Summary: A Vote for Becky
Becky runs against Tobey in the election for student council president. Becky has many ideas regarding how she would change things for the better for her school. Tobey's only reason for signing up, however, is to impress WordGirl; thus, he steals Becky's ideas in attempt to steal the election. Becky soon discovers he isA Vote for Becky
Becky runs against Tobey in the election for student council president. Becky has many ideas regarding how she would change things for the better for her school. Tobey's only reason for signing up, however, is to impress WordGirl; thus, he steals Becky's ideas in attempt to steal the election. Becky soon discovers he is cheating, and aims to prove that he is being an unfair candidate. Meanwhile, Becky's mother is running for District Attorney again, with hopes of getting re-elected.
Act
The Butcher enrolls in an adult-education class on "the art of speaking" to brush up on the word skills he needs to be a top-notch criminal. The class teaches him how to articulate, and as he learns, he becomes more confident in his ability to outsmart WordGirl. When he informs her that she tends to ramble, she realizes that she is distracted by her upcoming speech at the adult-education class.… Expand
