  • Summary: Base Squad 49 is a Top-down action game where you can stop holding anger and rage. You can do mindless murders, shoot bloody zombies and different creatures with lots of weapons and stuff.

    No spoilers, because there is nothing to spoil.

    — Only 3 controls: left, right, left-click to fire (all using mouse). — Can't change    No spoilers, because there is nothing to spoil.

    — Only 3 controls: left, right, left-click to fire (all using mouse).
    — Can't change controls without third party program or scripting.
    — 1 single board/map. Re-used for or every level.
    — 3 enemies that walk swinging their arms back and forth. For every level.
    — Speed of game slows to a crawl in later levels, without very high system specs.
    — Bullet range also decreases in later levels, due to same issue.
    — Utterly monotonous game-play.
    — Cannot buy weapons. They are dropped randomly, with very limited ammo.
    — Cannot buy weapon upgrades. They don't exist.
    — Cannot buy or find extra ammo.
    — Building one single wall is the only upgradable defense measure.
    — Non-responsive "team" of dev's.
    — Ridiculously monotonous. Terrible "game".    … Expand
