May 15, 2013Scorpion King: Rise of the Akkadian has a good story but everything else goes downhill. The graphics are bad, the camera angles are awful in certain points, the bosses in the game are very easy to beat even though each if them require a strategy, and the game play is mediocre.

I personally am not a wrestling fan, but I am a fan of the SK/Mummy movies, and enjoyed myself despite the game being mostly average.

Not a terrible waste of a good license. It just emphasized specific issues while forgetting some important ones, such a game play balance.

For grizzled old veterans of the action game realm, the Point of View developed movie piece leaves a lot to be desired.
