Summary:
After the fall of Amber Black, JOKER’s plan to take over the world began, and in one fell swoop, took over most of the world through its advanced PSYCON technology. But, a rebellion within JOKER’s forces broke off from the tyrannical faction and sided with the Frontlancers, a peace keeping force who are the only ones to stand up against them.
Using the stolen PSYCON technology and newly made Psycho-Frames from JOKER’s headquarters, the Frontlancers create the HEAVY SHELLs, and begin their ultimate counterattack against JOKER’s rule.
