    Wow. This is surprisingly an average game.

    I thought this game was going to be a failure, which in some cases it is.

    This game is fun for new comers, but it get's boring after a while. You should play this if you are bored and have nothing else to do.

Everything in the game is set to slow down the progress and force the player to buy cards with real money. You spend more time waiting for the chests and cards than actually playing.… Expand

    The art, strategy, and pacing aspects of the game are great, but its business model sucks. To see any real benefit, players need to spend $20, $50, or $100 and there's no upper limit to the spending.

    It is a shame that an actually fun game is accompanied by such a predatory structure.

    This game is easy, entertaining for death times, If you don't know what to do push in this game in your phone and you have 3 minutos the entertaining easy and fast. The worst thing about this game is that it is clearly a PAY TO WIN! I have a 3ks crowns but I acepted... this is a P2W I gmae a one P2W... if you dont but any jewels, need 2 years for to achieve a good rating!

    Probably one of the most pay-to-win games out there, once you buy coins and open chests, you already have an advantage. Hopefully, Supercell will fix this in the future, however, this game is dead because of Pokémon GO, so no one cares kek.

    Very fun game with great graphics and new characters, giving this series by Supercell fresh blood. Negative side The matching of players in the game is horrible as you can only get people of the same deck quality or higher.     The matching of players in the game is horrible as you can only get people of the same deck quality or higher.
    To win this game, you can only either spend on the game (cos the game is pay-to-win) or play a lot (many don't have the luxury of time, maybe except the YouTubers, who spend and play a lot at the same time.)

    On a whole, this is quite an average game surprisingly as I actually had high expectations for this game.    … Expand

    Ultra funny, intelligent game, but ultra cash depending.. from 10/10 to 7/10 now i can say only that clash royale its an inovating strategy game with good ideas and features.. but now.. the money make this free to play an incrediblw average game

    positive + ( updates included ) a lot of cards to collect + and some truely fun ones + strategy very hard needed to win + colorful graphics + clans, playing with friends negative - some cards that seem logic to exist in the game but they aren't like catapult - extremely repetive fun to keep you up for weeks but    another supercell game o no ! but this time its not that bad

    This game is play to win/Freemium, however you can win without spending any money, as I know someone who is pretty high in the game who is a free to player. It just takes a long time to progress late-game, so patience is needed. You could also request cards from your Clan-mates, getting those needed cards for leveling up.

    Well made game that's WAY too grindy for my tastes. It has a subtle pay to win mechanic That I'm not too fond of. I gave it a full month and deleted the app.

    The game is very simple and fun at the beginning however you need to know that you will hit a paywall after the first 2 or 3 months of playing, you will soon discover that leveling up cards to play in arenas after 4000 trophies gets insanely hard and prices also get ridiculous as you can't purchase individual cards but chests only with a very low card value also you will face "maxed" p2wThe game is very simple and fun at the beginning however you need to know that you will hit a paywall after the first 2 or 3 months of playing, you will soon discover that leveling up cards to play in arenas after 4000 trophies gets insanely hard and prices also get ridiculous as you can't purchase individual cards but chests only with a very low card value also you will face "maxed" p2w players that will crush you and completely ruin your experience.
    You can always focus on leveling up only one deck but still it takes months to level up all your cards and you won't be able to play anything else.

    This game has a lot of Pay 2 Win, practically is like that all the time since there's no limits on purchase; you can spend as many money as you want; so practically nothing prevents you of getting max level cards on the first arena. This carries all the way up to higher arenas, making the levels of some cards too strong to be countered to someone who doesn't pay.

    I'm not going to say "Don't play it" anyone is free to play what they want. But you've been warned of what you're going to find as soon as you start to level up.    … Expand

    The game is really fun, probably the most enjoyable gameplay of all the mobile games.

    But at some point, it's really hard to progress and upgrade cards, although it's not as hard as it was 4-5 years ago.

    Ladder is pure pay to win, but tournaments and the stuff thats locked on tournament level is fun to play.

    It's a shame that the p2w ruins a big part of the experience

    one of the best competitive games for the phone the only problem with it is the pay to win aspect,if your are begining on the game its almost imposible to have an account really big with out paying for cards, so very a good idea for a game with some type of moba environment but just the pay to win its not enjoyable for me.

    As someone who started playing the game in 2016, I can't say it's not good. It has its flaws, and the state of the game after the latest update is really bad, but back in the prime this game was gold.

    I really like, personnaly, clash royale, i play it for the past like 2 years but this game is objectivly not rly good, The game is ABSOLUTLY p2w if you are a f2p player like me you gonna need a LOTTTTTT of time to have a chance to be good, But if you just want to play with friend, this game is fine.

    I love the style and aesthetics of the game. The character design of the various characters is iconic. One of the best game on mobile.

    Royale’s latest update has now had a month to bed-in, and it’s a welcome change. The two-tier battle pass has been slimmed down to one – the free version now considerably more generous – and the shards needed to buy evolutions are easier to come by. A fix for the game’s creaking clan wars system is presumably in the works, but this already feels like a big step in the right direction.

    Clash Royale tweaks the formula of its predecessor and delivers an incredibly addictive and well-balance experience. Yes, there are in-app purchases, but even if you choose not to pay, you can still enjoy the latest game by Supercell.
