Summary:
In Bomb Squad: NY the player teams with Detective Steve Lanoce, an actual NYPD Bomb Squad detective who received the Medal of Valor for his bravery on 9/11. The player also receives clues from another real hero, Steve's bomb sniffing labrador retriever, Duke. He and Duke have been on duty for presidents, heads of state, the UN, Yankee and Citi Field Stadiums, the US Tennis Open and in the transit systems for New York City. Bomb Squad: NY puts the player in one of the largest cities in the world where the constant threat of attack is held at bay by an elite group of men and women. That group is the NY Bomb Squad. Play as one of their newest members as you hunt down a group of terrorists threatening New York. Partnered with Duke, a trained bomb sniffing Labrador, you must trust your skills and his instincts to find possible bombs and deactivate them before disaster strikes. Work to improve the skills of your K9 companion while hunting down the group behind this rash of bomb threats. Work as a team to solve the case before it's too late.
