Feb 5, 2014Perhaps this is greatest compliment I can pay Liberation. This game restored my faith. Ubisoft can still produce a good Assassin's Creed game.
-
Pelit (Finland)May 11, 2014Assassin's Creed III: Liberation HD is an example of been there, done that but not as well as in main Assassin's Creed series. [Feb 2014]
-
CD-ActionMar 5, 2014Even a low budget Assassin’s Creed is more enjoyable than most AAA games. There’s not much to do besides the main story and you can deal with Liberation in less than 7 hours, but it will be time well spent. [03/2014, p.56]

Jan 29, 2014Assassin’s Creed: Liberation is a nice game with good graphics, but doesn’t have the great overall-quality and the high production value of the other Assassin’s Creed-titles. It lacks in terms of story and new gameplay-elements. If you are a fan of the series because of its gameplay and haven’t played Liberation on PS Vita, you should consider to buy the game.
-
Jan 22, 2014Even though it follows the series' tradition in terms of core gameplay tenets maybe a bit too closely, Liberation's New Orleans is still well worth a visit.
-
Jan 20, 2014Without any doubt the PC version of Liberation HD is the best on the market.
-
Jan 16, 2014With a significant new graphic look, Assassin's Creed Liberation still is a faithful version of the saga which keeps its controls, mechanics, playability and open locations to explore with three different identities: Slave, Dame or Assassin. Great voice-over work, good duration, and a very different main character this time compared to other games in the series, certainly this HD port doesn't bring anything new if we have played the previous portable version, but it will satisfy the thirst of those fans that need more AC experiences after Black Flag, although let's be clear that this is what it is: An HD port from a portable game.
-
Jan 21, 2014Quotation forthcoming.
-
Jan 22, 2014Ultimately, Liberation features a fantastic premise with an evocative heroine that sadly doesn’t measure up to any of the games in the main series. If you are an Assassin’s Creed nut who really wants to see the fictional universe from another perspective, give Liberation a whirl. If you are just looking for some more Assassin’s Creed action, the other six games are better than this one.
-
Jan 26, 2014Liberation's portable formula translates into home format losing part of its original appeal. The skin-tight Vita game fits better Aveline's sexy silhouette than this recycled outlet version. That is also technically out of fashion, after Black Flag.
-
Jan 22, 2014Sometimes stripped-down and stealthy, but mostly basic and boring, Liberation can't play in the big leagues.
-
LEVEL (Czech Republic)Apr 7, 2014This conversion ain't so shiny, yet it offers a solid portion of what every Assassin fan craves, with a charming lead character to boot. [Issue #239]
-
Jan 17, 2014Its craft is sloppy, its design remains shackled by ill-conceived new ideas, as well as the limitations of the platform it hails from.
-
Jan 28, 2014A slightly above-average game has finally its bad remake. Its graphics is basically the same, and all of the original design's mistakes now catch your eye even more.
