    Support this game, if you wanna see more good Assassin's Creed games. If you don't support this then they will go back to Odyssey with next one. Whoever says that these games are generic or pointless are clearly very clueless people. They most likely don't even know / care about history that much. These are likely more level headed people, so no wonder they don't come to sites like metacritic, they don't even care about places like that. But this site attracts losers who just wanna hate and whine. I Found this news-site from 2017 that was about "fake reviews on AC Origins". Then why has nobody removed all these fake zeros?? Or maybe they don't care anymore, because last of us 2 gets 100s of fake positive and negative reviews every single day. I can say one thing, i will support Ubisoft till the day i die, they make good video games and it's very clear that they get hate because they are popular. If haters would get their way and all these other companies would go away then gaming would be dead because we would get 1 game in 5 years. Because that's all they want.     No matter what these awful youtube channels are trying to say (who have been payed to trash this game) it's not boring, this game is amazing. There's so much to do and explore and it's actually interesting this time, unlike Odyssey that was hit or miss. This one reminds me more like Black Flag and Black Flag is basically best Ac game, so there's that. There's many youtube channels whoNo matter what these awful youtube channels are trying to say (who have been payed to trash this game) it's not boring, this game is amazing.     I finished Black Flag, Unity, Syndicate and Origins while preparing for this and it's so enjoyable so far. Story hooked me from the beginning and i love sailing in Norway, super relaxing. Combat is very brutal this time.

    Assassin's Creed Valhalla is absolutely amazing, specially after patch 1.0.4 and next patch is coming in few days. Highly recommending this game. One of the best of 2020.

    This beautiful game literally made this awful year so much better. I was waiting for it since April and it's finally here. I was expecting decent game, but it still managed to surprise me with tons of different locations and secret areas.

    I'm 20 hours into game right now and really enjoy it so far. Haven't encountered any bugs, runs just fine. Longer review later, but i wanted to give my early expressions because seems like some haters are trying to lower this user score with 0's and i can't stand something like that. Good game so far.

    The Story is more relevant as in previous Games, the world looks great, the charakter is very nice. Only complaint: hdr is quite broken (at least for PC).

    New mechanics in the game and an interesting plot did not leave me indifferent. but still, the setting and history of the Vikings is not what I like. the rest is done perfectly

    PC version runs perfectly well with any RTX video card, i'm having over 60fps all the time. Great game.

    AC Valhalla has already sold over 2 million copies, amazing. Game is really awesome, with interesting characters, good voice acting, choices that actually matter, cool story and even romance options.

    Easy top 5 game from 2020. There's not much competition even. "Final Fantasy VII Remake", "Doom Eternal" ....ummm.....ummm.... "Ghost of Tsushima" i guess, but it had absolutely one of the worst camera angles ever and it wasn't that interesting, it was just overhyped, because "muh exclusives". But it was good game to beat "Last of Us 2" in sales, so in that regard, i'm happy this gameEasy top 5 game from 2020. There's not much competition even.     Way better than Odyssey. All this endless grind is gone and xp comes easily. You get x2 skill points each time and it's really easy to get them. Just explore, raid, open chests, etc. Assassin's creed is back for sure!

    Ubisoft has always made quality games, they are obviously no Rockstar Games, but neither are other companies and that's a fact. I remember how people whined about Ubisoft games and acted like "Cybermiracle 2077" will be flawless and amazing and we all know how this turned out. Now all CDproject fanboys are quiet. Good.

If you play as male Eivor you can literally have relationship with one of the main women in your camp, not gonna spoil who. So i'm very confused what are you talking about. It's a great game, end of story. It's not best game of all time, but it's way better than last two AC games.     Amazing game, after last update there is absolutely no excuse for anyone to hate this game, because Ubisoft has done so much. They added new difficulty option, so you can play exactly like old games and assassinate even highest level enemies with one hit. Anyone who still hates on this game from now on, is just whiny loser who wants attention.

    Beautiful huge open world with lots of secrets and mysteries. I have heard some people complain about combat, i personally like it, didn't find anything wrong with it. Would be surprised if it's not nominated at game awards.

    From graphics, story, combat and exploration aspect this game is very nice, some bugs tho, hopefully these will be fixed in future patches. Overall very good. This most fun i have had with video game in 2020. Doom Eternal is close second place. It's more like 9 obviously, but giving it 10 because there's so many fake 0's.

I still need to get used to the fighting, but it feels right for what it wanted to accomplish. The story and writing are on another level compared to Odyssey. For example yesterday one person made over 8 accounts in 20 minutes and gave 0's to this game, because his version was censored or whatever.     Nice picture and good style, the story outside the animus has become much better compared to the previous parts of the game, side quests have become better and more interesting, I am much more pleased to clean up the map of England compared to Origins. I also liked the skill points system, you can feel the progress as you progress through the game.     I really struggled with the first day of play, coming from a playthrough of AC:Black Flag. The differences in control scheme and the way the world works (parkour, exploration and combat) made me initially wary.

