Mar 5, 2019Basically just gears of war. No character investment and no strategic thinking. Feels like an unfinished product.

Mar 8, 2019A grandiose testament to the power of depraved management, inadequate developers, and morally bankrupt yet high-horsed ideologues to destroy years of work and decades of legacy

Mar 11, 2019This is a joke of a game; honestly feels like a $60 free to play open beta, there's not enough content and it's plagued with bugs all over..... Wondering what happened to Bioware?? EA

Mar 2, 2019its just a poorly made game. The story isn't what we come to expect from bioware, the enemies are bland, the loot pool is even more bland, the game is fundamentally broken in MANY instances. It's just a bad bad game. Sad to see this happen to one of my once most favorite developers.

Feb 25, 2019Great gameplay , awesome graphics and that`s it .
Story line is ok`ish , but endgame and loot is broken and not fun to play at all.
I`ve just wasted 60$ thats all. -

Mar 1, 2019Bioware was famous for it's incredible, inmersive storytelling. This game has tons of lore, but the story doesn't deliver. Get repetitive, micro transactions, infinite load screens, few content after 6 years of development.....

Mar 2, 2019Great visuals, great game play. Feels like you're riding a fast cool looking car driving smoothly and then you hit a speed bump and another speed bump and another and anothe, at its current state there is just too many annoying little issues, these issues just pile up and ends up ruining the entire experience.

Mar 2, 2019Literally unplayable game is still in alpha/beta state
70 hours into the game and 3 out of 4 of my character have the “One Shot” health bug. Fallout 76 had me playing 200 hours until I was fed up. And now Anthem is already fed up with me. If this was an exploit, they would have fixed it within a day. 3/10 can’t play the game anymore pls fix. -

Mar 3, 2019well awsome graphics , nice mechanics but they destroyit with the cancer of dlc. so pay for a empty game and you get more levels more history buying dlc but this was not suppose to be in game already when they release it? i play all the story line is boring as hell the only good stuff is the world beside that is no good.

Mar 3, 2019I stop playing after about five hours because it could not hold my interest.

Mar 3, 2019The Combat is fun. The rest is a complete mess. Maybe good in a year. xxxxx

Mar 3, 2019What an amazing bunch of potential gone to absolute waste. Really needed a lot more time in the cooker, honestly, I think if you revisit this game in a year or two you'll find a great game. But right now it's not ready at all and you should steer clear!

Mar 8, 2019I want to give this game a higher review. It is the most fun I've had in a looter shooter than I can remember. Playing the Storm is literally what it would be like to have Gandalf in an Iron Man suit.
However, this game is so bugged out and has a long way to go. It's unfinished and needed at least another month to work the kinks out. It will get better over time, but this release was atrocious.

Game World Navigator MagazineMay 15, 2019After a while, suspicion sets in: perhaps EA doesn’t believe in BioWare anymore, and had them release not only unpolished, but basically unfinished product to cut losses and avoid another total rework. [Issue#237, p.44]

Apr 20, 2019If you want to see Anthem’s lush jungle and glistening Javelins, do it right away — this game is losing audience fast, and there’s almost nothing to do after the campaign ends. Or check it out on YouTube to save yourself some nerves and money.

Apr 8, 2019It's obvious that Anthem didn't have enough development time, but had some great potential. It's a real shame, that everything turned out this way. Even now, the game can bring out positive emotions. Hasty climbers have sudden falls. No matter how ironic this proverb may seem, it's incredibly relevant for Anthem.
