Summary: Val and Holly clash with Mindy, a fellow resident who would have gotten Val's apartment five years ago, but lost out and was given a smaller one. When Mindy learns that Val neglected to place her sister's name on the lease agreement nine months ago, she plots to have Holly evicted. Meanwhile, Gary thinks that Holly forgot his birthday whenVal and Holly clash with Mindy, a fellow resident who would have gotten Val's apartment five years ago, but lost out and was given a smaller one.
