    The most frustrating thing about this game is that it was made by the creators of Panzer Corps and Warhammer 40,000: Armageddon. They’re not newcomers to this genre, but Check Your 6 looks and plays as if it’s their first attempt at a turn-based wargame.

For those that don't know the miniatures game - turn based aerial combat, plotting moves on a hex grid, planning ahead, historical simulation etc What's not to like? Perhaps the modelling of planes needs a polish, the campaign is more of a series of scenarios rather than a pilot career and not linked and once you achieve the mission aim the game stops and you can't play on. You also don't seem to be able to create/edit/setup your own games yet. Hopefully though there are plans for this and further updates/scenarios. Personally want the F4F vs Zero! As a conversion this is excellent work. I'm a wargamer at heart and I enjoy the thought and pace of games like this - this is a potential series that I hope will get support and grow!… Expand