    Since then, I've adjusted, and, well, the fact that I put about a week more into the game since should tell you how much I am enjoying the experience.     This is my first Assassin's Creed game since Unity and I love it. The world is beautiful but in my opinion a little to big and filled with filler. The combat is satisfying, raids are really fun, the loot mechanic is great and there is an overall charm to this game.

    Valhalla is far from perfect. My time with the game I experienced 2 hard crashes of my PC and 4 crashes of the game itself.    This is my first Assassin's Creed game since Unity and I love it. The world is beautiful but in my opinion a little to big and filled with filler. The combat is satisfying, raids are really fun, the loot mechanic is great and there is an overall charm to this game.

    Valhalla is far from perfect. My time with the game I experienced 2 hard crashes of my PC and 4 crashes of the game itself. (Note my PC is well above the recommended requirements and all of my drivers are update.) Even with that said this game is still fun and worth your time.    … Expand

    Overall this is a nice and decent game.
    One thing, they should get rid of all this "assassins creed" staff and make totally separate franchise.
    Something which represents open-world games in a purely historical setting without a sci-fi/assassin theme.
    Something without this annoying stitching too unfitting "assassins" theme.

    Here's a 10 to counter fake reviews, most of them make absolutely no sense with their typical "ubisoft sucks, blah blah blah". So far this one is one of the top AC games. In fact everyone should give 10 to this game, even if you think it's 8 or 9, because there's just way too many losers who don't even own this game and they just give 0 scores. It's very important to fight back against this.

    Its just hilarious to read these hate comments. Most real "Assassin's Creed" fans seem to like this game a lot. I bet 90% of these who gave 0 or 1, never even played it. It's just too obvious. Literally created this account to show my support to this great game. Been fan over 7 years.

    Story is surprisingly good, it almost sucks to bring it out like some BIG thing, but Odyssey's story was too "all over the place" and boring, at least to me. It had way too much pointless filler. Valhalla actually innovates a lot and feels more like Black Flag and Unity in 2020.

    Better than Odyssey. Overall i was expecting little bit bigger improvement, but i guess that will be next one. But it's basically perfected version of Odyssey with tons of new cool abilities, better looking locations, more variety in locations and so on. Parkour is also better than in Odyssey.

    Pretty good. It could be way worse like AC3, Rogue or Odyssey. Thankfully Ubisoft has improved. Hopefully they do same with next Far Cry, because Far Cry 5 was super weak.

    I never pre-order nor do I buy games on day one release. I did with this and have been so happy since. There's never been a game breaking bug in my 250+ hours I've been playing, and I'm still playing to get 100% completion. Considering it's the longest running main quest with the biggest AC map ever done, there's mega tonnes of content to be done and places to be explored.     Ubisoft did home run with this one. Reminds me Black Flag days, and it has this dark tone that Unity had. Graphics are amazing, parkour is finally good again.

    This was the first AC of the 3 'modern' ones I played. Really liked the main story at first, but got so distracted by the sidecontent, i struggled to keep up with the story later on. 'World Events' where a bit of a let down. Beautiful world though, loved exploring. Did experience quite a few crashes, especially later on in the game (had to replay Cipenham quest 3 times because ofThis was the first AC of the 3 'modern' ones I played.     At least this game works perfectly unlike this Cybertrash 2077 that was promoted as next generation of open world games. AC Valhalla is very good game and using any booster is absolutely optional. You get xp everywhere, there absolutely no need to use them.

Внятные диалоги, в Одиси их просто невозможно слушать, будто кто озвучивал и не видел, что он озвучивал. Механика боя напоминает казуальный Sekiro с появлением в игре парирования. Заимствование расследований по типу Ведьмака тоже пошло игре на пользу. Также очень приятно выглядит цвет игры, онИгра достойная. Чувствуется работа над ошибками.     Также не очень проработан интеллект защитников при набегах, иногда они просто стоят, а ты их рубишь.
    Мелочи что понравились:
    -Нужно поесть чтоб подлечиться
    -Твой персонаж устает в бою
    - В холодной воде ты мерзнешь

    Assassin's Creed Valhalla is a great-looking open-world game with impressive landscapes and cinematography. However, the checklist collectible open-world still needs some work to feel truly engaging, and combat is too tedious and too frequent to be compelling. As a lapsed fan of Assassin's Creed trying to see if I can click with the series once again, Valhalla didn't quite hook me as I was hoping it would.

    Assassins Creed Valhalla is a lot of fun and easy to sink dozens of hours into. It is the best entry in the more recent trilogy and genuinely elevates the gameplay mechanics. Content could be considered somewhat bloated still, but it is diverse enough and the setting and story is solid most of the way through.

    Sneaking is fun, fighting is fun, walking through the great outdoors is so much fun. Sightseeing too! Valhalla is free minded and could be innovative, but lacks skills to persuade its players about that. [Issue#308]
