS:GO revolves around competitive 5v5 matches, where players strive to outwit and outgun their opponents. The rush of adrenaline and the thrill of winning rounds are unparalleled. While this mode constitutes the game's essence, CS:GO does boast a wide range of official and community modes to explore, including a battle royale mode. Regardless of your preferences, the game serves up plenty of great gameplay, and it's all available for free, which is a significant plus.

    However, as passionate as I am about CS:GO, I cannot overlook one glaring issue—the game's community has a sizeable toxicity problem. Surprisingly, I have encountered similar levels of toxicity only in Dota 2. The CS:GO player base contains its fair share of trolls, throwers, and team-damagers, all of which can make matches frustrating and exhausting. When the stakes are high and competition is fierce, it seems that some players forget basic manners and sportsmanship. This dark side of the community significantly affects the overall experience, causing many players to walk away with a sour taste in their mouths.

    Thankfully, Valve has taken steps to address one of CS:GO's most pressing problems—the abundance of cheaters. Multiple security systems, including Prime status, trust factor, trusted launch, VAC, and Overwatch, work together to minimize cheating and maintain the integrity of the competitive environment. The current state of CS:GO is arguably the best it has ever been in terms of cheater control. While the issue is far from eradicated, it is considerably less prevalent than it used to be, offering hope for a better playing experience. However, new players might face a different set of challenges. Building up trust factor and obtaining prime status requires time and dedication. For those just starting, encountering numerous new accounts (which are often associated with cheaters) can be disheartening. However, with the introduction of trusted launch, Valve has attempted to improve the situation by creating separate matchmaking pools for players with and without trusted status.

    Another aspect of CS:GO that is a mixed bag of emotions is the skin and case system. On one hand, the skins add a layer of personalization, allowing players to showcase their unique style. On the other hand, the case opening process is akin to a casino simulator. Players purchase cases, spend money on keys to open them, and often receive skins of lower value than the cost of opening the case. This system has garnered criticism for promoting gambling-like behavior among players, leading some to spend exorbitant amounts of money in pursuit of coveted skins.

    In conclusion, CS:GO remains a captivating and rewarding experience for those willing to navigate its ups and downs. The exhilarating gameplay, the joy of victory, and the desire to improve make CS:GO an addictive drug for many. However, its community's toxicity can be significant hurdles for some players.     Metacritic is wrong. This game was so good, I got my friends into it. If I had to show someone a multiplayer-FPS game, this would be my first choice.

    A lot of Russians all over EU that don't speak a ton or really communicate other than screaming at you for a mistake that they themselves made. Otherwise a really good game that requires you to sharpen your skills on every aspect of the game.

    There is not much more to say about the first shooter i grew up with then i love it. I had so many fun experiences. You really are beginning to notice that you become better in any game just by playing this one. Perfect for beginning. Must play for every gamer.

    CS:GO is awesome. I've been playing the series since early CS 1.2 or so.

    There's nothing to say to convince you one way or another; it's a free to play game now.

    The official game modes are great. Matchmaking system is decent.

    Community servers are where this game really shines. Custom game modes such as Surfing are game changers in CS:GO.

    TL;DR
    CSGO .. GO PEW PEW.

    If you are playing this game solo, 5/10, you are literally gambling your day-to-day happiness by queueing solo. You can have great matches, decent matches, and straight awful ones. This game is timeless and there is no way VALVE is abandoning this game due to the skin    If you play this with friends, 9/10 you will have some of your best PC gaming experiences playing this game

    The perfect FPS game.
    Every detail has been crafted to create a perfectly competitive environment for players who enjoy tactical shooters.
    Every minute that you spend playing the game contributes to you getting better and this is rewarding.
    The skill ceiling is as high as you can think of. There's always something to improve on.

    I played hundrets of hours of Counter Strike: Global Offensive and i still enjoy every round i play. The variaty of tactics and the different maps make a rather simple game very hard to master. Being able to buy and sell skins also adds an intresting element to the game that i really like.

    Counter Strike is one of the best computer video games in history..Since I was young I used to play alone or with my friends..The game has a wide reputation throughout history and I advise everyone to try it again and enjoy
