"Bug Too!" is an action 3D platformer, sequel of the too not so popular "Bug!". It's the adventure of an anthropomorphic fly and his friends through movie sets recording their new big screen success.
Off course this is just a background used like an excuse to put the characters in action, running and jumping and doing all crazy stuff that happen in the various environments of the game... but it's 1996! The world are more simpler, the games aren't so cinematic. Fun was the word of the time and this is what "Bug Too!" is about!
Ok, for today standards have a green 2D sprite character in a 3D plain shouldn't look much fun, but believe me, it is: The game combine fully colored and sometimes labyrinthic scenarios with enjoyable CD music composed specially for its stages. Some quotes and sounds can be clearly heard when used by the main character and enemies in the whole game, giving more life to the animations.

Bug was a SEGA 90ies game, then we should expect more cause bug has this too, showing short CG game related jokes when you pass to a new scene, culminating with a CG closure as a reward for the ones that can beat the whole thing.
What would be better than this in a era where we still were growing from full 2D things like Sonic and Mario games?… Expand
