    I'm glad i played it, Ubisoft once again proves that they can make good games, if they actually try. Can't wait for their E3 presentation in June.

    Very fun game, if you have plenty of time and want to play something new. Not every mission hits the mark, but i'm not expecting that from game this large.

    Really good scen, huge and detailed open world. Really nice graphics for a cross-gen game.
    In this world, there are so many interactions to play and control ships, a storyline and side missions, a ton of new cities to arrive and play. This game is addictive and can run for 70 - 100 hours of play in reality.

    Here's a 10 to make this score more like it should be, sad to see this site has so many fake accounts and bots. This game is amazing and these losers are trying to lower this score. Awful. At the same time there's over 500 fake 10/10 accounts on demon souls remake, can't believe anyone takes this site even seriously.

    According to Ubisoft this game was huge success and as hardcore assassinscreed fan i'm very happy for it. This game is amazing anyway, but just to hear that it's actually doing really well just made this november so much better. It's so much better than Odyssey that these two games shouldn't even be compared. This is more like 2020 Black Flag or something like that.

Odyssey isn't even Assassin's Creed game, Odyssey is just random RPG that takes place in Greece and has Assassin's Creed name, also story in Odyssey is an absolute joke, very bad writing. Valhalla is actual Assassin's Creed game with all basic elements you would expect. Avoid Odyssey at all cost, if you actually like AC.     It's sad reality that there have been less and less great games in recent years, but it is what it is. So i'm spending most of my time playing old games over and over, but if i want to play something new, AC Valhalla isn't that bad choice. I rather play this, than amateur level games like Cyberpunk 2077 or Boss-simulators like Demon's Souls Remake.

    AC Valhalla at least tries to be Assassin's Creed game that has huge open world. Black Flag was first time Ubisoft tired to do AC game in huge open world and it was literally perfect. For some they did get it exactly right with Origins or Odyssey. Origins world design was nice, but it had other issues. Odyssey was all over the place.     To be completely honest, it's one of three games (other two are doom eternal and final fantasy 7 remake) i have truly enjoyed in 2020 and even at that, it might take top spot. Yes i'm hardcore Assassin's Creed fan, but it could have been easily boring and grindy like Odyssey, but it isn't It's absolute opposite. Amazing.

    Valhalla is here to stay! It's easily better than Odyssey and even Origins. I still like Black Flag more, but Black Flag is top tier game and i was never expecting Valhalla to be better than that.     Solid game! Odyssey had awful story and unlikable characters, Valhalla is complete opposite of that game. I'm very happy that i bought this game. Thank you Ubisoft, one of the best video game companies of all time! : )

    The biggest problem is the load time: I start the game several times a day (because I don't like to leave stuff idling in the background, especially stuff that's connecting my system to the Internet). Each start takes 2'30"... unless it crashes, in which case it's 5'. That's five minutes of staring at screen after screen of logos, boilerplate warnings, advice, and other nonsense. Yes, I get the reason to expose naive users to this stuff, but not every time! The previous games allowed me to Esc or "hit any key" to fast-forward. This one, no. It's a wretched imposition on the user's time and deserves censure by all players.    … Expand

    People who give this 0 or 1 score can go to hell, this game is good. I'm not saying it's perfect, because it has some bugs like any other open world game would have at launch, but overall it's huge beautiful game world to have fun with, great story, nice voice acting. Strong recommendation.

    ONE OF THE GREATEST ASSASSIN’S CREED GAMES EVER! I've been excited for this game for a long, LONG time. This might shock you, but I really liked Origins and Odyssey. I didn't love those two games! One of the best PC games of 2020 along with Doom Eternal and Hade. Highly recommended!

    شخیت پردازی و دلستان خوبی داشت، تقریبا خوب تونست داخل 80 ساعتی که من بازی کردم داستانش رو پایدار و بدون افت و بلندی نگه داره. یه جاهایی خوب داستان ها رو به هم مربوط میکرد که خیلی باحال بود .
    گیم پلی خوبی داشت و میشه گرفت سرگرم کننده بود ولی زیاد از مخفی کاریش خوشم نیومد یعنی اصلا مخفی کاری باحالی نداشت. گرافیک و    بازی خوبی بود میشه گفت توش زنذگی کردم { اندازه 80 ساغت بازی کردم }

    Graphics are better than odyssey, in fact these looks like true next gen. Voice acting is so much better than Odyssey. Missions are more fun than Odyssey. Parkour is million times better than in Odyssey. Basically yeah, it's very good. Don't let these fake zeros distract you.

    Nice game overall, i would almost say best of the last trilogy. It's a close tie between Origins and Valhalla, both have their strengths and weaknesses. I think i just like open world in Valhalla little bit more. Story could have been more interesting, but it's not trash i guess.     Brutal combat and parkour not as good, but good enough from Unity, exploration from Black Flag and Scale from Origins and bonus a lot of different enemies, locations and lands.
    It’s a very good and beautiful game with a good narrative. I think Ubisoft is taking a step in the right direction after making odyssey)

    To me personally this top 3 Assassin's Creed game ever made. These two maps alone (England and Norway) have so much content and stuff to explore. And then they add Ireland later?? That's everything i wanted from this game, maybe even more.

    Main story is too long and boring. In Odyssey very short main story, in Origins too, but so much more better than this one. I don't understand why game creators copy Kassandra from Odyssey to this game. It's almost the same character model. Randvi is very good character, but why is copy paste? And some other characters in the game have same hair style like Randvi (from Odyssey's KassandraMain story is too long and boring. Ubisoft has been experimenting with the open-world formula for years. I've played all Far Cry games and can say they never could hit that sweet spot of freedom and scripting.

    It's safe to say they managed to hit it with Valhalla. Not to the extent of Rockstar level, but still much better than any other Ubi title. There is a ton of content and variety. I'm quite impressed to see a such amount for the level of development these games partake. Do not envy the devs. Combat feels mostly right, the story is... well, okay.

    Where it falters largely is the RPG system, or the lack of one. They've tried to mimic one, but there is nothing underneath. It's an illusion of choice buried by a mountain of minor customizations.

    I enjoy this game quite a bit. I would enjoy it far more if it didn't crash so often... and yet will recommend.    … Expand

In fact I though a lot of the mysteries has more fun stories. It was extremely violent and I wasn't a fan of the special death finish. After level 130 you will encounter a lot of small bugs. I did enjoyed the upgrade system for the character and the weapons/armours, but at the end you get too much power ups. Building you village was fairly good but could have been more deep. I really did dislike the Yule festival, especially the drunk on load bug. What a waste of time and programming. The ending was underwhelming. It felt empty and without emotion, and even if you do the Order stuff, it wasn't really rewarding. I give it 82%. A great RPG with a meh ending. Still was fun to do.… Expand

Combat mechanics are very nice, every weapon is different and has its own movement, also the finishing moves are great, too. Exploration is wonderful, every time you encounter them, it's always different and not just some kill and fetch quests, and that's what makes this world of Saxon England feels alive.

    The things that I don't like is Asgard, it's an isu world, so we should have Isu powers, just like in Odyssey, and the Asgard story is just boring. Castle sieges are also buggy, some enemy soldiers will only doing taunting, or attack nothing. I think wars mechanics in Odyssey is better than sieges in this game.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I am a great fan of the Assassin's Creed series and I have played every entry on PC. I enjoyed this game a lot with me spending 100+ hours on the campaign and still not completing the game 100% as I opted not bothering with the dream sequence storyline.
    The game starts very slow and I was really worried in the beginning, but once you move to England the pace picks up. There are stuff to do, there are interesting side missions, interesting choices to make that will affect the ending and as always mixing the fantasy aspects of any AC game with real historical events is one of the great positive points of the game.
    There a re only two negatives on the game in my opinion
    Graphics: While not bad by any means, I can't see any real progress made compared with AC Odyssey.
    Modern day assassins: The three characters that dive into Eivor's memories are... bland and forgettable    … Expand

    What i like about Valhalla is fixing mistakes of last two games (hidden blade, hood etc), what i don't like is lack of innovation. Still better than last two and people who give it 0 stars are just haters and should be ignored by both Ubisoft and actual fans of the series.

Next one will be some live-service bs and these are always dead on arrival, specially for AC that has always been with strong single player OFFLINE focus.     Graphics in this game were ahead of it's time, looking at trash games like cyberpunk2077 makes me like games like this even more (and overall open-world as well)

    I was actually blown away by this game. For such a vast world, there's so much to do. Story is amazing, characters are solid, voice acting is top notch - easily one of the best Assassin's Creed game and one of the best games I've ever played. The only thing I didn't like about it is the modern day story lol, would have been a perfect 10/10 game if we could just get rid of the modern dayI was actually blown away by this game.     Assassin's Creed Valhalla is a great-looking open-world game with impressive landscapes and cinematography. However, the checklist collectible open-world still needs some work to feel truly engaging, and combat is too tedious and too frequent to be compelling. As a lapsed fan of Assassin's Creed trying to see if I can click with the series once again, Valhalla didn't quite hook me as I was hoping it would.

    Assassins Creed Valhalla is a lot of fun and easy to sink dozens of hours into. It is the best entry in the more recent trilogy and genuinely elevates the gameplay mechanics. Content could be considered somewhat bloated still, but it is diverse enough and the setting and story is solid most of the way through.

    Sneaking is fun, fighting is fun, walking through the great outdoors is so much fun. Sightseeing too! Valhalla is free minded and could be innovative, but lacks skills to persuade its players about that. [Issue#308]
